Airtel — Airtel blocking bank alerts from hsbc | |||
It's been more than 1 year, since I have stopped receiving all bank alerts from my bank HSBC. Numerous calls to both parties have resulted in frustration. Now my bank has provided me withe screenshots as proof that they are sending me regular updates, but Airtel has blacklisted my number. Airtel representatives still claim no responsibility. My co workers who have an account with the same bank and also use airtel mobile services, are all getting regular updates, but even then the airtel staff is not willing to cooperate. I completely disagree with your claim.
The problem still persists. I will purchase another service providers sim card just to test if I receive alerts on that number.
I will post back here with my findings.
It would be only professional of you if you can at least call to check if the problem has been solved, instead of making bogus claims.

Airtel — No responsibility from airtel
Hi i have the postpaid connection from airtel no. [protected]. I requested the airtel for many more time to activate the Family and Friends offer for some number. And they charging wrong billing. I raised the complaint in airtel costumer care connection but no body to take care of my complaint in airtel. Please take some necessary action.
