even after writing from 11th may 2013 my problem isn't resolved yet & airtel even barred my outgoing now.
I tried to email airtel appellate <appellate.[protected]@in.airtel.com>, but i get a reply that I didn't mentioned my mobile no. in the subject line(which i did in the format I was asked for, i.e., my ten digit no. without space or any special character.)

The scene is I've been committed for plan 149 from the airtel MNP representative when i opted for MNP from IDEA to airtel, but I've been charged with plan 200 something. With no proper response from airtel I sustained myself from paying any bill amount.

Airtel has now barred my outgoing w.e.f. today i.e., 1st june 2013. I called airtel 198 & asked them to un-bare my outgoing but in vein.Now I won't entertain any kind of charges/rental for this day(01/06/2013) & onwards as I wasn't allowed to use my number from 1st june i.e. today.

I 'd attached scanned copy of my original subscriber form with the plan name highlighted by using paint for their reference.

2. Contact number of the sales executive: i dont remember that.
3. Location of the airtel relationship centre/ location from where the
connection was procured: i posted my no. for airtel mnp on your airtel.in site
mnp section. i got call from the airtel(as he said). i selected the 149 plan
they couriered me(which they said is procedural) the h2 sim(which i m currently
using, n i now dont have that courier packet), mr anay came to my place to
collect the refundable security of rs.250
4. Scan copy of subscriber form of mine attached (the carbon writing is little light but it
readable that plan 149 is written on that.

Airtel Postpaid Plan — Wrong Plan

Sir,

I, Sunil Kalamkar, was using Airtel prepaid service three months ago. A Airtel executive, Mr. Aniruddha Dahane came to me and asked to convert my prepaid to postpain in their "Padmashali" plan, which has 1500 min Airtel-to-Airtel free talktime, Rs. 150 rent, and Rs. 0.75 local outgoing. Because I have in my family large number of Airtel users, I agreed for this plan and with the fee of Rs.150, I changed it to postpai, but since then I have not got the above-mentioned plan as of yet.

When I called the executive, he replied me that after first bill, it would be changed to the plan, I waited for two months and paid two bills thereafter. I was repeatedly keep calling Mr. Dahane for the same, and a week ago, I got a call from Mr. Rakesh Gjimwar who I was told is the Manager of Mr. Dahane, that if I would pay the current month bill of Rs. 250, even if the month was not completed, my Retail Plan will change to "Padmashali." I paid the bill immediately on May 29, 2008, but my plan is yet not changed.

I want to file the complaint against Mr. Aniruddha Dahane and Mr. Rakesh Gajimwar.

postpaid mobile no. — for bill plan

Dear/sir

Due to request i am Ashutosh R/o A-19, bhikaji fire station new delhi-110066.I have a Air tel post no.(a/c no.[protected] and my bill plan is 297 pm in this plan you calling charge is 50 p. local call and STD is 1.50p. But my bill is garneted 1.00p local call and Std is 2.50p so i request to you please see my problem and urgently solved.

I had sent a query to them over email on 1st Oct 2008 at 12 noon. Immediately, got an auto reply stating they would get back within 24 hours.

Till date, even after 72 hours, no response from them.

Airtel Mobile — Post paid

I had 02 prepaid life time sims the airtel guy visited my office & coxed me to convert it into post paid, he said that if the other no is also added i would be able to talk on other no @ 10p. Any ways i submitted the documents since i was in my office all i was carrying with me was my voter id, photo & pancard. So i paid the guy 400 rs & xerox of documents were given

Now i never saw that the address mentioned om the voter id is wrong (courtsey our election commission)

The guy came for verification & turned it negative. Thereafter the horrific tale started first of all after i recd the sms that the outgoing calls are stopped due to negative verification, i contacted the agent, he told me to submit some other documents & politly said "not 2 wrry i'll get it done" after making me run around from piller to post finally they said that it cannot be done, they will not refung my money.
On top of it if i want to retain my old no's as prepaid i have to shell out Rs.175 per connection. So i was left high & dry of Rs 800 appox and the airtel guys went all the way laughing to the bank.

I am in postpaid plan I want to change the plan, but Airtel is charging migration charge of Rs. 250 for migrating from post paid to prepaid, which is against the Telephone Regulatory Act of India. Some one please look into this issue.

Airtel Postpaid complaint — Billed for calls I never made

Dear Sir,



This is regarding the Airtel bill that I received for the month of October 09 for which I was billed for a 4 hour 20 minute long STD call, which I never made! I am sure that such a call was never made from my sim and can prove the same. Please read on.



I have been using an Airtel postpaid corporate connection with the no:[protected] for the past two years (before that I had been using a prepaid connection). Although I have always felt that the bills that I used to receive were outragious and far beyond my actual usage I did not get ample proof for this until now. Last month on the 11th of October I received an unbilled amount of 467.59 which was around 400 rupees more than that of the previous day. I was very sure that it was a mistake from Airtel's part and immediately called up the customer care to rectify the matter. They replied saying that they can resolve it only next month(november) as they dont have the details of call history availiable to them (what sort of customer service is this? There was no transparancy at all). I very well knew that if I dont keep tab of these complaints I made Airtel will easily throw my complaint out of the window. The two reference numbers that I received from Airtel Customer care for the complaints I made are as follows F56800695 and F[protected]. I believed that the customer care executive told me and temporarily rested my case.



On November 3rd I received the bill for the month and I checked for the detailed bill in the Airtel site and to my shock I saw that they have claimed that I made a 4 hour 20 minute call to an STD number that I knew and had billed me 390.00rupees for the same. I have never made such a lengthy call because I very well know that I never made a call of more than 20 minute with my number. I can prove my claim because the handset I have been using for the past 3.5 years is a Motorola L7 handset and of late (for about 3 months) the battery capacity has dwindled so much that I cannot make a call of more than 25 minutes using my cell as the battery goes dead after that. The call history of the previous 4 months is proof for that. My cell was with me and not in use for the time mentioned in the detailed bill.



I made a complaint to the Airtel customer care on 10th of November and they gave me a reference number of 29290620 stating that they will resolve the matter and get back to me before 2:00pm on 12th November. But they did not get back to me. So I called up the customer care again and this time they say that the issue is resolved and that I had made that call. And when I repeatedly asked them for an explanation for the same they said they dont have any and adamantly insisted that I better pay up the bill and that the issue is resolved from their perspective. Now I am forced to pay the bill for the calls that I have not made. And because of the unbilled issue I was not able properly use the cell also for the month of October.



I would like this issue to be resolved and Airtel should stop cheating its customers. Anyways I am going to discontinue using this connection as this time they crossed the limits real bad.

AirTel — wrong billing and no response

Hi Airtel,
I think you are cheating the customers. I sent a mail about the signal problem at our area, since 2+ years No actions as of now.
I am roaming right now, with Rs: 66.00 card, they said 1 paisa/ minute & 1.2 paisa for roming/std, but I didn't see that is happening.
You junk company billing is very differently -- I made a some std call which was about 12 seconds ... your junk system shown that 100 seconds and costing me Rs 1.50 and the same for when I received a call also. ... Is your system fault? you wanted to chaeat your customer.

I hope if you are not chaning your way of working .. Dec 31 will answer airtel. Now I can say with 3 years of experence you are a company.

Bharti Airtel Mobile — Wrong Bill

From past 5 years I'm using Airtel mobile number [protected]. As I was verified my last month Bill number[protected] dated 21.12.2009 and the bill period 20.10.2009 top 19.11.2009.
Generally I'm not receiving the itemised statement. But this time when I requested the Customer care they have sent the itemised statement to my official mail id on 04.12.2009 and when I cross check that I found that they charged September month cost also in between the October and November month bill. (in page number 6,7,11,12,13,15 and 16). When I requested to the customer care on 03.12.2009 and I was not got any answer from them. Once again I have approached customer care on 04.12.2009 then they informed me that they have raised the complaint with SR No.29744250 and then will get back to me with in 7th of Dec,2009 as my bill due date was 9.12.2009. Till now I have not received any mail or call from the customer care. Now I was in doubt that they may be many times they have generated this type of bills as I was not aware as I'm using this number[protected] from past 5 years.

Airtel mobile service postpaid — Wrong billing

Airtel has done a wrong billing and asking me to pay for it. from my mobile call was not made to a # and they continue to accept their billing error.

on 20-Nov, they have done a billing for Rs.1100+.. my average mobile bill amount is only less Rs.400 or so and it has never exceeded this amount.

they are talking about a 5 digit # call.. one call made @ 7:36 am for 1 hr 30 min (Rs.546 bill amount only for this call) and anohter call @ 7:43am (7 min. from the start of the first call) for 1 hr. 33 min. (Rs. 564 charged for this call)

Airtel repeatedly says, they are charging as per their server report.

we never made call to this # and I would like to proove my case and make them understand.. would be helpful, if you could suggest me a way out.. thanks.

Airtel Mobile Plan — Wrong billing

I had been offered mobile plans from airtel in writing on 06 july 2009. I had more 15 numbers working as on date and increased total connection to 25 then and was assured verbally that my all plans would be activated within few days. This plans were lot cheaper then earlier plans. But I was charged according to old plans and so a very heavy amount was paid by me. The service personnel asked me to activate 5 more numbers (She told me that bosses are not approving plans since number of connections were less even after they readily offered me plan before, from their end only and without any obligation to number of connections). I then took new connections but again all bills recieved were not correct as per plan. I am constantly writing about this problems to all the senior personnel of the company. I had written more than 100 mails and called more than 50 times to 121(customer complaint), nodal officer(which works when there is no response from 121, within 10 days. I am repeatedly asking thm for contacts of grievances department which looks into issues when there is no response from nodal officer but they are not providing me with same.
My second problem is they do wrong posting of cheques at their end for example if we paid cheque of Rs. 5000 for our one no. b then they post it in our No.c account and our number b is blocked. This harms image and reputation ofmy company in the eye of my employee who is using this number. They are also disturbed by the continious calls recieved for the outstandings which has been actually been paid. I am totally fed up and feel like puppet in hands of airtel since they know it is not easy to change our numbers and they keep on harassing me by their calls. I had paid more than Rs.25000 on there mere assurances that these amount will be son adjusted in my account.

Airtel mobile postpaid — Wrong Billing

I have an airtel mobile for the past few years and, off and on the service provider gives trouble wherein callers find me out of range when I am not or they find my phone switched off when it is not.Since the past two days I am not able to call or receive calls even though full signal is there.However , without making any calls at all on a single day I am being billed for Rs 100 to Rs 150.
When I want to call them also their website is not at all user friendly and is unable to give me a number which I can call from a non airtel mobile.
Going down to the airtel centre is a sheer waste of time because there is always a long queue.I wonder what right such companies have to operate in our country when they are downright dishonest in their billing and cannot provide the basic services.

I can understand your problem, these are the tactics by which such companies cheat their esteemed customers.

In my opinion the only way to overcome this problem is to approach appropriate Consumer Forum.

Consumer forums are very effective in these type of cases. and court fee is also nominal.

AirTel — Wrong plan bill

I received a bill of Rs.3394.00 on[protected] before which I have contacted Ms. Nisha Rajput the Nodal officer
for disconnecting my internet services. After which I came to know that my bill is not paid. My plan was Rs. 399 where i was told that upto 10 GB is free. After the conversation with the Nodal officer she told me that there is no plan as such. then I told her that the Airtel Branch office is Vasai(w) directed me in such way. After a long conversation she told me it was their mistake and wrong plan was applied to me. I was directed to pay the different amount i.e[protected]=799. I paid Rs.800 at Vasai Retail shop. Today[protected]
I recieved a call from the Airtel office that I have not paid Rs.2595. Presently my plan is Rs.599

AirTel — Mobile plan

I had ported in from tata docomo to airtel, I am supposed to get 10p/min airtel to airtel call rates for certain numbers but i am being charged 50p. None of my complaints are being treated seriously and I have been calling costumer care for almost a week daily to get this thing resolved. These guys have gon down to the extent of faking call transfers and disconnecting the calls and given wrong number of the nodal officers. I
I really feel so sorry for customers who leave their existing service providers just to join Airtel...

I'm an Airtel customer (and desperately trying to move out under MNP and facing fraudulent tactics by Airtel to either deny or delay the request) for over 6 years and from my experience I am telling you that Airtel is probably the worst service provider in the country now. Their business comes first for them customers come only later.

Bharti Airtel — Incorrect bill and no response of queries

Hi,
Airtel has generated an Incorrect bill on 22/08/2011 while my bill generation date is 11/09/2011. There are several mistakes in this bill:
- The total bill amount is Rs.31576.48 instead of Rs.1432.80
- Activation Charges put as Rs.3999.00 which should be 0.00
- DSL Registration Fee put as Rs.10000.00 which should be 0.00

My Airtel Account details are:

I wrote to Customer Care and nodl officer but no one has responded on it. I just got only automted acknowledge mail. It is making me tense and increasing my blood pressure as the amount is very high as compare to real amount. I am unable to pya the amount. It is consumer harasment by Airtel.

Please help to resolve the issue.

Airtel Postpaid — Very bad after sales response

Airtel sales guys have been calling us for converting prepaid SIM to postpaid. After going through the prices, we agreed to change. An Airtel sales guy came on 26th Sep 2011 and took the needed documents and photo from us. We were asked to pay Rs.350 towards activation charges and new postpaid SIM. 3 days later address verification too was done. We understand that Postpaid SIM has been activated. We have so far not received the postpaid SIM.
Now Airtel customer dept says that we need to pay again Rs.50 towards the SIM.
These guys are just cheats. Till they get our money, they will be behind us, thereafter, none of these cheats bother to check whether the service has been rendered or not. These guys have no conscience...just loot the customers. All these guy will pay for their sins.

All the guys who wish to go for postpaid Airtel, be ware of this fraud by the company.

    I used to believe that Airtel was the best service provider and I used to tell this to my friends and peers. But it seems this is my unfortunate luck that I have bought the DTH Connection of Airtel.

    I encountered this poor service and came to know about the low Quality support level when I am trying to shift my pace and facing such inconvenience from your end while doing so.


    I raised a request on Thursday (30/05/2013) morning for the de-installation of the airtel DTH for the house shift that I had planned for Saturday. The service engineer raised a request for the same and updated me the status that the engineer will come to visit my old premises tomorrow (Friday) by 4 PM.
    I waited and waited, I re-called for the status update. And now I was notified that the engineer will come at 5:00 PM Friday. I waited again but no one called. I recalled the Airtel DTH call center and was updated once more that the engineer will come very soon as your call has been escalated.
    Then I received a Message that the issue has been resolved. However no engineer came for the de-installation and hence no issue was resolved.
    I called again the next morning, on Saturday at 8:00 AM and I was informed the service request has been CLOSED. That was simply WOW!!!
    I asked for the call to be escalated and the escalation team assured me that they will get an engineer within 4 hours. They even gave me the contact no. of the engineer ....but that was always unreachable.
    I waited for the DTH engineer to come and de-install before I move out of my old place. But NO one ever came.
    Now I have reached my new location and then Once again I called the DTH call center and they promised me that this time they will surely get an engineer assigned.
    The engineer called me and said he needs 125 /- for the de-installation. As I have already moved my place I asked him to perform the de-installation and then the re-installation and then I can pay him here for both. But he had his own excuses as he can't come to this place as it does not come in his Zone. When I earlier placed the initial call I was informed that the engineer who comes for the de-installation will also perform the re-installation. And now I came to know it isn't what you promise or tell the customer.

    I request you to please tell what is under your limits and just not give false promises.


    ****Please note this I have changed my place and I can't go back there for the de-installation. It was a mistake from your end that you couldn't provide me an engineer when I wanted even after my repetitive reminders. Now it is your responsibility to a single engineer who can de-install bring the connection to my new pace for the re-installation. At least you can do this much for a customer satisfaction.


    The best thing to tell you is that while I am drafting the email, I got a MSG again from Airtel that my issue has been resolved and hence asked for a Satisfaction survey. And as you know there has been “NO” resolution of the issue till now. What do you suppose I should give in for the survey?

    Airtel DTH — Very Poor Customer Service

    I subscribed for Airtel DTH with customer id [protected] with annual subscription. I paid for the whole year & apart from that subscribed for few la carte channesl & paid for them a lum sum amount of rs 500/-. After few months I was intimated thru sms that I have a minus balance & recharge immediately, which I did, but after few days again yhis wasrepeated. I immediately intimated the customer care to cancel all my additional packages. This request was not met & again I received the sms to recharge imediately. The customer care rep is not available easily inspite of several tries. Suddenly today the services to my DTH have been stopped. I want to lodge a complaint regarding it.

    AirTel — Low quality

    Dear sir,
    I just registered for Airtel prepaid, but i didnt work well after all. My friend called me but it said that i'm out of service..Also I sometimes find it difficult for send message to my friend.
    i complained customer service regarding disruption srvice with almost making 10 to 15 times call.each time they kept you waiting fot 5 minutes approximately and last extend you date for solution.it has past 5 no action is being taken only an extended is given with uttermost surity.
    even i contacted groun level staff they too are in efficient.my COSTUMER ID IS:[protected].
    I personally request all new customers not even try to plan to buy this horrible service from airtel buy tata or any other but pitfull by a airtel. they are money chasers won, t money only

    Airtel DTH — Very Good Service

    I shifted my residence 2 days back. Am still not able to get a technician who could come and fit the antenna at my new residence.

    Customer care says they need 6 days for a shift. (Good Customer care after sales service!!!)

    But if i buy a new connection today i can get it fixed on the same day. There are slots available for technicians on the fly. I do not understand the logic.

    I am without TV for the 3rd day now. Hail Airtel!!!!
    Luckily the Technician arrived yesterday night and got the connection working.

    However, the attitude of the people at the Customer Care center wasn't very appealing.

    Airtel DTH — Very poor Service

    I have booked a Airtel DTH connection on 18th May 2011 by paying Rs1590 with installation which includes the megapack for 2 months plus cash back of Rs 250, and i was told that installation would be done on 19th May before 12Noon but after Waiting and calling for the entire day no one came uo for the installation. On 20th around 4PM installation team came for the installation and did the temporary installation and promised to come again next day for the complete installation and took Rs.200. As soon as they moved after two hours the singal were lost and i keep complainting at the customer care and the installation guy but no one turned up.

    Now i registered a complaint at the call centre complaint no. is 8231247 and again i was Promised that someone will rectify the complaint, but again i recieved a message which says that The problem has been resolved. I mean no one has visited my place the problem remain as it is now when i gave call at customer care again i was told that someone will attend within 2hrs. time but no one turned up.

    Now after going through all these things i just want to remove this airtel Dth connection and want my money which i have paid should be refunded. Airtel doesn't have any service thing and only false commitment.

    Please resolve this matter and refund my Money.

      I am carrying airtel digitel TV connection since 2009. Cust I'd [protected] and is registered in the Name swamprava rath. It is many times that I have faced the problem of no signal which I do not see with other dth TV but this time these people have crossed the limit. After repeated calling and reguest more than ten times no one visited my house for any correction but every time airtel send SMS saying your problem has been solved. They do not forget to deduct amount everyday inspite they could not resolve my problem..two three times engineer called me but I kept waiting for them only, they never came...at last I told them drop the connection that also they are not doing..plz suggest.....

        I am from Kolkata and I have this airtel postpaid connection ([protected]) from last 4 years. Till last 1 year they were issuing the receipt for the online payment made my credit card smart pay by auto debit every month. Now they have stopped issuing receipt to my mail id where they are sending e-bill saying that it is order of the company, not to issue payment receipt, even if you insist also they bluntly reject your payment and say they are helpless,
        Since I need receipt to get it reimbursed. When I call and inquire, they say they helpless and cannot provide the e receipt for the payment which sound ridiculous. They are denying the payment they have received. I have no clarification for the same.
        It is mandatory to provide receipts to the consumer for the any payment received.

        Let me know how to deal this grossly illegal activity of Airtel.

        Bharti airtel, post paid — not getting receipts

        i have been airtel post paid customer for close to 3 years.
        i pay my bill through reach communications, shenoy nagar branch, Chennai.
        when i pay by cash, i donot get receipt, the employee/agent says that i will get alert on my mobile.
        the latest incident being, i paid cash of Rs.515 on the due date on 8/04/04.till now neither did i get an alert nor has it been updated on the billing account.When i call 121 they are not accepting the complaint as i donot have receipt no's.
        such type of similar incidents have been occuring frequnently at reach communications.
        they are not maintaing bill books, registers, complaint registers, etc and are not divulging their names even. all these are aginst minimum customer service standards and hold bharti airtel services responsible .
        i have registed numerous complaints agianst reach communications, but nothing has happened.

        I am Mrs Arati Nandi of Salt lake, Kolkata. I am having post paid connection no.[protected], which I have been using since 3-4 yrs. I used to get bill in time earlier, but since last about 6 months I am not getting bills at all. Instead I have to visit every time before expected date of payment due to the nearst Airtel Mobile franchise, namely, Trisul Communications, Block BF, Salt Lake city, Kolkata and after knowing the amount due from them I pay there. This causes undue harrassment every time and moreover I am not getting bills that need to be produced for reimbursement. I have complained a no. of times to the airtel franchise office, without any respite. I have another connection for datacard for which I get bill regularly on time.
        If no step is taken within next 7 days I will have no other options but to withdraw my Airtel post paid connection.

              My airtel fixedline number is [protected].On 12th May , I requested to change my billing plan from 15 GB - 1199 (2Mbps/256Kbps) per month to UL - Super Max 30GB 1399 (2Mbps/256Kbps) as my usage was more, I called up customer service to change my billing cycyel effective 26th may
              I was told that the plan would change effective next billing cycle - 26th May , However the plan changed 1 day prior to billing cycle
              change - 25th May - due to which my currents months unbilled usage is showing up incorrectly.
              Since the 1st day of current billing cycle my unbilled usage started with 15 GB instead of 30 GB , and I never got 30 GB for this billing cycle,

              My usage is getting decreased from 15GB from the first day instead of decreasing from 30 GB.
              Issue is with the unbilled data as started from 15 GB,which means ,I never got 30 GB,

              If you check my day by day usage as well from 26th till date, it will not be more then 5 GBs (overall)

              I want you to check my day on day usage before replying starting 26th may

              request you to credit my 15GB to my account.

              I have already called customer service many a times but no resolutions and no one has a solution to this problem.

              Bharti Airtel Ltd — Requested for plan downgrade for Broadband

              Hi Sir,

              On 26th of jul 2010 between 4pm and 6pm i have gone to Airtel office in bennerghatta road banglore and i have made payment towards my account and the account number is 15728090 and my broadband number is [protected] also i have mentioned to downgrade my plan.They have requested me to call the airtel customer service.As per their request i have called up the airtel customer service from the airtel office and i have used their landline number to call the customer service.I have spoken to the customer care executive and spoke almost 15 minutes and his footprints are there in the account,which i have confirmed.i have requested him to downgrade my broadband plan from 1699 unlimted 1mbps package to 899 unlimited 512 browser package.and he has informed me that he has done the work for me and my plan will change within the next 3 working days.unfortunately it din't happen.when i received the bill in the month of augest i have seen some discount and i thought it is tghe rental adjustment from the previous plana as well as the current plan.but when i have received my septemebr bill i was shocked that the rental is 1699 instead of 899.I called up the customer care again on 18/09/2010 and i have explained the executive regarding this they have informed me that there is no order placed for downgrading my broadband plan.i have asked him to escalate the call and i spoke to another person and he has informed me that he will send it to the complaints department(SR number is37802018
              ) and they will deal.I have got a call from airtel and her name is samitha and she asked me whether you have any SR(service request number).As i have informed her that he hasn't given any number.then she has informed me that she cannot do anything.I told her when i called airtel BB customer serice it was not mentioned that i need to collect a service number.she was keep on saying that she can't do anything.I asked her to transfer the call to her manager.she transfered to her superior and her name is vanitha and i have explained the situation again,even she also started asking the SR number which i din't get it from Airtel.she has checked the account and she has informed me that you have enq about the Broadband plan.I told her plz listen to the call as your calls are recorded and she has informed me that it was almsot two months back it can't pull out.and i know they keep recorded calls for almost 6 months and she was keep on asking the SR number and hung up the call,but before she hung i have informed her that don't close this compalint .Also when i have taken this broadband i havn't taken any contract.
              so my complaint to Airtel is i want to downgrade my plan from 1699 to 899 unlimted browser plan and i want a backdated rental from 26/07/2010.and i havn't agreed any contract with Airtel if i have any contract this product is a missold which one Mr binoy has done (who is a TL or manager and i have his number).And also I have made chargeable calls to airtel customer from an another number[protected] which i don't want pay...hope you people will be aable to help me in this case.

                On Friday 13th march at 15.00hrs my husband made a payment to our account by switch. This switch payment was for £29.36 at 15.05hrs this transaction was autorised. It was also autherised again at 15.05hrs, 15.06hrs & 15.17hrs therefore 4payments where taken from our account!
                When we called to get 3 payments refunded they deny it & refuse to refund us! They have taken £117.44 instead of £29.36!!!
                They are not helpful at all, none of the 10 people including managers we spoke to helped they just passed us from pillar to post.
                This company should be ashamed and embarresed for stealing a young couples money & not refunding it.
                You are thieves and have no trouble ripping people off!

                3G — not abel to use

                  My No - [protected] gave for PrePaid to PostPaid conversion in Airtel ShowRoom saidapet. Its almost 15 days passed and no progress. Till now I have received 15 SMS in my contact number stating that PostPaid conversion is done. But nothing happened. Visited the showroom many times and always got the same reply "Wait for 48hrs and it will happen"

                  I am long time Customer of Airtel owning multiple products- TV, PostPaid connections and Broadband. Till now I have never faced such a bad service.

                  Airtel was once famous for its Customer service, But is fading down to be worse compared to other vendors.

                  AirTel — Prepaid-Postpaid

                  I had asked for a post paid connection from pre paid service and it has been 4 days now and there is no responce.
                  When I contacted the Airtel office in this regards, after 48 hrs..of my paying the service charges and giving all the required documents, i was informed that it will be done on Moday i.e 19.05.08 (TOday) Till now, my pre paid connection has not been deactivated.
                  I was informed at the Airtel office that, once the prepaid connection is deactivated, then we will have to put the new sim for activation of post paid and after inserting this sim it will take another 8 hours to get activated.

                  when all this happen, I have been wasting a lot of mony in going for the prepaid, becuase of the late service offered by airtel.
                  I need a quick responce in this matter.

                  Airtel — Very Pathetic service for conversion from Prepaid to Postpaid connection

                  I am a prepaid customer of Airtel. I wanted to conver to postpaid service. The executive from Airtel had called me so i agreed to convert to post paid service. Immediately on agreeing to convert to postpaid service, the executive was at my place within 1 hr. I had submitted all the required documents to him as required and paid the money. He gave me the Gold card and told me that the activation shall be done within 24 hrs. AFter 3 days, on calling him, they said that the verification shall be done. The verification has been done and now its almost 5 days that the card has not been activated. Totally its 10 days now since my application. On calling the customer service[protected], they say that the number has not been registered with us till date for the postpaid connection and still the user is a prepaid customer. I need to visit the nearest gallery for the same. Being angry at the whole issue, the customer service executive is not giving the right information and also not passing the line to his senior as desired by him. The reply is pathetic and very bad. Such hopeless service from Airtel. We should take strict action towards them and sue them and they should pay for the excess days taken by them. Useless service, worst experience of life- second time.

                  Airtel mobile - Postpaid — Worst service

                  I am very sorry to inform this, I have suffered from your service.

                  I was in Prepaid connection and i converted to Post paid (National corporate scheme) and we have given a letter from our company and our post paid account was activated in the month of Oct 07 and my prepaid (Rs942) amount transfered from prepaid account. Due to wrong tagging in your company my mobile no ([protected] & [protected]) outgoing has been deactivated till not cleared (On that time of outgoing deactivation my balance is Rs540 Cr.) Even my account is in credit balance i am not able make a call and send a sms. Still problem not solved. Many representatives came and they got the letter from our company but there is no solution.

                  I felt that the good service in prepaid but now i feel worst service in Airtel and i am realy dissatisfied with your service

                  AirTel — Mob Prepaid to Postpaid

                  Currently I am using Airtel Prepaid Mobile [protected]
                  I got an call from Airtel saying " You can convert from Prepaid to Postpaid for Free. Our Executive will Come to your home and will take Your documents." I received this call from at least 4-5 Operators in Mumbai from different Locations. When I accepted the Scheme one of the operator called me and said "Sir, Please put my name in the form as an Contacting Operator.(Some target was given to these guys )" I submitted the document at least 10 days ago. Then there was some address verification required before the Postpaid connection activates (Even though their person came and took documents from me). It took five days for them to complete this formality. Now 5 days have gone after my Address Verification is over but my card is not activated yet.
                  My points are :
                  1) While offering something to Customer these guys should make sure that the database for a Mobile Phone is submitted to only one of their representative : so that customers wont get loads of calls.
                  2) While giving an target to operators/Representatives they should see that Relationship with Customer is not getting hampered in any manner.SO that there won't be any Request call for putting name of operator.
                  3) They should show same eagerness in things like Address Verification and Activation as they are showing while taking the documents.

                  Presently, my SIM was deactivated. Can anybody in Airtel Customer Care would look into this and activate my SIM immediately?

                  Ive applied for airtel prepaid to post paid and the verification was done on 11/2/11 since than it was to take only 4hrs as per the galery in lokhandwala complex,near firangi market.Plus your custermer care which is suppose to handle the complain are giving nos which reach us nowhere.

                  Airtel Postpaid Mobile — Not providing service after producing required documents

                  Refer my email given to nodal officer.[protected]@airtel.in on 26.02.2011 wherein I have complaint regarding de-activation of my Airtel mobile No.[protected], in spite of furnishing documents and photographs in 3 times.

                  Thanks for the response though a belated one. On 03.03.2011 about 17.00 hrs one Pradeep Kumar, an Airtel official from Delhi called me from mobile no. [protected] and informed me that he will solve my complaints. After making some number of calls to my other mobile, he informed me that, my SIM card has been damaged and to go to nearby Airtel outlet for getting a fresh SIM card by simply producing copy of ID proof. Accordingly I visited Airtel outlet located at Trichy cantonment where they said they cannot issue fresh SIM card as the original SIM card issued at Chennai and asked me to go to another Airtel outlet located at Thillai Nagar, Trichy. Travelling another 4 km's I reached Airtel showroom at Thillai Nagar where I have been advices to furnish two more application forms with documents and photograph. Virtually I am disappointed to realize that I have to start from square one again, indeed I am disappointed for getting harassed by making me to run from pillar to post for no fault of mine.

                  Attracted by big exposure and expecting wonderful service it is rather frustrating to find that the customers are made to suffer at the wimps and fancy of the customer care executives. Arrange to either activate the connection or arrange to return back the documents I submitted so far.

                    I have airtel dish tv connection from last 3 years.But from 2 years i am facing lots of problem like dish t.v. card not supports properly,bcz of that i have changed set top box 2 times and again the guy from airtel dealer says that u have to change set top box.The customer service is even more poor as i have called them plenty of times and without solving the problem they message to me that your problem is solved.I have faced the card problem in march 13 also and at that time they take approx. 10 days to solve the problem and now again from last 8 days i m facing the same problem,so finally i decided to disconnect my airtel dish t.v. connection.

                    I have bought Dish TV on 11th June and since then I had lots of trouble to contact them for installation and even after that there again was a problem with the Audio not working because of the setup box. Even after giving the complaint the service personnal came after four days of pestering from my side. Then they took the setup box and is claiming for more than a week to repair/replace the same. It is so annoying that for a new piece they are doing this kind of drama. I have contacted all managers but that was hopeless. I bought the dish tv connection from "Sri Maruthi Aircon" dealer. They are so irresponsible that they even don't attend calls well. The service center that attended is of Medavakkam area with Ph. No.[protected].

                    I own this connection on my brother's name Mr. GAGAN MEHRA, V.C. No. [protected], and we have paid for 1 year package. Just after paying for it, there was a problem of alignment, for which we have been complaining to DISH TV Customer Care numeral times, and it has been more than 2 months, also we have talked to 2 supervisors, who assured that some one will surely come, we have not received any executive from them to fix this alignment, and eveytime we call they say they will definitely send someone. Also after tired of asking for an executive we asked for a refund and they said only Rs 400/- will be refunded and for that also we need to fax first to a different department. Not only this some of the executives were even harsh while talking as if they are not conecrned. I am tired of the inconvenience caused because I am not getting many of the channels for which I have already paid, and not even getting the money refunded. Pathetic services.

                    My set top box is not working from past two weeks, its diwali today and we are still without the transmisson.

                    After trying several times the customer care number, i managed to lodge a complaint on 19th Oct, 2008. I was assured by a customer care executive 'Suraj' that:
                    1. some one from the Dish TV would be contacting us in next 48 hours.
                    2.dish tv people will come to our house to rectify the problem .
                    3. if needed will provide a replacement...

                    but, for next few days there was no response. Then i tried again and was told that the complaint was not forwarded to the concerned department.
                    Dish TV service center of Amritsar contacted us and following happened (opposite of what i was told by the executive):
                    1. We had to take our set top box to the servce center.
                    2. No replacement given.
                    4. Its been a week and we dont know the status, on calling them: no proper response is given.

                    I have concluded that having Dish TV is a bad idea...
                    No coordination between Customer care and the service center...
                    No body is there to listen...

                    Sad story for a company like Zee...

                    I am very disappointed about DISH Tv service. While buying I thought “They Call No 1” so will go with them” but I am not happy as they not able to install one distv after 12 days of online booking…

                    I am spending time & money to follow them guy’s by phone & by email. & more then a amount which is took me 690/- Rs. i spend more then 700 Rs. as my mobile bill as they keep on hold more then 5 min & after such a long conversation they can not provide Solution.... & money is pending to refund from last more then 1 month now.....

I had purchased my DishTV for full chaege package for six months on Janu 2011 for full channels from Shop Siddhi Vinayak DTH service Bhandup west from person Mr. Manoj(Contact No[protected].But we are not getting full channels.We have complained to him (Mr. Manoj) and he said he will resolve the issue.But still we are suffering.We have tried to call him many time but nobody is responsding.please help and tell what should i do.Please take it up urgent.we are facing this issue from last month(May 2011)

                    I had purchased an online connection of Dish TV and after 15 days they installed the connection but did not activated. Even After three days of Installation no channel is coming in TV. I called many times to them but no response.

                    I want to cancel my order and want my money back.

                    Please do something.

                    Please don't purchase Dish TV specially online. They are really a fraud company and this is the reason their MD and ECO are involved in blackmailing like Jindal group.

                      I had opted for an Airtel broadband connection in mid 2012, the monthly payment for which was being made on time regularly.

                      On one occasion (September 2012 billing), because Airtel’s online payment gateway was down, the call centre offered to send a cash pickup service to my office to which I agreed. I paid Rs.1000 to Mr.Vishwanath to clear the total outstanding as told to me by the associate over the phone (I had opted for the 999 plan). The receipt has been scanned and sent to Airtel on many occasions.

                      Even after the payment was made I kept getting calls from Airtel for a month, asking me to clear my outstanding amount of Rs.1000 which I had already paid. I provided my receipt number and the copy of the receipt (along with sign and stamp from Airtel staff) several times to many Airtel associates but they just couldn’t find records and said that the pickup person seems to have disappeared.

                      After a few weeks I got a call from another associate to inform me that the money had been deposited in some other Airtel customers’ account by mistake and it should be recovered within weeks. At this point, I had informed Airtel that even though I have made a payment, my line sbeen disconnected. The associate apologized, and assured me that the line would be restored within 24 hours. Even after 5 months, my line was never reconnected and Airtel kept calling me and sending me bills for every month after disconnecting my line without my permission.

                      I have spoken with Team Leader Mr.Nagarjuna Reddy and Ms.Sowhmya most recently, amongst many others, regarding this issue but haven’t heard from Airtel after logging two complains. Mr. Reddy assured me that he will put me on a DND list for collections calls until the case was resolved from their end but I kept getting calls from Airtel for payment nevertheless.

                      I wrote several emails to all complain departments across Airtel, but there has not been one solution to the issues I have raised, except for a few standard apology mails and “we are looking into this”.

                      I am sick and tired of answering calls from the collections department for a payment I do not owe them. I have been receiving harassment calls from Airtel employees (their Identity can be tracked when calling), claiming to be section officers/advocates/lawyers from district court, Delhi stating that they have a legal notice for me from Airtel!

                      I don’t understand why I am being hassled for a clear negligence on Airtel’s part?

                      Instead of apologizing for their blunder and misbehaviors on the phone, Airtel continues to call me for payments, at least 10-15 times in a day. In spite of repeated requests for a full statement of payments till date and a meeting with an Airtel executive to resolve the case, I have not got any documentation from Airtel to support their claim, nor have they offered to send someone to clarify and close the issue. During one call I was appalled to hear that Airtel does not maintain details of disconnected lines, so they may not be able to give me my payment history and until I pay up the amount they are claiming, I will keep getting harassing call!

                      In order to stop the calls, I have now offered that I will make an exception and pay the entire amount of Rs. 2934 even though I don’t owe Airtel any money, as long as they can give me a letter stating that they are charging me for months the internet had been disconnected, and that once I make this payment, they will not ask for any other money. They have assured me that an NOC will be sent to me by post 72 hours AFTER the payment has been made, but there is no mention of the requested letter.

                      I have gone twice to the Cambridge Layout, Bangalore outlet to make the payment, and both times they have had server issues and could not process the payment. The payment cannot be made online as Airtel have conveniently deactivated my entire broadband line, hence they don’t have my records in the system to accept payment.

                      Airtel is making it more and more difficult for me to close the case and and continue to call at odd hours (Recorded call logs). I called this morning on the same number to ask if they could help me with another branch address around my office where I could make a payment, and the executive Rahul/Mathur, (not sure what their real names are) actually said “we are not a GPS service, find out the address yourself.”

                      I am now reconsidering cooperating with Airtel and am being forced to make a police complaint for harassment of women and a consumer complain for claiming false charges against a disconnected broadband line. I have managed to extract all my payment details on my own and can prove that the fault is not mine.

                      I am appointing a lawyer to help me with legalities but in the interim if anyone can give any advice on how to escalate this matter, it would really help a lot.

                      I have taken a broad band connection of airtel based on commitment by their agent to provide me the unlimited download connection. Instead of providind it they provided limited download connection and plus dispathed me the bill of Rs2800 for 8 days. I am not satisfied with the service and wiont suggest anyone to take it.

                      AirTel — disconnected my service

                      i am using 2 connections of airtel in kochin and my other number had a outstanding balance, while i was in delhi and i made the payment in delhi 2 months back and now they are telling me that i have not made any payment, on the other side they have disconnected my service of other number also as there is no out standing. and yhis all has been done without informing me.

                      Airtel : Broadband Connection — Disconnection after payment

                      I have a broadband connection with me and Airtel has been giving very poor services from the day 1. They have been harrasing by giving wrong information and pushing what they want to dictate. Recently we have made the payment of bill thru ICICI ECS and they have sent the confirmation of the same thru SMS.however they kept sending SMS reminders and calls for making the payment once again.

                      I ahve written to Mr Sunil Bharti Mittal's office as well and as usual there was no response.

                      Now they have disconnected the connection stating non payment is the reason, while this is incorrect. Even I would not be willing to continue with services but company should pay for all the inconvience they have caused to me.

                      Suggest where we can lodge the complaint and who will revert.

                      AirTel — false charges and disconnection of service

                      Sir,

                      I bought your two new connection of premium number @ Rs. 10, 000 each ie [protected] and [protected] in october.

                      I paid the said amount of Rs. 20, 000 before getting sim and availed offer of two year free rental after paying Rs. 1495.

                      I got first three bill with negative figure and fourth one of Rs. 1500 ( Approx ) against each no and surprised I didnt putr the sim in my phone till then.

                      when I put sim in my phone it shows sim registration failed.

                      When I asked about this no satisfactory response was given to me

                      I talked more than 20 times and you know everytime I had to explain the problem to every executive

                      I talked to two supervisor ie Mr. amit and Mr. karan

                      Mr. Amit assures me the regular service and reversed the entire wrong charges debited to my account

                      But now I got warning from airtel for legal proceeding against non payment of above said Bill.

                      If i couldnt get the positive result shortly then I wont have no other option except to go to MRTP, consumer forum and court

                      AirTel — line disconnected without informing me

                      I have a airtel connection .I m having this connection since two years and when taking the new connection I gave my voter ID card as an identification.Yesterday night they disconnected the line without prior notification.After calling airtel customer care executive in the morning they told us due to documentation problem.I think as phone is very importahnt they should have inform us before disconnecting the line.Even before they have deducted balance without any specific reason.Please do judgement.

                      I am raising this issue for total mismanagement of Bharti Airtel company.

                      Sometimes without informing client they installed virus scan software over the broad band connection and charged it. As a result my official laptops got crashed since officialy provided Virus scan already insatlled on my laptop.

                      Airtel India — Negligent Service

                      Recently i had opted for a airtel connection in bangalore no. [protected].

                      I wanted to activate the ECS (Electronic Clearing Scheme) on the same and for it had submitted the required documents (Fully filled form + a cancelled cheque leaf verified by the bank) to the airtel outlet at the bangalore, electronincs city customer care outlet.

                      For the first i submitted it on 16th march, but the guys there Mr. Shyam and Mr. Lokesh told me that the backend team has misplaced them so kindly resubmit them.
                      There after i again submitted them on 29th april and now again both the guys are saying that the documents have been misplaced.

                      Every time i go to the bank for verification of the cheque leaf the charge me a verification fees. Why should a customer face the consequences due to negligence of two executives.

                      I had loged numerous complaints regarding the same (complaint no. 27166889, 27218548,[protected] with the customer care but bo action has been taken till now.

                      I want that this complaint should be taken upto airtel and they find the documents that i had submitted and update my ECS as well as an action should be taken up on the two executives (Shyam and lokesh)at the infosys bangalore outlet so that no other customer should have to face the same problems.

                      m Vikram staying in M.G.R Nagar Chennai, TN. I paid 1500 Rs to airtel sales people two weeks back . I paid it to Mr.Satish ( +91-[protected] ). Mr.Satish informed me that i will be getting connection in next three days. I waited for three days and gave a call to him for asking for the status. He requested me to call Mr. Dinesh (+91-[protected]), his team lead and get the updates. I was speaking to him for whole one week. When ever i call him he gives all sort of reason and finally informed me that i will be getting connection on Saturday ( 15th Aug ). I asked him whether office would be open on Aug 14th, he said yes and i was waiting for the installation people to call me. But no one came. when i called him yesterday he asked me to be in touch with his manager Mr.Kamal ( +91 [protected]). Now even his manager has no clue when i will be getting the connection. Today 18th August i spoke to one of my know person working in Airtel main office here in chennai. He found that my application has not been logged in till now and informed me that in my area we dont have airtel network itself. He even called the people who got money and put me in conference call and asked them how they got money from me when they dont have any Airtel network in that area. They couldnt answer him. Im totally shocked about Airtel service itself. I never expected this from Airtel. I came to know that people who got money from me are airtel franchise people. They work as Zone 2 level. Super Dsa, Avadi, Chennai[protected] . I called this number asking for my money back. No one is responding back to me. I spoke to one lady called Kalai who work as co ordinator. KINDLY HELP ME TO GET MY MONEY BACK. We all work hard to earn these money, but these kind of company making us fool. I couldnt belive that Airtel is doing like this. I really fed up with Airtel service. Is this a way you treat a customer???is this a way you people work???

                      I need my money to be refunded back to me soon. Kindly let me help me to get my money back..Should i file any complaint???

                      I would request all of you to be precautious with Airtel. Kindly check whether your paying money to airtel franchiese people or Main office people...Becoz franchiese people wont respond back to you at any level once they get money..They will say that they have passed on the case to main office..Kindly check the call centre people whether you have airtel network in your area. Im residing in chennai, that in centre part of chennai, but i dont have network in my area.

                      this is in refrence to the airtel broadband no.-[protected]. i requested the service provider on 5th of may, 2009 for the disconnection of the above mentioned no., where its billing cycle completes on 18 th of may.i have paid all the dues till 18th of may, 2009. inspite of this, they didnot disconnect the number till 9th of july and now they have sent me a legal notice for the payment of the dues from 18th may to 9th July, 2009. Not only this they have asked me to return the telephonic equipment and chrged me of misusing the equipment in that legal notice where i have returned it on 30th of may, when their executives demanded for it. above all, their executives call and come to my place & talk rubbish, even in an abusive tone for the dues, which i dont owe them. i went to their head office in industrial area, chandigarh, where nobody was ready to listen and they keep on lingering the things, come tommorrow, day after tommorrow and so on. thjs harrasment teaches us a lesson not to subscribe for any airtel no. in future.
                      Do not spend time in contacting the Sales person.
                      They will not check the feasibility before the you apply for broad band connection.
                      They would check only after you apply.
                      Airtel will not return the money if its not feasible to provide connection in the particuclar area.
                      Same thing happend to me.
                      Airtel is cheating many like this. I have confirmed this with the my friend, working as Sales person in Airtel.

                      Only thing good about the connection is its technology that too I am sure would be because of some third party vendor who would be obliging Airtel with the services. I have done every possible thing to get resolution to my complaint but failed. Even have asked to disconnect my connection but was no good either. Today I tried again to reach Customer care after going through the long IVR and this customer care representative hung up on me after listening to the complaint.

                      Want immediate action for the disconnetion of my connection. Please guide me what formalities do I need to follow.

                      I have subscribe airtel internet plan of Rs98 in which the company claims 2GB downloading in a month as per plan.but from the very first day i am not able to download any content.after facing this problem i complained to customer care121 they assure me to resolve the net problem in 2 days but they didnt.

                      The company BhartiAirtel received Rs.8000/- vide Cheque from me and its representatives stated that I will have 12 months free internet . i was informed that a sum of rs.832 shall be payable towards taxes. In the month of march and April the company raised bills of Rs.8832 and 9000 respectively and included late fees claiming that I have not paid the Rs.8000/- which they encashed in february. I insisted that a proper bill has to be first issued before I pay. They convince me to pay a sum of Rs.832 in March. and thereafter they raised yet another false bill in april. I have given numerous complaints on Phone by dialling 121 and also by visiting customer relationship centre II at T nagar Chennai. The staff at these cetntres are rude and treat you like accused people without any care. the negligence and mistake is on them yet they disconnected te line on May 14. Repeated request to send a proper bill has not yet been answered and they have not yet connected my broad band. The telephone number is[protected] and broad band was taken to do urgent work from home. The whole object is defeated. I feel cheated by the company.Even a sum of rs.5,00,000/- as com-pensation would not set right the damage caused to me. The callers including my parents and inlaws feel that I am not capable of paying my telephone bills. The insulting situation has arisen only because of gross defeciency in service and reckless attitude to set right the problem.

                      Dear Sir/Ma'am,

                      My name is Thulsi and I live in Domlur area in Bangalore... I had applied for a broadband connection with Airtel and I requested for an urgent request as my work demands me to work from home... I called Airtel and they promised to give me the connection in 4 days and got me to fill the applications and collected Rs.270 as a part of the processing fee..
                      Please note that i raised a request on 10th July and today being 2nd August, I have not heard back from Airtel... I have called them several times regarding this issue, there seems no response..
                      I have received 4 escalations from my manager already.. Its causing me a lot of embarrasement to go into office as I have passed my deadline to work from home...
                      Please help me with this, as its causing too much distress..

                      Airtel Broadband — disconnection of services

                      dear sir , I had been using airtel broadband connection , with phone no 46053979 at 2/15 , shantiniketan , new delhi -21 . I called up 121 to get this connection disconnecte in march , which was done so, and i shifted to palam vihar gurgaon , where in i again took a new connection from airtel , tel no[protected] . The last bill amount of 2113 rs was paid for the previos connection .
                      Even though the last abill amount was paid for march , and the shantiniketan house has been demolished , for reconstruction , i am being harrased by your representatives for outstanding rental charges for april , may etc . Earlier the tele representatives , used to apologise for not updating their systems , but today i got a call saying , that i need to personally go to your okhla office for dissconnection. When i expressed my inability to go to okhla , for getting a connection dissconnected in a house which does not exist from april onwards , they are asking me to go to palam vihaar , vyapaar kendra office .
                      kindly look into the mater and do the needfull , as this is causing me harrasment , and being an old airtel customer , does not leave a very good taste . Dont expect airtell to act like a govt owned company .

                      Hi,

                      I have been a regular user of Airtel Broadband services number[protected] but still Iam surprised to see the kind of mishandling these guys have done..
                      I dropped a cheque number 318932 of Stancart bank Gurgaon dated 27th July 2010 and somehow the person who collected this cheque out of the drop box has lost it..I have confirmed it from bank and they said that they have not received any cheque of this number for clearance..

                      Iam getting repeated calls and threateniong to make the payment else line will be disconnected..THIS IS HARASSMENT WHEN IT IS NOT CUSTOMER'S ISSUE...I MADE PAYMENT ON TIME AND AT LEAST 10 TMES GIVEN PAYMENT DETAILS TO THE DEPARTMENT..

                      Please do somethign about this and le tme know why they have misplaced he cheque..

                      I had a connection Airtel No. 45028758 to 45028768 Account No 14456930 & 14456932 I submit A letter regarding Disconnection Above Mention Telephone No Due to Airtel inability to transfer the above stated connection to our new address H-51 Udyog Nagar Industrial Area Rohtak Road Delhi-41 because my company shifted 1 July-10 L-20 to H-51. But now they raised a invoice Rs 2630 & Rs 5728 period 17 Jul-10 to 16 Aug-10 already my connection dis connect i attached receiveing copy . Nobody reply properly

                      I am Ram manohar Jaiswal and this connection is in my name. The no. is[protected], its an internet broadband connection.

                      I requested to disconnect this no. in the month of june 2010 but it is not disconected.i told customer care that i am using now data card and he told me some plan with lesser value but i said to disconnect and he said it will be disconnected but he has changed my plan to lesser value.if the customer care records voice then that is the proof we can hear the conversation i did with the customer care person, hence bill is still coming and calls are coming. i have used value of around Rs around 799 plus tax that i am ready to pay but not more.

                      Airtel broadband internet — Incorrect billing

                      I have taken the 512 kbps Night unlimited plant. My bill for september 2010 came to about Rs 9,500/- which was a shock because my bill regularly reaches about Rs 1,200/-. I filed a compliant on 1st October (No.131514) to check the billing. I found that they had charged me over Rs 1000/- from 9:50 pm to 10:00 pm when the plan says downloading becomes unlimited after 10:00pm. This occurred on several occasions. After calling 121 several times, their technical department informed me that rs 7,596/- had been waived from my bill and that the amount would reflect in my next bill (ref. no. 167058)
                      This month (October 2010) I have received a bill showing no such waiver of the amount and asking me to pay the full amount of both last month and this month amounting to Rs. 11,596/-. There seems to be no coordination between the technical and billing departments. Repeated calls to 121 just put me off for 24 or 48 hours. Making the customer follow up on such issues where we are not at fault is totally wrong on the part of Airtel.
                      My issue has definitely not been resolved. In fact I am still following up with the 121 and other numbers but nobody seems to be doing anything. Airtel broadband has become a joke. There is no coordination between any of the departments and it seems that they are only out to cheat unsuspecting customers!!

                      Airtel Broadband Services — Incorrect billing and unauthorised download

                      This is with reference to my recent bill for my broad connection.

                      Sir, I am having night 9 to morning 8 unlimited usage - 560 PLAN. I called up
                      airtel in October - 198 / 121 and complained that there is a unusual increase
                      in my bill and requested the officer to check the details.

                      He confirmed that there was a erroneous bill generated for my account as they have not checked my plan correctly. Further, he told that the issue has been taken with the billing department and to make payment of Rs.475.00 ( which is exclusive of my late fee which I paid the previous month).

                      I paid 475.00 and the officer assured that the bill will be rectified as the
                      error was from your side.

                      Later I was shocked to receive a bill with description Previous balance :3702.00 Payments - Nil and This month Charges 6727.20 Total
                      = 10429.00

                      during day time as I totally do not have time for it. I have used my DSL /
                      Broad band connection during ninght ( which is free ).There is a unauthorised billing. When i alled airl tey are saying if system is on the amount will be billed. I have not swithced on my pc n the moringin.

                      After a long wait I am forwarding this mail to you, request you to check this issue on priority basis and help me in sorting this complaint

                      Airtel Broadband — Disconnection of the Service

                      Hi,
                      I want bring this in to your notice that, I am using the airtel broad band connection for more than 2 years now. Since i have taken another internet conection i have given the request to cancell my airtel broad band conection and I wanted to keep only the LandLine Number in September 2010.

                      After a long procedure I got an offer from the airtel for aMonthly rental of Rs.250 in which 25 hrs of internet use was free. to my surprise i got the bill of Rs.1200 in november and Rs,1180 in december 2010 saying my modem was on for all the days eventhough i have not used that much. So finally i decided to cancell my conection from Airtel for that i have given the cancellation request on 2 december 2010 when i asked the status of the complaint i got the reply that there is no cancellation request for this no. so again on 10 december i given the request for which i got the compl No.424596.

                      Further to this every day i am getting some 2-3 calls for more offers from one end and for the full payment from other. On 13 january one lady Ms. nidhi called me and told just to pay Rs.1600and the remaining amount she will give the waiver by now the total bill came toRs. 2688 eventhough the connection was in cancellatiuon due to payment not done. so i gave the amount Rs.1600. when i called that lady for the status the reply i got is now she is not handling this. it is 2 months since i have given the cancellation request nothing have happend. the more irritating thing is that on repablic day 26 jan i was enjoying my time with the family one person came to my home for the remaing payment saying the waiver request is rejected eventhough i have not asked anybody to come on holidays and he used more abused words. is this the culture the airtel people develops at work? I dont remember his name and his no.[protected].
                      to my surprise another person came to me after an hour for the same payment the story is not ending here the next is one more person came to my home at 5.30 PM saying he is from the technical team to check why the broadband is not working.

                      So please tell me are you people making the customers fool or is this the work culture exist in airtel, no coordination, no serive?

                      Airtel Broadband Services — Worst Service, Fraud Billing, high conceited about herself and Always False commitment‏

                      This is Vinayak from Bangalore. Myland is[protected] its in the name of myself.


                      MY concerns is :

                      1. I escalated an issue with landline instrument due to low voice your executive has been visited and they changed

                      some instrument and left but its something problem in the telephone jack. For this issue i keep on used to make a

                      call and call after 15days they came simply changed one telephone(RJ-11) cable and said its working... for this

                      simple issue without visiting my place your executives frequently passing msg to customer care that we are visited

                      customer place...ONLY visiting can i get solutions..bt no one has visited my place upto when I shouted to customer

                      care...


                      2. Router is giving frequent problem I use to switch off and on min.10-15times/day. For this issue they have taken

                      morethan 15days to solve issue that too ONLY WHEN I USED TO KEEP ON FOLLOW UP THINGS orelse they

                      wont taken careup.

                      3. Mybilling date is starting from every month 18th. As the same way this month also hapend and my speed was

                      degraded to lower from 19th evening onwards I thought might be service issue they only rectify after couple of

                      time but I got a msg on the late night that I HAVE CROSSED MY MAX. DOWNLOAD SO SPEED WAS REDUCED…

                      HOW CAN I CROSS 30GB OF DATA WITH IN 1DAY(24 HRS)…?!?!?

                      For that again I escalated issue and it sorted out by next day 1pm(aprox)

                      BUT STRANGE IS on the same I used max of 6hours(excluding power failure(1-1.30min) on dat day but your report

                      saying I HAVE DOWNLOADED 8.6GB DATA on d same day… HOW Its possible to download within 6hours that to

                      frequent disconnection of ROUTER .!?!


                      SECOND TIME IM FACING THIS TYPE OF ISSUE

                      4. your 2nd report saying that I have download 1.6GB of data in the time of 9.30AM BUT I opened the SHOP AROUND

                      escalation TEAM WILL CALL AND THEY LET YOU KNOW D DETAILS

                      BUT after couple of days around 4April, 2011 my services has been blocked without intimating. When I used to talk

                      with your callcenter they have proved their head weight and rude conversation has been happened. Even I

                      requested you guys PLEASE PROVIDE ATLEAST 24 MORE HOURS SO FOR I CAN ARRANGE ALTERNATIVE he said its

                      not possible nothing is in my hand i[censored] drop the call that customer call also will be blocked..!

                      Now tell me who has given rights without intimating me blocking the services…..atleast doesnt maintain

                      minimum ethics to maintain to inform the customer before 24hrs for line going to disconnect.

                      If this same incident happened in your cabin will you be sit patiently..!??!

                      who has given rights to speak with irresponsible answer to customer….

                      suppose i[censored] are in the position of honorable its fine and show ur proud in your service

                      to shine ur future instead of that if you showed your proudness and irresponse answer who is the

                      hi i am a freaking frustrated customer of the india's worst brand AIRTEL in customer service they have a cheap third right sales person called suni(SRE0205) and Anandh Reddy(Electronic city Bangalore-100).They called me up for the connection to 4 or 5 times after that i opted for the connection and paid 1 month bill in advance and my TBR bumber 236816 nonsense they said they will give connection within 4 working days i waited and they told that there is a problem with the DB so they will change and turn around is on May 16. so i have to wait for 17 days. customer service people from Airtel floor manager Jasmine disconnected the call and others just ignored to transfer the call to manager without knowing the reason even after 12 times.[censored]s they are uneducated fellows.really irritated if i want to cancel also it will take 15 working days to get a check from that people.pathetic service sales man says go and complaint to Nodal i[censored] need.no nodal was reachable in a working day even after 9.30 Am.stupid service provider airtel sucks still withstands because of the product....thats it u wont withstand the market i[censored] are like this

                      Airtel — Change of rate plan without my permission

                      Respected sir,
                      I am sagar,with mobile number [protected] and i have been with airtel since 2006 and i have got the worst service in the mean while,and when the mnp has introduced i got to try it and sent a message for the mnp process,in the mean while an airtel customer care executive have called me and asked why i am planning to change my operator,since i didn't found anything(offers and service)good for me so i am opting out from the operator,the customer care executive have opted me a plan which will be free of cost initially for 10 days and from the 11th day the Rs.1/- will be charged daily for the plan,but i didn't show any interest to take up the plan and i have indicated the person clearly about it.But my number got the plan changed with out my permission and they didn't intimate me even though,i have called them and mailed them lot of times,but the response is vain,so i am complaining about it here,so kindly act upon the action asap.

                      Airtel — Not sending the bill details and abnormal charges of broadband connection

                      I am paying the bills regularly. In this month I was received e-mail from Airtel people in the late hours of 31.5.2011 for making bill of Rs. 1167/- for the bill dated 12.5.2011 . And the amount of bill has to be paid by 31.5.2011. How reasonable of communicating the bill payment information in the late houre of due date. I do not know as to why the Airtel people have not bothered about sending the bills in advance with details.                       I raised a complaint on 4th July 2011 and you said it will be sorted out. But it is 2nd August almost a month now and no outcome is there.
                      My phone and Broadband is till not working in spite of repeated calls and mails.
                      My first mail to Airtel regarding the same issue was on 19th May, 2011.
                      You say that the query is resolved...but it is not..
                      I still face the same prob and nothing has been done to resolve the issue.

                      We have submitted a ticket to airtel on disconnct the airtel Broad band services in on May 11th vide ref no. 1474023 to disconnect the connection and ignoring it they are billing. They called lot of time to confirm it but it is reducalous that they are still charging monthly rental on it and harising the customer

                      Airtel is deducting my money without any reasons. This time they charged me Rs.10 claiming that i downloaded some stuff from gprs but as a matter of fact, gprs is not even activated on my phone. And when called to customer care, he kept me on hold for about 6-7 minutes TWICE and call automatically got disconnected both the times. And this time they charged for customer care's usual fee without even solving the issue. This is not for the first time. In past few months this is quite a regular issue with me. They automatically activates some useless service and charge for it. But i never made a complaint for it. Now this is really getting worse.

                      AirTel — Negligence

                      My no. is [protected]. This is my third complaint in last 2 months. Till now they haven't solved my problem. But the worst thing about them is that hey just close ur previous complaints without any feedback from the customer. Earlier they barred my number from calling to customer service just because of my frequent calls to customer service as they have deactivated my service without my consent and any prior info. That also caused be about 80-100 bucks deducted from my account. I received a call from their customer service when I raised my first complaint, but they didn't called back as they said. After a couple of weeks againg I received a call when I had raused my second consumer complaint. This time they solved my problem of not connecting through customer service, but still my major problem was not solved and again no call back from them. I called the customer service today and they told me that they don't have any complaint registered by my number except my last complaint. Just after saying this the call got disconnected. I am fed up of this and is looking for a change in service provider. But nothing can be done to these [censored]s beause they will be keep doing the same thing and the consumer will have to suffer. This is my last month with these [censored]s and then I am definatly going to some other service provider.

                        Bharti Airtel — Internet Connection was not installed

                        Sir,
                        I have applied for internet connection on 28-Aug-08 (Form No: BA 147482)and Agent(Syed) told me that they will installed it within 4 working days but at the same time he mentioned 7 days in application form. when i obeject the same, he told they have to mention 7 days only.
                        I was keep following with Syed and his Supervisor (Anand -[protected]) and they used to tell it will connect tomorrow and so on.
                        I called Aitel customer care and logged two complaints 11463288 & 11485156 but no output.
                        I called third time to customer care and they told they have assiged this to engineer Venkatesh ([protected]) to install internet connection and it will be completed today. I called Venkatesh and was shocked to know that he has already informed Syed that he can not put internet connection to my house as current box is not having free line. I called Customer care and they are not providing any update on this. I don't know what to do now.
                        I have given 1000 Rs while submitting the form, No one has called me so far about my connection or money

                        I want claim 25000 rs for my mental stress and was not able to address production issue.

                          I am having a Airtel Broadband connection. But from last 7 days it's not working. I logged complaints so many times but every time they promised to resolve the issue. Every time they logged it as new case so that no one can raise question on their response.

                          Very unsatisfied with Airtel services.

                          Airtel Broadband — Log Complaint link not working

                          The log complaint link is not working for the last 2 months, this forces consumers to log complaint over the phone. This is just a sheer waste of time.

                          I don't know what to say and the UI is so counter intuitive, when you log a complaint via their portal they ask you to re-enter contact information.

                          They should seriously employ a usability guru to fix their UI.

                          I strongly agree with the fact that Airtel is providing worst services to its customer. Mine is friend card. I'm facing a problem from 1 month but it hasn't resolved yet.
                          My number is added in a group. Whenever, I call a member of the group, my 1 rupee has been cut instead of 10 paise.
                          Everytime, I call customer care they tell that your number is not added in any group. So, when I try to add my number in the group, message comes that my number is already added in the group.

                          Their system is totally incorrect due to which we face a lot of problem.

                          When we call Customer Care more than 3 times, they bar our call. Thats the nice thing that they can do with their customer because they can't solve the problem. So, they can do this atmost i.e not facing the customer.
                          I logged in a request on 25-6-09 via email and for disconnection of my telephone no. [protected] under request no. 10325167. But it has been more than 3 months despite of my no. of calls and emails they are not closing the request but putting more bills on me. Which is a money loss to me.

Since 12th February 2010 continuously I have been complaining regarding the slow connectivity in roaming [Bangalore]. But till now the problem has not resolved and there is no any compensation in the bill. On behalf of assurance of resolution from the executive of vender I have been already paying the bill since last two months and requested for the reversal of bill but there is no any positive response in the matter of reversal of bill except the assurance that they are going to resolve the problem within 48 hrs.

                              I tried to recharge my airtel mobile using my debit card transaction number 685371.The money was deducted from my bank account but the recharge was not completed. This happened again the day. Again the money was deducted from my account but recharge was still not completed. I tried calling the consumer helpline but no satisfactory response. This is happening again and again. Kindly help regarding this....

                              Hello,

                              I have been using a Airtel postpaid mobile no. [protected] and [protected] for the past 1.5 years in Indira Nagar, a fairly residential area, in Bangalore. The network reception at our home location both indoor and outdoor is very poor and we are suffering due to this for the last 5 months.
                              I have made a number of complaint to airtel through their customer care numbers – 121 and also through emails to Nodalofficer.[protected]@in.airtel.com and Appellate.[protected]@in.airtel.com on number of occasions. apart from numerous communications through customer care by me and my family members), but all in vain. I have been given SR nos. 48032903 and 50139462.

                              Initially they told me that in 90 days it will be fixed, now it's been more than 150 days and every time I dial an Appellate officer, they ask for 90 days time which is never ending for me now.

                              I am really disappointed with the customer care, nodal officer, appellate of Airtel. The matter has been escalated to the so called – highest authority in AIRTEL but no improvement has resulted in network coverage. Further, 2 surveys have been carried out and during all of these surveys it has been found that the network coverage is absolutely ZERO in my house. The poor network coverage is also confirmed by Airtel over telephone and in their email vide dated 28th MAY 2013.In several other emails they did not even acknowledge this issue which is highly unprofessional attitude from their side.

                              Further it is quite annoying that the customer care executives are quite happy to remind that the network coverage may be poor due to location of a building, topography, climatic conditions, the handset quality etc. for which we have already informed that the building is located in the heart of Indira Nagar area in Bangalore and we were getting adequate network coverage till Dec. 2012, the handsets used are LG Google Nexus 4, Samsung Galaxy duos . These phones were working very fine till Dec 2012 in my house and they work fine outside my area. The executives who carried the survey also confirmed the poor network coverage readings received in our phone.

                              Going a step further, the Appellate authority is updating me that their network coverage is at optimum level which is completely false statement. They are circumventing this issue since January 2013.

                              This has affected our professional and social life. It seems that Airtel is not interested in rectifying the issue and they are hanging on the issue. The response explained above is quite disappointing and reflects the poor working standards at Bharti Airtel Ltd.

                              I have wasted lot of time and energy in chasing with airtel and hope that Airtel senior management wakes up and direct them to take the necessary actions at the earliest. Else, it seems that I have no option but to switch to another operator, if my concern is not heard at this forum as well.

                              AirTel — No resolution of complaint.

                              Hi,

                              I had logged a complain for number [protected] on 28th Jan regarding no network coverage at my area. But till day 26 Mar 08 compain is in open status and I had asked airtel to give me waiver of rental from the day I had logged this complain and till it is not resolved. But inspite of doing this they had closed my outgoing calls from 20 Mar 08 and now today that is on 26 mar 08, they had closed my number without intimating me.
                              I had not paid my bill for last 2 months because the waiver is not updated and I had told them if they update the waiver, instantaneoulsy I will paying all my due amount.

                              My simple question is if they are not able to provide any proper services will Airtel is having any right of charging for services also???

                              Please help me in this regard.

                              Am living in a place called vaniyambadi, Vellore Dist. i find a heavy network congestion in my place & i made a compliant for the same through call centre & i got a message that my problem will be solve in 4 days but still am finding very poor network of Airtel in vaniyambadi & Ambur, i dont know what for the customer care centre is situated when there is no one taking action on the compliants.. i request the concern authority to take serious action on this compliant & i hope that the problem will be solved soon.

                              I am a subscriber and now residing in Virar, but coverage here is very bad, no reception and calls need to be done multiple times. The Customer care number 121 is not reachable most of the time and their website have been experiencing problems setting up of an online account to do transcations.

                              AirTel — Poor Service & Network Coverage

                              Dear Sir,

                              I have been using a AIRTEL mobile Connection for past 4 years. A year back we moved to a new apartment.

                              Since then the network coverage in this area (Kundalahalli, Bangalore), has been pathetic. Numerous complaints and requests to customer care has been in vain.

                              Recently, frustrated of this service, I gave a final call to CC(customer care) on 01st November, 2008, requesting them to fix the issue by arranging for a signal booster at my place. They did not promise a solution but again gave me a turn-around time of 06th November, 2008, 10 A.M.(Reference #[protected], Service Request #[protected].

                              To my utter surprise, these people never even bothered to give a call-back and ask or try and resolve the issue. Again exhausted of fake promises, I tried calling them on 07th November, and they (CC) convinced me that they are trying to get the issue rectified with the TOWER in my area and should be resolved by 10th, Nov, 2008.(which no wonder never came)!!!

                              I gave them several calls again today(as the call was getting disconnected, due to poor network), and ruthless agents did not even bother to give a call back. I got through an agent called "Rajeev", who assured me that I would get a call-back if the call drops this time, which I'm waiting for till date.

                              I'm not concerned about the coverage or even the service more as I'm concerned more about my bill amounts. The bill exceed Rs. 2000/- every month, out of which 30-40% of the calls are those which are dropped in just 5-10 secs. Am I a fool to make calls of 2secs, 5secs and 10 secs?

                              Please help me in taking this to the people who can really make a difference. I being a citizen of responsible INDIA, urge you all to ACT today else you might be the next victim.

                              AirTel — No coverage from a month

                              Hello to fellow Airtel sufferers,

                              You might have observed that the complaint page has been removed from online and one can only call to 198 to register any complaint to Airtel.

                              I have a problem of Network covereage in Pimple Saudagar Area, pune where I am residing.There is no coverage at all. Some time once in 24 hours some single mark out of 5 revealed from some remote location and some PM(phaltu messege - SMS) comes.

                              Miserable Airtel cust. care chap give consolation to solve the complaint in four working days, and allots a complaint number. Even after almost a month Airtel Engineer are still snoring high. "GET BAD COVERAGE, WRONG BILLS, CALL DROP YOU GO ANYWHERE' is the slogan of Airtel engineers.

                              Very much people who pay their bill online will not be aware how wrongly Airtel insert wrong services and charges! For one of my Airtel number where I caught them(billing team) I got credit for three months. DO CHECK YOUR BILLS DETAILS OR GET FOOLED!

                              After doing this if you go some where and by mistake if network coverage comes, you get 'your bill due' messege. Now to this poor people who provide just exellent business just for themselves, useless to explain, how much business is lost just because of the number has been circulated for business purpose. They tried to compensate with huge amount of monthly rent(only rent) they dare to charge us for no coverage! Joke of the day!

                              I know precisely how max it take to up tower due to my previous room mate worked on contract with Airtel. Its not more than 5 hours! But here it has been a month almost!

                              You know one thing now I more rely on Govt. thing as they have erected a tower near by and I get full strength of signal with my new BSNL cellone. Long live !

                              AirTel — No resolution

                              I had taken two connections together in Dec 2008. The verification was done and I got the welcome letters for both the nos. I got the bills after one month and made the payment. On 26 Jan the outgoing calls on one of my numbers was deactivated due to negative address verification. When I called the Customer service they said there will be a new verification. After two days I again called cus ser and they asked me to go to nearest airtel outlet and they will activate it there itself because my verification was confirmed on my account, it's just that the airtel guys had entered sec32 instead of sec34 on one of my numbers. I went to sec61 outlet and the lady there said we cant activate it we will be sending a person for verifiaction and after two days your phone will be working. After 2 days I went to sector 18 outlet and the lady there said she had sent a mail to the concerned dept and she would call me in one hour but did not call i waited for 3 days. Yesterday I again called the cus ser and even spoke to shift manager but he said they could not help me as I had to ask my company to send a mail to airtel regarding this.

                              First of all this is a corporate acct but I pay my bills myself. I had taken the connections from the guy from airtel who sits outside the company so company has nothing to do with my connection.
                              Second point, I got my address verification done when I was present at home which means I had given the airtel guys the correct address but when those guys entered the info into their systems they entered the sector number wrong in one of the numbers and that is why one of the number is not working and the other is working fine.

                              If anyone at airtel has got trained on procedures and call handling kindly let me know because I really want to speak to one person who has really got some knowledge.

                                Bharti Airtel — Recharge Problem

                                I have Airtel [protected] (Bangalore, Karnataka)prepaid connection and from past 16 hours i am trying to recharge thro' card for 360 Rs. The complaint has been forwarded to Customer service but without any proper feedback from CS and the person took 16 digit PIN no also in the name of forwarding the complaint to Technical Department, but so far no action has been taken to rectify.
                                Please say no to Airtel.

                                  I have requested to port my number from Airtel to Vodafone. Request number AZ812552. I have paid my Airtel bill. Reference number of the payment is 140626. When i called up Airtel customer care they denied to take my complaint saying that i should visit the airtel customer care center. Why am i being forced to use Airtel when i dont want to continue this service. this is like a torture by airtel. anyways airtel service is pathetic. the network doesnt work and there is no action on complaints registered. i need an action on this and i need to port my number to vodafone as soon as possible.

                                  Airtel Mobile — Airtel - Pathetic Service!

                                  Here's my frustrating experience with Airtel.

                                  I had a prepaid mobile number which I applied for post-paid conversion. The charges of 250 was duly collected and a new SIM was provided. Within a few hours my old SIM was deactivated and new SIM was activated. I got a message saying I was subscribed to 444 plan. After two days, all of a sudden I get a message that my number has been deactivated and i need to contact the dealer. I call up the Customer care only to know that my address verification failed as my door was locked. I fail to understand what crap-head Airtel is; for one, I don't get a prior notice as to when the person would come to make the check and two, what on this earth makes them imagine that I would be sitting all the day at home, eating peanuts, waiting for some to come for the verification. Or do they expect me to not lock my home when I go for work?

                                  I talk to their oxymoronic customer care rep only to know that my number will be activated back in 1 hour. After 1.5 hours I call back again only to know that there was no request to activate my number. After some exchange of pleasantries, I was told that the address re-verification would be done on weekend morning, but that the number cannot be activated. After another hour, I call back to find another rep who can barely manage to talk telling me that address re-verification cannot be done till the next weekday.

                                  Does Airtel which has become evidently headstrong with its near monopoly have any sense left in their head? I am ashamed that a company of such stature stoops to such low tactics to cheat a customer. I don't understand why in their head it does not register that I already have an Airtel landline at my residence and there is seemingly no reason to re-verify that I stay at this address.

                                  Well after this annoying experience I am left with no option but to change the service provider for neither my old SIM nor new one works now.

                                  I am also suffering from same service from Airtel. It happned with myself after being a loyal customer for past 6 years I bought a new pre paid on my name.

                                  And they de activated the SIM for non verification.
                                  Some Airtel Employees in Chennai are not working at all -this may sound harsh to them, i don't know whether they get salary or not from Airtel - such a disgusting service

                                  I used BB only for ten days and the bill which i received for ten days is RS.1490 for just Ten days - they didn't inform about the billing cycle and all we get a response from the executives we will get back to you but no one will get back
                                  One annoying factor is i called the executive from my mobile and she didn't pick the call and if we call fromother numbers they picked the call -this is the mantra or slogan or rule they follow it seems, i came across with Ten executives and 2 managers all does the same thing not picking the call if i called from my mobile -such a horrific service by those people. And another readymade mantra tehy follow is " no manager available now " this is the call center guys verbatim -
                                  Suggestion : My suggestion is please do check your bills properly if it going to be Airtel Postpaid or Internet service please do check it and
                                  you need to make many phone calls from your mob so be ready for that and you have to loose your tension and you guys will get into mental trauma
                                  so be prepared for this ---

                                  Airtel Mobile — PATHETIC SERVICE AND THREATS ISSUED

                                  This is to bring to your notice the kind of atrocious customer service provided by Airtel Mobile with regards to a complaint raised by me in Feb 2009.
                                  The customer service representative at each of the Airtel galleries is utter disgrace.

                                  My airtel no. ([protected]) has been inactive since last week of Feb 2009.
                                  The problem that showed was ‘Simcard registration failed’ leading to no outgoings or incomings.
                                  I tried to get in touch with the customer support who assured me that there were no issues with the simcard and that restarting the phone will do the needful.
                                  Till April 2009; I was told the same thing- until I visited the Airtel gallery in Mulund(West), Mumbai.
                                  At Mulund, I was told that I shall need an alternate simcard which shall be posted across to me to my billing address. They also agreed to wave off all fixed charges levied for the time the service was not usable (March-April)
                                  For the next 2 months (April-May); I have been told at least 4-5 times that a new simcard shall be mailed to me by the customer service executives who checked to call why there was no usage on the number. And each time I told them about the ‘registration failed’ issue. Each time a new representative called and assured that new simcard will be mailed the next day.
                                  On 29 May 2009- one of the Airtel representatives who claimed her name was Neha from the Andheri branch- called and was mutually agreed between us that a new simcard would be sent over personally and also agreed to wave off all fixed charges for the unused period of March to May 2009. Hence the net figure that she claimed to be payable was Rs. 312/-. She also assured that payment would be collected the following day- and the same person who shall be present to collect the cheque shall get a new simcard.
                                  On 30 May 2009- although the airtel representative turned up to collect Rs. 312/-, he did not bring any simcard as promised.
                                  I couldn’t have handed over the payment for the fact that assurance for a new simcard had been made on earlier occasions; but nothing ever was fulfilled.

                                  When I asked the agent to come over the following day with the new simcard before which I refused to make any payments- the airtel rep from Andheri (Neha) ridiculed me and threatened dire consequences if I do not make payments for the said amount.

                                  Is this the kind of customer support Airtel provides?
                                  Firstly- the service stop abrupt without any prior notice-
                                  Secondly- Even after regular follow-ups and consequent assurance, no new simcard was ever sent to me.
                                  Thirdly- I am being threatened of dire consequences on refusal to pay up and ridiculed that I am not fit to use a postpaid.
                                  i recd. sms from airtel for recharge Rs.64/- & get 1paise call charge so that i recharge my mobile by net banking on the spot but after that i again recd. sms from 55555 no. ie Dear Customer your recharge request could not be processed so why. this facility is not for me & one thik is the amount could not be refund to me at present on my a/c.

                                  Airtel Mobile Service — Network issue and Sharing of Personal Details

                                  I am Anand being complaning about my network problem,bill usage high which is not used,sharing of personal information,giving false call to my call list.This is happening from all most 2years and bearing with them and fighting for the problem resolution which is not happening but their concern is only payment thats all.

                                  I have Airtel broadband connection for past 5 years. Three month back Airtel representative call me for plant migration for Turbo 30GB, and took a request for it. Till date it was not activated.
                                  I made several request to Airtel over call & mail, but there is no proper respond apart from default raising new request and false promises.
                                  Finally when i decided to terminate the connection and requested for it, they again took a request for termination. After two days, one of there representative call me and requested me not to terminate and said she will ensure things will be rectified within a day. but again its a false promise, nothing happened.

                                  The Last mail i have received from Airtel is on 8th of September which says
                                  1) Case 3511588 request for termination is under process
                                  2) Case 3706346 request for plan migration is also under process.

                                  Doses it look funny that you are processing the request for termination and at the same time you are also working for plan migration.

                                    I had applied for a new Airtel DTH connection on 25th May 2013 through the customer care num[protected] with order id: 4711505. I was sent a dealer for cash on delivery. I have paid the requested amount and was given a receipt for the same. I was also told that it will be activated in 1hour. But in vain. Then i called the customer care, where they told me that the dealer has to give me an activation pin/code. So I called the dealer who told me the activation code will be given only by airtel. I really do not understand who has to give me that pin. I am unable to call the dealer as he has his mobile switched off or refuses to attend any calls. I have been following up on this almost everyday but the activation is still not done. Am I being cheated ?? If so, I have to take this to the next level.
                                    Airtel customer care is so irresponsible. I did not expect this at first hand, or I would not have chosen them for a DTH.
                                    It would be great if I get a response here.
                                    Does anybody have a suggestion as to what else I could do for a solution?

                                      I am mailing this with ref to below details.

                                      As mentioned in subject I had data useage &amp; as well as currency witjh in 24hrs both was consumpted.
                                      The justification given by ur team is due to 3G active in ur I9300 Galaxy S3 mobile.

                                      This seems like explaining to a person who is not aware of techno.
                                      See I was using S2 I9100 from 09.05.13 to 22.05.13 where 3G was active this phone also.

                                      In 13 days I had used 500MB, How can another 500MB &amp; 184rs got deducted in 24 hrs.

                                      When I asked question like how much data was leftout on 23.05.13 ur team was not able to provide details.

                                      Floor manager says that i[censored] had some MB/KB left I would re-issue ur balance &amp; data useage.
                                      See what ever it had happened doesnt matters to me .
                                      &quot; I NEED MY BALANCE BACK WITH DATA LEFTOUT&quot;.

                                      Hope u understand customer issue &amp; resolve and dont force me to make no. port or discontinue.
