I am Mr. Chirag Shah from Pune. My mobile number is [protected]. On Date 30/04/2013 i had recharged of Rs.333 from Freecharge.in site. as shown on site. It was mentioned Rs.333/- full talktime for Rs.333/-.No other details are mentioned regarding the same. When my actually recharge done i have received something different which actually not mentioned and did not get talk time for my respective amount.

i ,I have done the 35 rs online topup through axisbank at today morning 8:00 o clk .amount debited from my bank account but its not recharged yet .I called to customer care (arul murugan) ,they asked to wait 24 hrs ...then i spoke with Ms.suganya ,she asked to wait 4 hrs .is it the way to treat the customer ?Now my balance is zero . I am in office & want to make some important call . now time is 12:30 .my amount not credited yet ..now...

I am really frustrate now from Airtel DTH service. I never expect Airtel brand can do like this.

I am not able to dial 000117 for AT&T toll free service from Thiruvarur. I am from chennai and used it many times from Chennai, but the same code is not working from Thiruvarur and I get number not found message.

Quite frustrating. I checked with one of my friend who has a Tata Docomo and it works fine. Maybe it is time to switch.. I need reliable and consistent service, which seem to be problem here.

This is to bring to the notice of fellow consumers that, of late Airtel started increasing the tariffs for its service for all prepaid connections. They've increased the tariff to such a high amount that it can be no more encouraged.
