    I have over sacrtched airtel recharge voucher of rupees. 30, I cant see the pin digits becoz of over scratches and also my account has been blocked, I m not geeting what is that pin number which I have over scratched and also I cant recharge from other voucher, need a balance in my account its very urgent...pls help

    hello my name is tanmay i am from pune i m using airtel since last four years . last nite[protected] i brought a airtel recharge voucher from s.p stationars (satara road).
    i went home i rechagrge but the number are not visible (company mistake)..
    next morning i went there (s.p stations ) they told dat i have to directly go to the airtel office then i went there and airtel executive told me they cant help.. i have to go there in sp stationors nd replace it..but they dont wanna xchange .. i again call 121 fr help but they told same thing dat i have to go sp stations ... so plz tell me what should i do?

      I work for HP Global Soft chennai and I had taken HP Corporate Plan - Post Paid connection from Airtel almost 6 years back. Mobile number from Airtel is +91 [protected].

      Since April 2013, Airtel Customer Service person started calling me and telling that I have not paid the bill since February 2013. I replied saying that I have made the payment through Citibank Co. Ltd Online payment till April 2013. To one customer service representative I gave the online transaction details completely on the call.

      Still, they continued calling me for non-payment inspite of I repeatedly telling them about my payment details since February 2013. As requested by them, I had sent them the bank statement and online transaction details highlighting the transactions details to Airtel through email addressed to Airtel billing section ([protected]@in.airtel.com) dated May 28, 2013. For this, I got an other reply asking for payment details again... I got irritated and sent them an email asking them to verify my bank statements and online transaction details in which i have highlighted the airtel payment transaction details for their convenience and again attached the details in the same email. For this I never got a reply. Instead they kept calling me for non-payment as usual.

      Next time when they called, they asked me for a Bank Debit certificate. Again I called up citibank and validated that the transactions have indeed gone to the Airtel merchant and the citibank representative told me that its now on the Airtel company to verify the transaction with their bank.
      Citibank said they are not in a position to give something called Bank Debit certificate.

      With that, they stopped my outgoing calls and handed over the payment details to their Collection agent. The collection agent kept calling me for 2-3 times and finally they deactivated my SIM from June 10, 2013.

      All this has happened inspite of the fact that I am a customer with Airtel for 6 years and have been paying regularly through Citibank online payment. I have to tell you that their customer service is so poor and never mind to take the concerns of the customer and never do a proper validation from their end.

      I request you to kindly take appropriate action against this Airtel Company.

      Airtel — Disconection of Service

      Disconnection of Service

      Dear Consumers

      I and my entire family is subscriber was Air Tel subscriber for quite some time. I got my airtel converted to prepaid after using for more than 2 years approx. During my connection as post paid and prepaid I has submitted documents and duly verified by company officials.

      After one year my cell was discontinued stating reasons that my documents are not proper. I once again submitted my documents after two days cell started working.

      Once again my cell has been discontinued with the same reasons “My documents are not proper”. I once again submitted documents. More than 24 hrs have passed still not connected. When called help line they say more 24 hrs are required.

      I am irritated with Airtel company for arbitrator disconnection my cell. It is simple harassment to customers especially pre paid ones. It is my challenge to Airtel if they are company of repute let them show what documents are wrong.

      Company should have thought before completely disconnecting cell phone at least allow incoming call for sometime like BSNL land lines.

      My sincere suggestion to airtel new customers please take acknowledgement of all letters/documents given to Airtel office so you are not harassed.

      Bharti Airtel Mobile Services — disconnection of post paid services by airtel

      I hold an airtel mobile post paid connection and after paying my bill on the exact date and having the cheque been debited in the bank account, airtel had disconnected services to the mobile connection. they had sent a letter after one and a half months saying that they had wrongly credited the amount to someother account and they had reversed the account after one and a half months. all these days my mobile's outgoing was barred and the later bills are pending for payments now. i had written to the airtel authorities for the compensation of the line even after making payment for which they are dead ear and they promptly send their collection agent to my home for the pending dues. the worst ever customer service is provided by airtel mobile only in india. i still claim that i should get a waiver for the mistake what airtel had made and for the inconvenience caused in communication to me.

      Bharti Airtel — Disconnection inspite of payment made

      Dear Sir/Ma'am,

      I wish to report that Airtel is the worst service provider and inspite of having a customer care unit - there is no CARE being shown.

      Last week of August , I called up there customer care unit to inform on non-reciept of bill for month of Jul -Aug.I was assured that bill would be send by first week of September.

      Meanwhile I got almost three to four calls everyday for payment and all the time the customer care executive was informed that bill was not recieved by me.

      Dtd 17sep , I wrote e-mail to customer care mail-id. I recvd sms over phone 17sep evening that my outgoing services would be withdrawn .18sep I wrote a mail to appellate officer for same issue.

      dtd 18sep outgoing calls were stopped . 21Sep, I got call from Ms Aarti Handa on same matter and my outgoing was made active.Also was assured that bill wd be send within 05 working days. Again 25sep my outgoing calls were stopped. I wrote to Ms Aarti on non -reciept of bill .

      Dtd 29Sep, outgoing calls were made active.

      Dtd 29 Sep , bill was recieved and payment was send by courier to the Circle office mentioned on bill ->Okhla Industrial Area , Phase I , New Delhi.This was informed by mail as well to Ms Aarti.

      Dtd 05Oct, even my incoming calls were stopped and SIM was made inactive.

      This is pure harassment from the service provider.

      Airtel Mobile Service — Disconnection of service

      Without informing me, they have disconnected my other number, even though I have paid all the bills on time. Contacting customer care, they informed me to go to the gallary.If the number is not issued to anyone else, they can issue it back to me. How come they can disconnect my mobile number? This is the worst kind of service I have come across any Service provider. I am totally disappointed with Airtel Mobile Service.

      i have ported my mobile number [protected] from BSNL to Bharti Airtel before 3 months in this month company had disconnected my mobile services atleast 10 times saying about non submission of documents i have complainted several times to company but have have too much customers so they dont listen kindly help
      Even I have bitter experiences with Airtel in just changing my mobile plan. Its disgusting to speak to the customer care representatives. They will have a standard way of replying that their system has some problem & will ask us to call later. They wont call us back. we will have to wait in the call for long to get it connected. Once I asked them for a change in mobile plan & they asked me to find out the number which has similar plan so that they can do it for me. It was so funny reply though. Its their duty to take care of what the customer requests for. Instead they will delegate their task to find the details needed.

        I m Ramavtar yadav your regular customer from 4-5 months this complaint is regarding to my postpaid airtel plan. sir i have been regularly paying all the bills and i also has the receipts of all the bills. i have been paying all the bills on time, but in January when i had gone to the sanjay place airtel postpaid office for disconnecting my connection when i asked to them they handed me a bill of rs 18000 which was in pending. this problem continued till may. i selected the plan of rs 950 in which i was said that i will get 6 GB 3g data and rest of 2g unlimited.l sir i am a student i have suffered a lot both mentally and financially i m just a student nd these people are troubling me a lot. last month my bill was steeled in 2100 full and finally and i was told that i will recessive the NOC regarding my bill with in a week but when i went there i found out that my bill still costs 3500. i am fed up of all this running after to the airtel offices. i have all the proofs against them. i hope u'll look in to this matter and response to it as soon as possible.

        i had a post paid connection from airtel for last two years . but after using for such long time i found that they are giving huge post paid bill even i didn't talk much.i made a call to customer care for its disconnection but they didn't did that and their works continues. after two month i break thse sim card and getes my phone diconnected .after 2 months i got a call from customer care that i have a due of rs 2200for for that i had argument with regarding this finally it was decided that i should pay rs 1500 which i did but within a month of depositing i again gets call from their lawyer that i have a due of Rs 723. now what i should do its a case of cheating from their side .

        AirTel — complaint regarding Bill

        Dear Sir / Madam,

        This is regarding an Airtel Bill for which me and family have been
        tortered.

        Actually, previously I was using Airtel postpaid connection for Testing
        purpose for Motorola Gurgaon . My number was [protected] . This number was
        on my ID but all bills given by my company (Motorola) only. I closed this
        number in 1st week of Dec-08 . My bills were clear at that time ..
        After that in month of Jan-09 i got a call from Airtel side "That your
        number ([protected]) is good and ur all bill was clear so pls start ur
        number again". for which i denied the offer.

        But since then, everymonth I get a call frm Airtel side that your
        outstanding bill is 76 thousand . and you are in our diffaulter list. I
        explained him all these things which i am writing in this mail and also
        gave my Motorola manager's number who is responsible for bill payments.
        But even after this, every month I get the call from Airtel and everytime
        get a call from new one. If i unable to pick the phone, you people call my
        family mambers which is indeed a torture
        I am totally sick of it.

        Kindly revert with the solution of this problem else I need to contact
        Consumer court for this.

          Hi,

          I was using Air Tel Postpaid connection no : [protected] .
          I requested several times to close this sim since December 2011 because I shifted to another place .
          But,no one is hearing to me.
          I have called to customer care at least 20 to 30 times, but no authentic answer is given to me .
          Since, Last 3 months whenever I call to customer care and talk to supervisor they tell that
          It is our fault and we will clear it within 24 hours and you dont need to pay anything.
          But nothing is done .

          I am mentally harassed.Every month they send me the new bill including Late fine and GPRS charge which
          I am not using .

          Please help me .

            Hi,

            I am Rajesh user of Airtel Digital TV and my customer id is [protected].
            From past 5 days(from 15.06.2013) i am not able to view channels, it is displaying "No signal : B001".
            From last 4 days i am calling customer care number [protected] and they keep on generating new request id each time, instead of resolving the previous request id's.
            Each time they say that the problem will resolved within 24 hrs and without fixing the problem they close the request id.
            If the problem is not resolved then on what basis are the request id being closed?
            No technician has called to my mobile number till date.
            Even had mailed the problem to [protected]@in.airtel.com but no response yet.
            When will be the probelm resolved?
            Fedup with Airtel Digital TV customer service.

            AIRTEL DIGITAL TV — video problem

            i am one of the customer of Airtel DTH my customer ID is [protected]. i have a problem that i don't have seen any channel in my TV for that i have given so many complains from last 10 days but till now the problem is not solved.
            after having long relation with you, now i am receving a message that "my document are not complete as per govt. rules. so you had to resubmit the documents to continue your services". Pls have a look of my detail

            AIRTEL DIGITAL TV — Closing of my complaint without resolving problem

            I have called Airtel Digital TV Customer Care five times since last week, and I have logged two complaints regarding one problem. My complaint no's are 4102730 and 4118207

            My both complaint has been closed without resolving any problem.

            I am very much upset with the services, there is no use of logging any complains as it fells into the deaf ear. My both complains has been closed without intimating me and no body bothers to call back regarding the problem.

            I Think I have taken wrong decision by choosing the Airtel digital TV. MY details are given below

            The first complain was made on 20Nov10 (refrence # 4535575) and the customer care had informed me that the Engeneer will be visiting my place at 3:30pm on 21Nov10 but no one had visited my place to resolve the issue on 21Nov10, but I received an SMS that the issue has been resolved (this is a case of frodulent activity by the provider).
            Another complain was made on 21Nov10 and informed the customer care about the wrong resolution message from the provider (reference # 4546851) and I was informed that engeneer wil be visiting my place on 22Nov10 to resolve the issue but unfortunately no body had visited my place on 22Nov10.
            The issue with my video signal is still persisting and I am unable to watch some of the importnat news telecast which effects my business.
            I think such behavior from a service provider like Airtel is not at all accaptable.

            This is Rajat Kumar from Huawei Telecommunication the organisation which is handling airtel 3G project across karnataka,A poor airtel post paid and airtel digital TV customer.I have requested for reinstalling my digital airtel tv on last friday dated 25/03/2011.Already called customer care at least 25 timesUnfortunately still waiting for your engineer to come and install.Everyday i am calling to airtel customer care and getting same answer that engineer will come today but no engineer came to me.This is really a painful situation
            and will lead to get some other DTH services on 29th march also i called up customer care number and spoken to Miss Anila from Bangalore and she ensured me for the resolution till morning,but problem yet to resolve.I missed all my important matches including final,This is quite unprofessional behaviour from customer care executives.Revert back with the appropriate solution.


            This is the worst experience I had as i'm using airtel services since past 3 years.thse incident will lead to change some other customer oriented operator.Request you to return my money with which i rechared my airtel digital.

            MADE A VERY BIG MISTAKE TAKING AN AIRTEL DIGITAL TV CONNECTION. ITS THE THIRD TIME I CALLED THEM FOR THE SAME PROBLEM (SAYS TRYING TO DOWNLOAD NEW SOFTWARE AND IT DOES NOT, DUE TO WHICH SYSTEM RESTARTS EVERY 10 MINUTES) IN A SPAN OF 5 MONTHS.             WELL GUESS NOT, SO HERE WE ARE AGAIN WITH THE SAME PROBLEM, ONLY THIS TIME I CALL THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THE GUY JUST DISCONNECTS THE CALL AFTER LISTENING TO ME. I CALL BACK AGAIN AND ASK TO SPEAK TO A SUPERVISOR, AND ONLY AFTER GETTING REALLY ANGRY DID THE GUY TRANSFER TO HI SUP.

            WELL THE SUPERVISOR SAYS THAT IT WILL BE SOLVED WITHIN 24 HRS AND IF A ENGINEER COMES I HAVE TO PAY Rs100/- FOR NO FAULT OF OURS. THEY GIVE A FAULTY SETUP BOX (AS CONFIRMED BY THEIR OWN ENGINEER) AND THEN ASK US TO PAY FOR EVERY TIME THEY VISIT. THIS IS RIDICULES. SO I GUESS THIS IS THEIR WAY OF MAKING MORE MONEY.. BY GIVING FAULTY EQUIPMENT AND THEN CHARGING THE CUSTOMER FOR EVERY VISIT.

              I have not been able to access my broadband for more than 7 days on a trot. My fixed line number is[protected].

              I have taken a plan of 8 Mbps for which I need to pay around 1700 Rs. per month. I am continuously calling Airtel customer care to report complaints an d problem. But yet there is no resolution to it.

              This is not the first time this has happened. Last month as well I was unable to access internet for 10 continuous days.

              I have explained thousand times to airtel members that I need continuous Internet access as I operate my office work from home. Not only that I have escalated this matter to Appellate team too but only to receive false assurance.

              Airtel Internet Broadband — Non Connection of Line

              It's been over three weeks since the Airtel people came to my house and took all relevant documents with Rs 250 as connection amount for a Broadband connection. I was told that the connection would be made in 2 to 3 working days.

              I spoke to the salesman who came to my house. He put me on to his Boss - somebody by the name of Santosh. This fello informed me that there was no cable till my building and hence the delay.

              What is surprising is that they can come and collect the documents and money without knowing that the building does not have their cable.

              I have been trying Santosh's number ever since. 90% of the time he does not pickup. Last time I spoke to him which was more than a week ago, he got somebody else on a conference call and I was assured that the connection would be made in latest 2 days!!!

              2 days has lapsed into over a week...

              Day before yesterday, I received a call from a fresh telesales caller from Airtel asking me to take a connection. When I told her about what has happened with me, she asked for the plan I had taken. It was a Rs 600 plus plan that I had asked for. To my utter surprise, this girl tells me to take Rs 999 plan and that she will ensure that my connection is made immediately.

              What is going on??? Is Airtel duping people? First their people come and take money. Then they do not provide the connection. Thereafter, they do not respond to calls. And lastly, you get a fresh call from their sales department to upgrade the plan which will ensure immediate connection...

              I had thought Airtel was a professional company. However, now I know...

              Amy airtel landline is not working from 9th July and I logged complaint with Airtel on 9th July.

              From last more then 10 days I am following up with customer care, every time I call them I get the same answer that the issuewill be resolved in next 24 hrs, but till now there is no luck.               AirTel — Broadband and Fixed line not working

              I an an Airtel Broad band and Fixed line coustomer. My Phome numbner is [protected]. My connection is not working from past 3 to 4 weeks. I am totally unsatisfied with the service provided by Airtel. The issues are not yet resolved. I almost called customer care more than 15 times with this regard. I raised 4 complaints till now, even with out resolving or calling me, they are closing the complaints their own. 280778, 3412942, 4051424 are the few complaint numbers i raised in one month. I wrote to appellate and nodal authorities, all i am getting is an automated reply from them. Is there any place where i can get a resolution?

              Airtel Internet Broadband — Indifference

              I see from complaints posted on this site that Airtel have problems in India. This would explain the cynicism behind their expansion to countries like Zambia where consumer awareness is lower, poor service is easier to get away with, and indifference to genuine complaints results in total frustration for people who only want reliable communication. In Zambia, your "flagship" telecoms operator is rapidly acquiring a reputation for shoddy service and rude response to complaints - strangely enough it is also extremely difficult now to reach their home website. Come on, Sunil Mittal, if you can't cut it in India, don't export your rubbish service to other parts of the world - get your act together and offer something that people anywhere will be happy to pay for! Or does philanthropy mean believing that there's one born every minute?

                I had submitted a request to relocate the DTH connection 27th May 2013. Since then I am following up but to no use. after initial follow up a gentleman came from AIRTEL DTH & looked like he was not keen to work, but was forced to do the job! On saying we want the installation on the balcony railing, he said I want Rs 800 + wire charges(the actual charge is 250 + rs 12 for extra meter.) We said no need & asked him to connect to his manager, he refused & left. few days of follow up later another gentleman came & said i don't have the special clamp & will come next day. next day his manager( a lady )called & made many excuses saying that clamp is difficult etc. some more days passed by & on escalation to the nodal officer a gentleman( sales manager?) called & said will close the issue next day, but its still 5 days of followup & no resolution.
                All this while i keep getting calls daily form AIRTEL Delhi asking if the issue is resolved!! cant they see in the system? on more followups i get to know that the local technician has closed all the request saying customer is not contactable?

                am really sorry to have picked AIRTEL DTH, they are a bunch of cheats & liars

                Airtel DTH — cheating & delayed services

                I took connection for 2 tv ultra pack annual (deposited more than Rs.8000 in advance ) was promised that my connection will be installed within 48 hrs.
                on same day I got the sms saying that my installation has been scheuled after 16 days & that too is unsure as our engineer is very busy . despite calling customer care several times(Mr. md Atar ) I was told that there is nothing I can do as they are overworked .
                this is despite being promised an installation within 2 days at most. There is no one to hear , total fraud people just want your money.

                Airtel DTH — Delay in connection

                Hello,

                My Name is Taher Ahmed and i have purchased an Airtel DTH connection through phone.
                The DTH request number is 16069343 and the Customer Id given to me is [protected]. The assurance for installation i got was 48 hours but it has been 5 days and i have not received a phone call from any local dealer. I want to know what is the current status of my request as i have invested my 4000 Rs into it.
                Also the problem is there is no local contact of any Airtel representative, the customer care only gives false assurance that you will receive a call in 1 hour. But i haven't received any call.

                  I am writing this to complain on the airtel services and the irresponsible behaviour of the airtel staffs.

                  I applied for an airtel broadband connection about three months ago. I called up this number [protected] and a person explained about the tariff plans.

                  I chose the plan where I have to pay Rs.5000 for 5 months which gives a free usage for the sixth month inclusive of a wifi modem.

                  The very next moment a person came and asked to fill in the form and collected the money. His number is [protected].

                  After that they never responded for a long time and I was not able to reach them either. Then one day when I was able to get them over the phone they said it is not possible to give a broadband connection in my area as the allocated bandwidth for my area is already filled.

                  So I asked them to cancel my application and refund the money.

                  As per my request the application was cancelled on March 23rd - 2013.

                  They said the money will be refunded through check to my address within 2 weeks time.

                  The two weeks is long gone and still I dint get my money back.

                  If I call those two numbers about it they say it will be refunded within two or three days everytime but I really lost hope in them and decided to complain about it.

                  The manager who spoke to me claims to be Prakash from the Kodambakkam branch. I don't know how far it is true.

                  He is too lethargic in his reply and he doesnt seem to care about anything I tell him.

                  I am very very unhappy about this whole incedent and regret calling airtel for a broadband connection.

                  I would like you to take this complaint very seriously and get my money back as soon as possible.

                  Airtel Broadband Connection — Refund of Money

                  Dear Airtel,

                  I wanted airtel connection in chennai, Ashok Nagar.I applied it in january 08. After 2 days as they wanted to drill in my appartment to give connection, i have withdrawn my request so i applied for refund after two days.The person who collected money from me didnot show interest to accept my next decision.He delayed it and i got a check after 3 months with a wrong name on the check with a refund of 1500/-. So when i went to Airtel Guindy office, i hardly found any person who can solve this issue except security guard involvement.Atlast i submitted bank statement proof, a letter and HR letter from my Company again. Till now i didnt receive any sort of mail or call from ur Airtel department. The Airtel employee who approched me for this in the beginning and was invisible later is Mr. Eliyaas (chennai). How can i proceed.? I even registered a complaint No:9288434. What is the status of my check or use of this complaint. Too frustrated to hardly recieve ur apologies.Pls give apt service to ur customers.

                  Airtel / Broadband service — Connection has not been provided and money not refunded

                  I am Chandrika Prasad Yadav from Greater Noida..I have applied for the airtel broadband connection in the month of march this year 2008. They assured us to provide connection within 3 days after taking the payment of rupees 1350.

                  They have given us the reciept No. 138540 of this amount. After 1 week of the payment we asked them for the delay in the connection and they just said that it will take some days.After some weeks we decided to withdraw the connection application. They told us that we will get the cheque of our amount within 45 days..till now we havnt got any cheque..

                  We have tried our best to know the reason for the delay in the repayment but they just ignored us every time.Now they dont have any intention to return our money.

                  So we request to please take some appropriate action so that we can get our money back..We are very hopeful to you..

                  airtel telephone connection including broadband — very poor service & irresponsible behavior by executives

                  1.Telephone was installed along with Broadband on 18/04/08. Account No.13733880 & Phone No[protected].
                  2.Very poor sevice since first day regarding modem and connectivity.
                  3.Executives kept assuring of rectification.
                  4.Stopped working from 01/06/08 modem failed.
                  5.Executives on phone personally promised that it will be set right and hence I didnot complain believing them. (Telephonic conversation is recorded)
                  6.Finally request for disconnection was made and on 10/07/08 disconnection was promised vide request no. 395470.
                  7.It was promised by Airtel that usage charge for months of June & July will be waived as phone was not working.
                  8.On 02/10/08 at 10:00 am, disconnection was confirmed.
                  9.Now Airtel executives are telephonically asking me to pay the outstanding amounts falsely levied against me because all payments were settled before disconnection.
                  10.I am left with no option than to move to court.

                  Airtel telephone/broadband — very poor service

                  I have requested for disconnection of my telephone with broadband connection 0n 24th december 2008 effcective from 31st december. When i enquired the status of disconnection on 31st december i am told that this will take 7 days from today ie., 31st december. I have already made a request on 24th decmber 2008 at 20.46 hrs which airtel can verywell retrive their voice records.

                  This type of irresponsible and poor service to the customers is intolerable.

                  Airtel — Not transferring my connection to new address nor giving me the refund.

                  I am writing this complaint against Bharti Airtel Limited. I had the approached the company for a broad band (Internet) connection. Company agreed to give me a connection and my Account No:14430694 and my Telephone no is[protected] this number is compulsory with the connection. The company gave me the connection under a HP laptop/ Compaq laptop scheme where I had to make the payment of Rs.4800 and Rs.600 approx. as taxes for the full year, this connection was taken on my old address 1st Floor, C-24, Sector -41, Noida 2 (two) months ago now due some reasons I had to shift into a new house as I was living on rent. My new address is Ground Floor, E-48, Sector -41, Noida. On changing my address I had the asked the company to shift my connection to the new address and I had asked the company before taking the connection that if I changed my address will the company shift my connection? and the company executive who gave me the connection said “Yes sir aaram se hojayega”. Now when I asked the company to change my address they said they will change it in 6 working days. I had registered the complaint on 29th March and it has been 30 days now but no action by the company yet. On calling the company again and again they said that there was no free point in the area I was living in and that I will not get a connection till the time one gets free. On asking the company to refund my payment the company said that there was no refund policy and that if no point gets free before 1 year I will neither get a connection nor a refund. Now how is this fair? I am a student and I want regular access to the internet. I ask for your help.

                  I got a call from your airtel office that non payment of Rs.2900/-. Although this was a plan of Rs.799. But i already submitted a written letter through your collection agent mr. Jasmit singh for change a plan of Rs.250/- in the month of march 09.
                  But no correction has been made.
                  Finally mr jasmit came to me and asked for RS.1760/- a final amount after waving and adjusted a bill plane for Rs.250/- from changed plan of Rs.799/-.
                  I paid him Rs.1800/- in cash but without taking any receipt in good faith. But till date my phone and network not re-started.
                  I am totally frustrated as not getting any positive reply from your end. Your agent mr. Jasmeet is trying to make me fool by giving me wrong commitments. Now a days he is not picking up my phone.

                  i applied for AIRTEL Broadband connection.on monday, executive of Airtel is come for verification and collect amount of rs 1000 for installation charges but now they refuse to give connection and refund money.they said that i am a student and they do not allot connection to the student.if this matter is there, than why they dont tell me at the time of verification and he collect money..

                  AirTel — Broadband connection Complaint

                  I have applied for a Broadband internet connection on 3rd July 2009 by paying Rs.2000 in advance to an Airtel executive, who gave me a receipt for the same. I was told that the connection would be given in weeks time. No one turned up till the 13th of July, that too only after my complaints to the Airtel customer care daily. On the 13th a wire man was sent to lay the connection, since they needed to lay a 300mt cable to reach my home, he asked me to contact the customer care again. The next day when i called up the customer care they said the connection will be canceled with in 10 working days and my money will be repaid. It has be 18 days since then, no one has contacted us. Yesterday when i went to the Airtel Relationship centre in AnnaNagar, they didnt respond properly and said they couldnt do anything. I am attaching the details of the booking below. I Request you to take an action against the company as soon as possible.

                  I have not got my connection as yet.The Manager- visited my house and I filled in the application.He was in touch with me over the phone and later on no response.I tried calling his number and it was switched off.I got his new no from the person who came along to my house.When I tried on his new no, he apologized to me and said that there is no feasibility in my area.I then requested him to refund the Rs1000 which he collected as an application fee.He asked me for some reference as he claimed that if he has got more than 3 application in my area, he would process the request.I referred my neighbor and I again waited for one week thinking that he will give me connection.

                  Due to the delay from Airtel, I was frustrated and phoned the manager saying that I have taken another connection and asked for the refund.He said that he cant give cash, he will have to send it by dd.I agreed for it and waited for one week and later when I tried on his no it says switched off.I am so dissatisfied with the service.

                  airtel net connection — no person turning up for the connection after taking the money

                  hi,
                  i called up airtel for net connection. Some Mr. Prem turned up at my place in thiruvanmiyur and i did all the formalities and filled all the documents with the id proof. he charged me all the money for the plan and connection and promised to turn the next day with technitians for the connection. as it was very urgent we gave him the complete payment and asked him to come postively by tommorow. from the next day he din turn up and also nvr picked up our cals.

                  once in a while he picked up and promosed to come again, but since then its 10 days and we called him 100 times but he cuts dd call or doesnt pick up...its so irritating and pissing off to get such sick service from such renowned companies.

                  i would like you totake some strict action against the same. this is a breech of contract in a way since we signed the terms already, and have nothing in hand.

                  The services of Airtel is very bad in terms of making false promises, not responding, refund of money and rude behaviour.I have the same experience with them and there need to put a tab on the ISP like this.Bharti Airtel is a big barnd and this kind of services does not go with this brand name.

                  Hello Dear Sir.

                  Myself Imdad from Bangalore. I applied for 2 separate Airtel Broadband internet connections (wired) last month (one on sep 12-2009 & another on 15-sep 2009) . But they were unable to provide me the connection due to some technical issues (according to them) . But my concern is that I have not got the refund of the money which i paid for application (sum total of 6242.00). I even called up airtel customer care and issued a complaint last week. However, i m yet to get the money back. As per regualations , refund of the money (in case of their failure to provide connection) should be made in 1~2 weeks time. But its already 4 weeks.
                  This has caused lot of inconvenience and problem for me.

                  Airtel Broadband Connection — Broadband

                  Respected Sir/Madam,

                  In the month of Dec 2008 I received a phone call from Airtel executive for a Broadband Connection with a special scheme. He told me that If I pay six months advance rent of Rs.3594.00 (for 599 unlimited plan) than company will provide me a broad band connection for the period of one year along with free wi-fi modem and installation. I attracted with the scheme and withdrawn my old BSNL internet connection.

                  On 05/01/09 the executive visited to my home and collected all necessary documents i.e ID proof,resident proof,photograph and cheque vide no 335169 of Rs.3594.00 dated 05/01/09 drawn on PNB and filled a application form vide reference no 503080. He gave me a receipt vide reference no 2803 dated 05/01/09 which is attached is herewith. Further he told me that the connection will be installed within 3-4 days but the connection is not installed by the company.

                  After the end of one month the connection is not installed by the company I contacted to call center they assured me that the query will be resolved shortly and gave me a service request no 15606108. But till today neither the connection has been installed or the documents and cheque is returned back to me. Although the cheque is still not cleared from my account.

                  Request you to kindly look into the matter and order to Airtel to provide me with the said above scheme along with compensation for mentally harassment and unfair trade practice with heavy cost.

                  We applied for Airtel broadband new connection in Bangalore.They said, as port is not available in our area , they can not give the connection also they said they will refund the amount which i paid within 3 weeks.
                  But i've not yet received my amount.I contacted cutomer care ..every time they take a compaliant and they will tell..our technical department people will get back to you.then their executives called us and told that they've dispatched our amount DD.But we haven't received our amount.

                  Could you please tell me how can i proceed in this regard?

                  I Jagriti Prasad resident 203 Pocket B5 Sec7, Rohini, New Delhi, had filed the complaint on the internenet on 2 nov 2009 regarding not receiving the refund, compalint code - 1581c. I did received a call saying that
                  the cheque will be mailed to you and you will receive in Dec09. I think that Airtel Bharti is using some
                  sort of new mode to mail the cheque that is the reason after giving my address for so many time, i have not received the cheque till today. I made call to Airtel Customer Care number [protected] and asusual the person was not able to give any answer or even pull up any information regarding the same.

                  HANDSOFF TO AIRTEL BHARTI FOR NOT BEING ABLE TO REFUND Rs.850 FOR A BROADBAND CONNECTION WHICH WAS NOT EVEN INSTALLED IN MORE THAN 2 YRS.

                  mere pass ek airtel broadband conection hai jiska bill hamesha he galat bheja jata hai or kabhi kabhi 50-60 hours tak net band bhi rehta hai.
                  or badi mushkil se bever mil pata hai is bar bhi mera bill jyada bheja gaya hai last date ki mere pass payment receiving hai per phir bhi late fee lagkar ayi hai. 62 rs tone ke jod diye hai jab ki meine koi tone ke liye nahi bola hai jab service center phone lagaya to batate hai ki ye to market walo ka kaam hai hum isme kuchh nahi keh sakte hai.
                  is samay mujhe keval 1170 rs dena hai jab ki bill 1350+ kaa aya hai meine tay kiya hai ki mein is bar bill pay nahi karunga . or yadi mera conection kata jata hai to mein consumer form mein iski shikaya t karoonga.

                  We paid for airtel broadband service with landline connection on 1st of Feb 2010 and the concern Person assure us that it will be activated in 1 day but still in 10 days they are unable to provide us any service, and giving mere excuses we are daily wasting our time and money in just contacting them but they are not giving us any satisfactory response.                   Did he gave any bill for the amount you paid? if so you can visit the Airtel customer service center and demand for the amount you paid. in worst case you can file a case against them with bill as proof (i[censored] have ample free time ) :-)

                  Airtel Broadband — Money paid for internet connection not repaid on failure to give connection

                  I am Rugmani Vinod, staying in I- 89, RBI Officers quarters. Ameerpet. The Airtel Customer executive Mr. Praveen had taken money Rs.200 in cash from me along with the application form for getting a broad band connection, last week. Since i was in the office, money was paid by my daughter Aswathy Vinod who was at home when the executive came. It was told later that the connection cannot be established. If there is connection problem in that area the customer executive should not have taken any application or any money at all.
                  Since ithe connection could not be established i requested him to give back my money over his mobile [protected]. . He told that he cannot give back as it is given to his boss and accounted in the company's account. For all these reason why i should be penalised? I want the money back from Mr. Praveen or from Airtel if it is accounted in the company's account. Please attend to my compalint immediately and i[censored] are interested in customer complaint. I talked even to Mr. Praveen's boss one Mr. Rao.
                  f i am not getting my money within a few days i am going to take up this in all acvailable public forum. Please do not cheat customers like this.

                  hi im again one of the troubled customer of airtel.a sales girl had come to my home on 4th october 2010 and she gave me a postpaid corporate connection under some scheme for 330/- in which the sim was free. as i was told by her that ill get a confirmation call after 72 hrs but the call came after 4 days.i henceforth then and there cancelled the connection after i was told that my amnt will b refunded within the next 3 days.but since october i have made 50 calls to their various head offices and centres but the money has not been refunded as yet.i think this company is loosing their own prestige and goodwill on such a small matter.i promise i and my family now will have to think thrice before investing in thier services.i just want my 330/- back at any cost.either the airtel can take t as a request or a WARNING!!!

                  You BroadBand — Service Failure

                  My Customer ID with You Broad Band is 666968.

                  I had take new connection with You Broad Band, Hyderabad and the wire connection was given to me on 24.04.2011. I wanted to use my old modern which was taken by the sales person to get it checked from their technical department to ensure that it will support their specification and the same was returned to me stating that it will work. To my surprise it did not work and I called You Broad Band Customer Service which is in Pune on 27.04.2011 and requested them to give me a rented modem for which they collect Rs.500.00 as refunded deposit.

                  Even after 6 days they failed to give me the modem, their customer service team dont have the right to transfer the call even to their immediate supervisor forget about their Manager. I have been calling them every day since 27.04.2011 but till date they have not delivered the modem to me.

                  This has caused lots of mental torture to me and affected my work too.

                  I request concern authority to take up the matter with appropriate department of You Broad Band and get my case resolved asap.

                  Dear sir/mam,
                  i shivam pandey had applied for internet wifi broadband connection
                  dated: 16aug 2011.
                  Through your airtel sales agent id:NDLS17007 by the name sanjeev
                  kumar. On form CEFno:2836694 on a/c no. [protected]
                  As per the promise given; he told that with in three days i would get
                  my connection. But still its 22nd sept 2011. More than a month have
                  passed without any reply or reason for not giving service as promised.
                  For your kind information i have complained six times to customer care
                  but no reply or answer i got from department.
                  Its a blunder service failure and deceive to me that i paid Rs. 1500
                  to the company for connection but no response for the service as
                  promised im really dissatisfied with airtel services as no response
                  over 1month have been found from you. I am loosing a lot as im
                  management student without internet its impossible for me to be
                  updated and educate my self as well my 4 friend live togethe are also
                  being suffered from loss and service failure.
                  I want urgent action to be taken against this or i may go for other
                  solutions. Reply as soon as possible and provide me connection too. As
                  in my college placement have already started i need internet too.

                  Airtel Broadband — Airtel Broadband False Commitments & Irresponsible behaviour

                  Dear Sir,

                  I am a customer of Airtel Broadband. My broadband service got disconneted because of payment due. We paid the monthly rental bill on 05-April-2012 from Airtel store. Below are the detail of connection & service request complaint number.

                  After checking found that paid amount was not updated in Airtel's databse.

                  After that again visited to Airtel outlet from where I paid the bill. Airtel outlet representative gaian provided the all th detail to customer care representative to re activate the servces. Airtel customer represenattive committed that withing 4 hr services will be reactivated. But nothing was done after 4 hrs.

                  After that i called 5 times to Airtel customer care & everytime they gave the false committment that services will be reactivated after 3-4 hrs which never happened..

                  Becuase of this irresponsible behaviour from customer care & airtel system, I got so much mental trauma in calling them again & again and explaining the whole thing again & again. Also being in bad health condition, had to visit the Airtel outlet twice to get this resolved. This service disconnection also impacted my so many payments & work which will be big in loss.

                  Could you please help me sort out this problem with Airtel so that they should understand the value of people's time & stop harrasing the customers like this.

                  This is AirtelHater. The persons you mentioned above PRAKASH and BHOOBALAN were exactly the OBNOXIOUS who got the money from me too and cheated. I am giving a police complaint on these two people and you can also do the same from your end. Because such irresponsible frauds need treatment from the police. And AIRTEL, why on earth will you employ such frauds in your company and spoil your reputation? If you are not taking action on the above people(their details given clearly) we will have to move to the consumer court and deal the issue legally.

                    Airtel activated some stupid friends pack for free on my mobile. Then I got a call from some number starting with "5" after which i was being charged Rs1. For every 15 mins. By the time I looked into my mobile I had got a number 10 - 15 messages saying i have charged Rs1. I called up to 121 and raised a complaint the guy refunded me 2 Rs. and stoped it.

                    I would like to know the reason for such acts from Airtel. And also refund me the amount ASAP. My airtel number is +91 [protected]

You have been charged Rs70." I have not downloaded any such pack. And I want to get the refund of the charged amount ASAP.

                      I have been receiving wcvideopack activation message from Airtel for the last 3 weeks. As soon as I got the first one, I complained and I was promised that I will not be getting this again. I so far has received 10 such messages and every time I complained, same story. No action taken. Every SMS informs that rs. 3 is deducted from my account.
                      Is this a scam? During the middle of this, I was also charged for tadkalive and for a game, I never even downloaded.

                              Hi,
                              I have applied for prepaid to post paid migration for my airtel mobile connection. I have paid Rs.300 by May 15th 2013, and requested to migrate prepaid to postpaid effective form June, 1st 2013. But the airtel executive failed to deliver the new sim. Since then every time I called, he said the sim will be delivered the next day, but they failed to deliver the sim untill june 15th 2013. I have registered a complaint to airtel customer care, but they said we have to contact the executive, as there is no prepaid to post paid migration found in their system for my number. My prepaid mobile got deactivated since June 5th 2013. The airtel executives are so irresponsible in activating my post paid service. I need this forum's help in taking action against the particular branch people or compensation for the delay they caused.

                                Airtel 3G connection.

                                I had taken an airtel 3G connection but had to close it down since my office site was not opening up with airtel network. So I had asked for a closure of the account. During the closure I was told i will be getting a bill for that month which I will have to clear up. I was fine with it. But knowing the kind of service provided by Airtel I wanted a representative to come and collect the money and give me an acknowledgment that this would be the final bill. I had a collections team member from Airtel call me up for the final amount. Going by airtel's reputation i asked that female to confirm is this is going to be the final bill. To which that female replied yes and asked me to pay the money. I still asked her for a rep to come and collect the money and hand me receipt saying this would be the closure amount. To which she refused saying its not possible. In the end i had to give and pay the money online. But now again Airtel has come up with another bill and asking me to cough up Rs 688. 688 might not be a huge amount to give but the thing here is staying silent when someone is looting the society little by little.

                                And i dont know what kind of professionals (unprofessionals i would say) airtel is hiring. Their tone of speaking and their utter stupidity gets on my nerves. Never never never ever go for postpaid connections with Airtel.

                                this is brijesh here iam using airtel since 3 years i want to make a complaint about the network it sucks big time not only that i activated the gprs 99 plan and i was still charged around 300 for using gprs even though i was using mobile office and not airtel live plus the customer care of airtel sucks big time i demand to speak to a manager i dont get to speak to a manager my call is either dissconnected or kept on hold for 30 minutes also they dont understand english as well as they are very rude i would like to make a complaint as iam sick and tired of this kind of pathetic service

                                Yep, the same thing they did for my broadband connection (2 yrs back). I wanted to transfer the connection to my new home. But airtel guys told me that in the new area there is no line and so asked me to pay the final bill online to cancel the connection. Once i paid the final bill, i got the bill for next month too and they were harassing every week asking me to pay up. I flatly refused and after some weeks they came back asking me to pay half the bill. I stood my ground and said they can take up the case legally if they want. And yes, day by day their tone will change, its better you record those calls.

                                    I would like to raise a concern regarding my account([protected]). Just recently I noticed that extra charges for movies and topups have been charged which was never ordered by me.

                                    Below are the movies which has been charged on my account-
                                    02/03/2013 Bisaat Rishton Ki Hindi Rs20 NORMAL NRC OPEN TAXABLE PPV 20
                                    01/03/2013 Dabangg 2 Hindi Rs50 NORMAL NRC OPEN TAXABLE PPV 50

                                    I never ordered these movies. Please provide relevant evidence to prove that I ordered these movies and the same were delivered to my account.

                                    Also below topups were not ordered by me and have been charged on my account-

                                    Cine Lite Topup July-12 Channel List
                                    Super Kids Topup July-12 Channel List
                                    Explore world Topup July-12 Channel List


                                    Please advise why these have been charged on my account without my consent?

                                    I am highly unsatisfied with the service provided by your team. And this is one among the many bad experiences with your AIRTEL service. I have in the past contacted your team for many other issues and from experience I have little confidence that my concerns will be addressed properly.

                                    Please provide a COMPLETE list of transactions with all details in a reply to this mail. I need to check every transaction as I have very little confidence in your service now.

                                      This is to inform you, I am facing "NO SIGNAL" problem from 10/06/2013 and logged complaint to AIRTEL customer care on 11/06/2013. Since than I got call from AIRTEL once and committed to resolve the same in 24 hrs.
                                      As expected Since then NO/POOR response to resolve complaints-
                                      Yesterday I received SMS from AIRTEL as follows- I replyed with UNSAT

                                      Namaste! Your complaint regarding 31048646 for your airtel digital TV has been resolved. Text SAT if you are satisfied or UNSAT in case you are not satisfied to 54325.


                                      Today also I got another SMS except complaint no was changed - I replyed with UNSAT

                                      Namaste! Your complaint regarding 31163197 for your airtel digital TV has been resolved. Text SAT if you are satisfied or UNSAT in case you are not satisfied to 54325.

                                      How can they closed my calls without getting confirmation.

                                      Yesterday I morning I received Call from AIRTEL to get resolve above complaint by evening.
                                      When Noboday turned up from AIRTEL, I spoke to CC - [protected] Mr. Ganesh - Supervisor.
                                      He assured my to get my complaint resolved by 2mr. by 7:00 PM.

                                      Lets hope/wait for AIRTEL Engineer by today evening.

                                        When i Checked my Mobile bill for may 2013,i noticed that I have been charged 160 Rs . for 32 international SMSs from my number ([protected]) to "[protected]" on dated 03/05/2013 at around 11 AM. On the day.


                                        It is very irritating that Airtel executives do not have any idea how these SMS's have been sent from my mobile and do not offer any help to track down the number ( Just in case if my SIM has been cloned ) and are insisting me that the call has been made by me and asking pay the bill.

                                        sir i am a bonafide subscriber and user of Air tel services but the company wrongly charged std and local rate despite the several request the company did not setteled the matter and continuuosly charged wrong bill from me the company generated the bill on 07/11/2007 and they added rs. 998 for ythe advance rent for ome year and they also charged RS. 1198 december bill for one year advanced rental in first of the 998 they offer me 0.50 paise local and rs. 1 for std and rs. 200 discount for the three month .but they cointinuosly charged me std rate rs. 2.40 paise the company more than 25 day disconected my services.hence it is my request to you kindly take appropriate legal action against airtel company.

                                        my airtel connection has been done on 6 june 2008 but my bill has been sent from the date 22 may 2008 to 23 june 2008 and the fake billing has been done about my call detail

                                        I have post paid connection of air tel from last 4 years, and i am paying regular bill time by time. But i got wrong bill on this month. the bill is of august 2008. i have made a complain in customer care service of air tel, but there is no proper response on that, they have given the reason that ' i have activated GPRS of air tel' and that i didn't. my average bill is about Rs.350 to Rs.400 every month, but on this month i got Rs.1489.31. so, please do some in my favor immediately because my paying date is 22nd sap. 2008.
                                        Dear Sir, I am using Airtel connection since 3 years (my Mobile number is: [protected]) . Recently i have faced a problem with the service provider. In the month of march I received an incorrect bill amounting to Rs. 2549. In the bill there were some number which I never dialed. Numbers that are reflecting that I never dialed are: 5664469, 5664464. The amount reflecting against these number in the bill is Rs. 1548.

                                        I have already complained many times to the service provider but there is no positive response from there - Complaint numbers: 21077206 and 21169953,[protected].

                                        Please provide a solution and resolve it.second times i complain to you but i am still waiting for your reply.

                                        This is to inform you that I have applied for the above Postpaid Airtel DSL line on 2nd June,2010 under “Browser 699” Scheme(Unlimited) by payment of Rs.1,000/- (Rupees One thousand only) by Cash.time hardware charges & Installation charges” through your representative Mr. Mahesh Singh ([protected]) and the same has been installed on 5th June,2010 at my above premises.

                                        But it is regretted to note that today on 15/06/10 I have received your Bill No.[protected] dtd. 9th June,2010 for Rs.601=25 for the period 08/05/10 to 07/06/10 wherein you have again charged Rs.500/- towards installation charges. Please note that when I have already paid installation charges then why I will again pay the same. I think your billing department has wrongly charged the same. It is very much disappointed the very first bill against the above Airtel line is made wrong.

                                        As such you are requested to kindly look into the matter immediately and rectify the above bill and send me a fresh Bill to enable me to deposit the exact figure within its due date.

                                        Hi,

                                        I have Airtel Mobile Connection from last 4 years and I am alway paying my bills on time. But I have charges wrongly in my April 2011 bill. The wrong charges are for some value added services charges 787 dated 10th April which actually are absolutely wrong.

                                        Since then I had resist myself to make bill payment. Airtel Customer Care has contacted me several time and everytime I have to state the story of wrong charges and they have never come up with any clarification for that.

                                        As stated earlier, I am on time bill payer for the valid mobile usage charges. So waiting for them to resolve the issue by removing the wrong charges and allow me to make payment for my usage.

                                        I have attached t part of the bill that reflect wrong charges ob behalf of Airtel for reference.

                                        Earlier many people has warned me about poor customer support of Airtel and now I am experiencing it. Probably thats the reason this site has most 'Stay away' (114) for Airtel.

                                        Hi,

                                        I was shocked to find my mobil bill for the month of June to be 4,500 Rps. When i contacted them they said that they have given me a free plan of Mobile Office for using internet and that had expired on May and due to the accessive usage of internet they have charged.

                                        But when i asked they when and with whom persmission you have given me the scheme then they said that they don't have any idea and without my prior information they discontinued the 99 rps plan.

                                        I am so annoyed with the kind of support that i am getting from airtel as i am there customer from last 7 years.

                                        I do not agree with that. If it has been the valid charges, I would have paid them as I had always done in past and would not raise the concern.
                                        The reason why I consider those charges invalid is because I have not use my mobile for browsing Internet on that specific day i.e. 10th April 2011 and do not have idea how that usage was initiated.

                                        As mentioned earlier, I have contacted by Airtel Customer Care for the outstanding payment, and I requested them to look in this matter and provide me clarification. But I never got any clarification about it and it seems to very pathetic and slow service from Airtel customer Care. But when it comes to payment collection and reminder, they are very prompt. The worst thing is that I never got any clarification and the mobile number is disconnected.

                                        Can you provide me more detailed Airtel live usage for the day 10th April 2011 like the web history etc.?

                                        Also I would request you to restore my connectivity for the Airtel number (i.e. [protected]) at least for receiving incoming calls, until the issue is settled from both ends?

                                        Hi, I took Airtel's 2mbps (999) plan which also has an offier on voice calling rental of 300 for calls upto 2000 Rs of across networks, across state.
                                        I made call of 1200 in the month of Aug-Sep and they did not applied the discount they offer in the plan.
                                        As per the scheme I should have been charged Broadband charge (999) + 300 as i did not cross the limit of 2000.
                                        They gaveme bil of 999+1200.
                                        After raising lots of complain with the airtel they haev created the ticket but no one is working on that, i have caled several times but no convincing reply from them. once a nodel officer had called and said they will not put any late fee because of the open ticket though in the next month bill they have added the late fee also. I also esclated it to nodal officer and appllet officer still no resolution provided for one month. Mow i have also received the Se-Oct bill and same problem has been repeated.
                                        Finally i have decided to close the connection. Even though they replied that request has been loged for cancellation and some one will call you in 48 hour still no one has called.

                                        I'm using postpaid airtel sim from past 6 months. From last few months I'm getting
                                        a incorrect bill showing some unknown numbers[protected] with a chargable amount of 100,
                                        which I have never dialed. Even I had complained to the costomer care but there is no proper
                                        response.

                                        This happened for all most 4 to 5 times, and I'm getting furstrated with this fault bills.
                                        Please provide a solution and resolve it soon else I'm plaining to disconnect this sim
                                        and opt for the other service provider.
