dear sir.... my self akanjana .... .i had naver problem with airtel...i ported from idea to airtel last 2 months ago....i have problem with coupen recharge in airtel ....i get error that: obc:-this is new service operation so you need to specify a message here in your language ..... also error like 705 conection time out..............so my ivr is blocked....i also cannot activate 0 3g 0 rantal plan ....i get 50 mb error.while do so......i have problem with net connection...and cannot use airtel freezone service in my smartphone....plz solve my issue for my number [protected].....tnks in advance ............. BHARATI AIRTEL — Service Issues
Hi My name is Sagar Pawar a resident of Belgaum, Karnataka. I have an Airtel pre-paid connection and my cell no is [protected] . Of lately I am having serious issues with the service provided by Airtel I had activated the World Cup Cricket score pack which was being sent via number 33331 previously it was a monthly supscription and I was being charged on a monthly basis but now I am being charged for ever message i get from that service I tried calling customer care but I was not able to speak to any of the representatives even after being on hold for more than 30mins .I also get voice messages when I make a call that my balance is low even when I have balance of more that 25 Rs. That is pretty annoying as I have a one year subscription. Can any tell me how can I cancel the 33331 service ? Hi
I think you may have to call to the Customer care executive to unsubscribe the alerts.

Airtel — Problem in getting net access

I am regularly contacting him and every time he committed that I am on the way and your connection done by today EOD.and when we contacting him 20th April 09 he said that we are not able to give connection due to some technical difficulties when we told for solution he did not give proper answer and finally we told him for connection or refund our money he said that we refund your money.
So please give us connection or refund immediately

Bharti Airtel — Not able to Solve my problem and Not Discontinue my number
Dear Appellate officer / Nodal Officer / Customer careThis Is Piyush Gupta. My Airtel Number was 0 [protected].
As I have inform to you and customer care so many times in last 6 months.
I have mail approx 25 times to customer (121) and approx 10 times to Appellate officer / Nodal Officer. I have tried to his contacts numbers [protected] / [protected].
I start to give mail to customer care on December 24, 2008. That time my [protected] was working. My issue was, I was not able to make STD land line some numbers. I have given that numbers to customer (121) by phone or by mail.
I have clearly write on that mail please solve my issue or discontinue my number. They did not solve my issue or not close my airtel account
I have all mail as record and reference numbers as record, which I have sanded / received from airtel.
Here is the list of some reference numbers, which I have received from Airtel………….

Now I am not using that Airtel number.
I want to clear my outstanding amount regarding number [protected]. But no buddy is replying. Every time I receive a reference number from customer care side and they said executive will give reply 48 hours or so.
I have not received any call from Airtel Side.
But on Saturday I received a call from unknown number he him self say mediator from Airtel and consumer. He was saying he is an Advocate. Ha was doing loose talk. If he was from Airtel side then please inform him do not do like that other wise I also can take some action against him as well as against Airtel. Because I have informed so many time to Airtel regarding my outstanding balance. He is a third party recovery agent, Airtel hire him for recovery.
How would I know, he is right fellow or not. And why I give that much of amount. I will give my actual bill what ever is outstanding…
I am again requesting to customer care officer / Applate officer / Nodal Officer please pay attention in my case and take some action regarding the same. I want to clear my account As Soon As Possible.

Airtel — Internet and Phone Does not work
I am suffering with the pathatic customer care service of Airtel.My phone and broadband have not been working for many days and I lodged a formal complaint 5 days back. After multiple reminders and calls they made my phone working but not the internet. After my continuous followup and new complaints, I only hear that it will be done soon. But no one cares in their customer care. They keep giving new numbers to call and speak with those people as if I am on their payroll to handle all these logistics.
I have suffered major embarrasement as I could not use internet for couple of meetings with my clients. This results in my loss of my productivity and also adds to so much of frustration. I would request an action against such irresponsible companies for lack of their service quality.
Moreover, as per law if the phone or internet is not working for more than 3 days, I should be paying them the rental. I received a new bill today. How do I refuse? I fear they will create more problems if I refuse to pay.

am getting an awful response from airtel. they have activated some services from airtel live on their own and i keep on losing money.some services automatically activated on me connection...and money deducted..kindly solve my problem as soon as possible..deactivate those unwanted services...my no. is [protected].my frenzo chat also not working from many days.i using frenzo chat from about 1 yr..but due to network problem m not able to chat on frenzo..kindly solve my problems..thanking u.

Airtel — Connection not available error while connecting to the internet
Hello,I have my existing Airtel Prepaid connection since 2004 and was working fine till 6 months back.I am getting very strange type of problems
1. I cant do SMS from my existing SIM even after changing SIM and mobile handset altogether.
2. I recently brought a new NOKIA C6 to use internet connection.But even after making all the correct settings everytime I am receiving the error as "Connection not available".
If I use other SIM of different service providers it works well.
I lodged a complaint# [protected] on customer care but didnt got any response.
Please do the needful.

Dear sir/madam,I m a prepaid user of airtel, my no. is [protected]. Again i am comlanig that in our circle from 4 days internet is not working. I called customer care to solved it, but nothing happen. This type of problem i and my friends and relatives are facing from two months i made several complain to custoer care but nothing happen. I recharge my account 148, i think i m wasting money and time. i'm feed up of this service, please provide better service, else there are many mobile service provider give cheaper internet pack and excellent service.

Airtel — MOBILE INTERNET PROBLEM
My self RAJKUMR JAIN my mobile no [protected]I have AIRTEL GPRS packege activated in my mobile & I still have approx 300 MB of gprs balence with a validity till 19th march.
however when I tried to use mobil internet the money is getting deducted from mobile main balance(APPROX RS 100) and not from GPRS balance.
I talked with at least 5 costumer care persons and none of them resolved my problem. 2 of them have disconnected my call without listening the problem. I am still facing the problem & I hope u will be help me & take serious action against AIRTEL

Bharti Airtel — Internet not working
I had Internet broadband connection. From February first week my Internet stopped working. So I went and registered a complaint with the Airtel outlet about the issue. The complaint was registered on February 14th and I clearly mentioned in my complaint that my internet was not working from last 5-6 days. They told me that someone from the Airtel office will come and rectify the problem. But the problem was never resolved. After repeatedly calling them up and going to their outlet for resolving the issue, I finally cancelled the connection on 24th of February. The executives working in the airtel outlet told me that I will get rebate for the month as I never used the internet facility from Airtel. But now after cancellation the collection department from airtel is repeatedly calling me for paying the due amount for the February. Even after explaining them the situation and that I was told that I will get rebate for the month I am still getting those calls. Moreover they also try to intimidate me sometimes by using abusive language. This is really not acceptable from a company of Airtel's stature.42%
