[Resolved] Airtel — Airtel Not Providing Offer | |||
Hello, I'm Balakrishna, Costumer of Airtel mobile service and My Phone# [protected]. I'm purchased new Sony Xperia "S" on the box one log is pasted saying that Airtel 3G offer "The offer will be automatically provisioned through Over-the-Air platform within 48 hours of inserting the SIM into the handset. Offer valid for airtel prepaid and postpaid customers. Post free data limit, browsing charge of 3p/10KB (3G circles) /10p/10KB(2G circles) apply. Offer valid till 31 Aug '12 for eligible customers. For details, visit www.airtel.in or call 121" I inserted my Airtel SIM ([protected]) on new Sony Xperia "S" first time. After waiting 24 hrs I called to customer care executive about offer, He replied wait for more 24 hrs. I called again customer care executive after 48 hrs(Total) on 15-Aug-2012, He taken complaint Ref: CBNRA[protected]. Problem not solved. They discounted customer care service on my number. I went again to Customer Relationship Center on 22-Aug-2012 and from center I talked with Pagadam(Executive). Pagadam replied saying that Offer is not there on the mobile and we not provide any offer. Please help us to get my offer ASAP.
