Airtel — Amount deducted but Internet pack(data) not received | |||
Respected Sir/Ma'am, I tried to recharge online my airtel no. [protected] on 02/08/2013 at 1:10 pm with Rs.148 from airtel website through SBI online banking for internet pack(500MB on 3G + 500 MB on 2G ). It showed recharge successful on airtel website (txn ID[protected] but i didnot recieve the internet data. I called custoner care, they didnot solve my problem.. Kindly see to that my amount is returned or my number recharged. Was this information helpful? | |||
