[Resolved] Airtel — Amount Refund | |||
I am fed up with the service of airtel i was requesting to refund the security deposits taken on the below mentioned numbers [protected], [protected], [protected]. but i am getting only the automated response mail from them., but not the refund happened till now.. request your support in getting me paid Rs. 50,000/- as claim amount for the poor service given to me. till now. Its been a year and Half since we asked for a amount refund.
It was April 2012, we registered for AIrtel broadband by paying 2200. then after 2 months they came up with, there was no open port so they cant provide the connection but they can refund the amount in a week time. But its been more than a year but we never heard from them. every time v call them the same guy attending the call for the past 1 year with a same reply, asking us to call 2 hours later.

I have requested for Airtel New Broadband connection on sep 9 th, But after 3 week period i called them i got to know that there is no feasibility. On sep 26 th my requested has been cancelled and they told within 21 days they will refund amount. But still now amount not be refunded. I made lot to requested and response is poor, and their information is not proper.
Today i talk with escalation team, as per there request i sending my Bank Statement for your reference.And please let me know if you need any further to proceed. Please refund my amount ASAP
