This is balakrishna as a customer of ur network from last 5years ,as a thing that last two days back my prepaid connection was disconnected without any confirmation message or any call from ur side. so am using this number([protected]) form last 4 years and i was migrated it from post-pre on last year at that time i was submitted all the documents and am regularly this number .but this number is very important for me for the purpose of a business.so plz re-activate my number as soon as possible.so plz call me 2 alternate number [protected] ,if any conclussions.

Dear Sir/madam, Iam one of the retailer of Airtel in dimapur, Nagaland.
Sir, I have applied a airtel connection for my customer with proper document as required by TRI on 21st of december 2012 but till date the SIM card are not getting activate, when i raise a complain to my Manager regarding the activation status he told me that he will solve the issue soon, but till date nothing had happen.
My customer who had applied for connection asking for the photos and document which they have submitted to me earlier for the SIM card. So sir from where shall i find those document which i have already submitted to airtel.
The number which are to activated are- [protected]/[protected]/[protected].
Kindly do the needful at an earliest.

Ive applied to convert a service from postpaid to prepaid in airtel showroom chrompet(beside movie theater).
they were asked me to pay the unbilled amount and address proof and a passport photo.
I've submitted all as per request. and paid 25 rupees for prepaid Sim card.
and then hey instructed me to don't use Sim card for three days .
so I've not done any outgoing call/sms/Internet.
after three days my postpaid Sim got deactivated.now the seventh day is running and my prepaid Sim card not activated so far.
from the third day onwards they are saying try after four hours, network down, try evening try tomorrow, power is not there we cant check it now. Simply they are skipping my quires, and not responding.
please take a proper action and kindly help us from airtel.

purchase airtel sim card from contai, purba-medinipur, , name of the shop "maity pco" given a mobile no [protected]. advise me to contact this number any problem.several time i compalin . no care from this shop.

Bellary, Karnataka. I bought an airtel SIM No.[protected] H-1 on 19 May 15 for Mobile No. [protected]. I gave my passport photocopy as POI and POA. On 21 st morn I was told that there has been a mismatch in my signature and I submitted my Aadhar card copy. Till now there the activation has not taken place.Its urgent and there has been no proper response. Never expected this from airtel. Shame
