Every day I am getting message that I have been renewed for S MONO subscription service from AIRTEL and charged Rs.1 /day. I want to deactivate/unsubscribe this. My mobile no. is [protected].

same here..i'v being charged Rs 1/- per day for khiladizone..have even called th useless customercare twice now..but again the next day get the same message chargin money..i'm highly irritated and have no clue how to deactivate it..have been using airtel for 8years..but they've finally managed to make me get some other connection..airtel sucks..they've just become plain cheats now

I have not activated Khiladizone on my Airtel mobile (No. [protected]) but have received a message from AT-AIRINF on[protected] informing me that I have been charged Re 1 for one day. I spoke to a customer care executive and he said that I had activated this service through mobile internet. I do use a monthly mobile internet pack but I had not opted for nay such activation. I requested that Khiladizone be deactivated. He said that my request had been accepted and I would receive a message from Airtel confirming the deactivation. I have not received any message yet. Subsequent efforts to get in touch with Airtel Customer Care have been unsuccessful.
Kindly deactivate Khiladizone from my mobile immediately. I do not want to be unnecessarily charged for services I have not opted for.

i have reseaved a msg from AT-AIRINF for renewing for scott dixon racing subsscription sevice from airtel and they are charging me Rs.5 per day. i call in care center for deactivating this subcription and they are tolding me that we have removed the application and next time your bill be regular but guess what evey day i have reciving a msg of Rs, 5 have been charged even if the mobile phone is switched off they gone chargethen also they charge it. s0, please deactive the subscription my no.[protected].

i too got affected pls deactivate AT-AIRINF...i was charged with rs.99 with no reason by starting of nov...ma mob.no is [protected]

I have the same complaint about AIRINF I even deactivated it in the afternoon today by 8:47 PM at night the message comes again saying my service has been reacitvated and Rs 1.0 is charged. I even called your customer care and told in afternoon and they assured it was deactivated. WHAT THE HELL IS THIS?????? And your customer care staff told me that I opted for this damn service by using a number that started with * and ended with #. The only thing I do with these two symbols is airtel recharge by coupons. If this issue is not resolved in the next 24 hrs I will file a complaint in consumer court for violation of customer services and illegal charging and deduction of account balance.
