[Resolved] Airtel — Audio and Video Mismatch | |||
Hi, Consumer ID [protected]. History Channel no.348 Audio and Video did not sink the audio is playing delay. When i asked regarding in customer care they said since you are using tamil language it will not sink this is the worst answer which i never heard before from any customer care. My neighbour using normal cable connection where the audio and video sink in tamil language, but in airtel dth the audio is playing delay i had same issue in discovery channel as well a year ago i made many complaints and posted in the same forum a guy came and responded it will be fixed but still i face the same issue. DD podigai channel will not come in full screen for this also i called the customer care they are putting us on hold and they are disconnecting the call without any intimation. there is going to be no response from airtel dth you will have to file case in consumer court in following format I too had the same problem and am filing the case shortly my cus id is [protected] and my no is [protected] call me and take help free of cost .

DTH airtel — poor video
sir, i had complaint for dth service of airtel before 4 days but there is nmo any solution from there side.one tim they are not complaint and gave us complaint no. and when we inqure on this complint no.those pepole are said this complint no is wrong.sowhy should they give us complaint no.afterthen yet this is 5 days of of complaint with vedio problem .they are not hered our compalint pl.guide me what to do for this complint?

Airtel DTH — DTH Not working Company not responding
Hi,My airtel DTH is not working for last 5 days and the customer service of Airtel is not ready to take any action. Daily I have to call and remind them about the same.
