[Resolved] Airtel — balance deduction and no proper response from customer cares... | |||
I am an Airtel user from last 5 years, I have faced a lot of problems.... and these problems have became routine... this turn....I had activated an internet pack of Rs 22...on the day before yesterday... I browsed net, downloaded all the required data but, today, I turned off all the data services of my mobile phone... recharged my mobile with Rs30. activated Rs 5.net pack.....checked the confirmation SMS, checked my balance....and turned on my data services and started browsing again.....after 5 minutes.... I checked the balance Rs 22 were deducted.. I called customer care....they ignored three calls.. after listening the problem.... later the last one talked to me...and didn't gave the solution.. after that I told him to transfer call to his senior.. I talked to Mr umar khan (supervisor)...and after that....Mr Hakeem Abrar(team leader)..... they also didn't gave proper response by telling that my mobile is having a fault...... so I request all the viewers to do the needful... Dear peopleplease do not go with airtel services this is one of the worst services in india
past one month i am calling for the deactivation of the airtel live deactivation there is not action taken by airtel team
so please i request u all the people please dont go for any products from airtel even internet services is worst from this
they say 4 mbps and provide 2mbps connections service.
i made 24 call struggling from one more no one helps in airtel

Bharti Airtel — DEDUCTION OF BALANCE WITHOUT OUR RESPONSE.
it is the incident of last month, dated around 27 april 2011.balance of 215 RS. was deducted for hellotune services on my Fathers prepaid connection whose number is [protected].
we have registered our complain in customer care but they only satisfying us and doing nothing seriously.
in starting they blamed us and replied that we had called for activating services, but when we apposed it forcefully they accepted that the call was from thier side.
whatever they are doing is completely thier carelessness as they are still unsucceded in solving our problem from last 2 weeks.
we need serious action.

airtel cellular services — no responces from the customer services
Dear sir,I am a user of your celluler company (airtel) for long time .But now I am exshausted of calling customer care, for my problem.
I am a user from meerut.And my celluler no is [protected].
The problem with my no is that my sms is not going to a particular no. from meerut .But it is possible to send from delhi. I have made more then 20 calls at the customer care for my problem,
But the response is always awkward either by disconnecting the call or just making a loop of the problem as forwarded.
So please sir do some thing for my problem I am just in need of your help.
