[Resolved]  Airtel — Balance deduction from main balance inspite of data pack being activated

On 5th of May , I evening i used internet and my balance was Rs 124 and after sometime i noticed that instead of deduction from 3G internet pack , the deduction was from main balance which in itself is wrong.. in this way 76 Rs got deducted , then i registered a complaint on customer care .Even after filing complaint 7 more rupees were deducted for the internet usage from the main balance.. So , in total a deduction of Rs 83 was made to my main balance.... Now , I just want my Rs 83 to be refunded back.

My service provider is Bharti Airtel Limited.

Kindly see to the matter as it is causing lots of inconvenience to me.

Hello I am JAGDISH JHA .It is with great annoy that I wish to bring to ur kind notice that I have suffered by two problems and it is indeed sad that your department has turned a deaf ear to my written and oral complaint followed by several reminders...
1. From last 10 days I get a message 3 to 4 times a day from no. 64611001 that ...
you have been renewed for (text based services) subscription service on Airtel sms. You have been charged rs. 1
so by each msg my balance is deducted by rs 1
to solve this problem i hav contacted ur customer care executive

2. since december i get a message each month that thank u for using airtel services..and so on...from no.[protected] n 64611050 n for that i have been charged by rs. 50.

recently on 18th july my balance was deducted by rs. 50 ...
to solve this problem i hav called too many times to customer care center n also visited wega center too many times...

in wega center i hav contacted to mam
Ajeeta mam on 24th jun 08 and
Sana mam 3rd jun 08 and s.r.n.-[protected]

So it is difficult to believe that such thing should have happened under ur efficient control. Pls get the needful done at the earliest, otherwise i will have to take a legal action against this service.

I can't tel you which world I have use
Text Based services is atomaticaly activated on my mobile on 18/8/08 .get dudecation 10Rs.for activation charge & then deduce one Rs. per msg. there is 5 to6 msg. each day to till dated
I was calling to custmer care they was closed that servies on 22/8/2008 & 26/8/08 .But till msg.getting on my mobile every day I have total more than 100Rs. deducation

Bharti Airtel — spoiled the 1 km pavement road for their underground cable

Hi, This is Sreenivas from Hyderabad. I regularly go office on foot from TV9 office to Chuttnys restaurant at Reoad no 3 Banjara Hills (Muffucum ja college side). One month back I saw Airtel people (having Airtel logos on the cable) buried big cables by breaking the tiles on the pavement road more than 1km. Their work is done. Nobody repaired that. It was like a park to me to walk now it is like a big municipality dump. Please do some help in getting this road repaired.

BHARATI AIRTEL — Deduction of Main Balance

On 12.02.2011 I received a message from Airtel saying that I have downloaded some Java game from Airtel and charged Rupees 25.00 & 50.00 consecutively. But I am totally unaware of the matter. Also, they are sending me Commercial SMS even after setting my mobile to Do Not Disturb mode. Also on the same day I received many SMS from their Cricket Alert Service which I didn't subscribe. When I enquired about the matter to the Airtel Customer Care, they are disconnecting the call., it happened 4 times. I request your action in this matter.
airtel is big cheater and i am advising all people not to use airtel.
sorry to say but it happens many times with me that. from your airtel i got call for caller tune and even if i did not inform they start callertune and deduct my ballance. and today i called in airtel to set the caller tune but i didnt get the song which i wanted so i cut the call but my caller tune was activated and deduct my balance wotrh of rs. 25 and when i called in your costumer care mr. Girish makawana, ur costumer call executive from bharti axa, incom tax, ahmedabad talk very rudely to me.
ya its true. airtel cheats indian. my number is [protected]. and i am using airtel . and many times they deduct my money.

Bharti Airtel — Balance Deduction on Regular Basis

I am using the airtel connection following numb er [protected] from past 7 years but now a days company is cheating the consumer by deduction of balance without any intimation to the consumers. So i want to take action on the company for the folowing complaint.

Sir i imran using airtel mobile number 91-[protected] since last 6 or 7 years wants to inform you that the airtel is deducting amount of 5 rupees daily from my main balance, i called to 198 and complained to customer care regarding my deduction, one of the supervisor talked to me and refunded my 2 days deduction of 10rs and also gave me assurance this will never happen again amd i was satisfied with his service, but next day i again received msg that the service has been renewed and deducted 5 rupees,i again called to 198 and informed them the same problem my call was again transferred to supervisor i told him the whole conversation we had previously with the supervisor, and again he told me i am deactivating the service and promised me to return my amount deducted in one hour but so sad he made me a fool,since then iam trying to connect to the customer care on 198 and 121 but they have already decided to reject call from my number, next day again i received a message from airtel deducting 5 rupees now the total amount deducted is 10 rupees,i want to inform you that this all happened even after i gave intimation and the complaint was registered..

spoiled me half of the life
Hi , I am naveen from bangalore , I am using pre-paid number [protected]. from more than 2 years i am using this number ,suddenly from 01/08/2011 it is showing in my mobile its invalid,
when i called to customer care multiply they are telling this number became free number, you cannot get this number, and some body told me to visit the outlet they are telling its gone for recycling,
Somebody is telling address verification not cleared and i am using from 2 years,
Something blas.................. they r telling other than that, unknownly they disconnected ,

I am almost working through my mobile number only, now i cannot do any work without my number(Its belongs to all of my business).


i never expect like this from Airtel,
we have a big network with airtel,


i hope i will get number back.
