Dear Sir, My Airtel mobile number is [protected], yestarday i have done 250/-(trans id:[protected]) recharge but no balance are showing in my main a/c so i enquery your call center they told me this is a "money offer" recharge but my mobile number is not registered in "money offer" scheme so why the recharge balance transfer to 3g scheme? and also i inform you that my mobile device not supported 3g internet and i dont wants use any 3g connection so please send balance in my mobile number [protected] againts this recharge 250/-(trans id:[protected]).
