I was also trying to fill the details at www.airtel.in/airtelpresence for a long time but it I couldn, t do so firstly due to down service and later page error.

I have done a recharge via airtel money an airtel number but by mistake the recharge was done on wrong number. When I contacted Airtel fro the same, they said that the balance will not be refunded.

Please resolve the problem soon.
