[Resolved] Airtel — Ezrecharge cheated me | |||
Hi, I recharged for rs.333. Ezrecharge charged me 358 for my recharge. The amount was charged to my credit card. But My transaction was not successful. On August 24, 2011 at 08:59 AM, my Delhi mobile no. [protected] was charged through Ezrecharge for talktime of Rs. 1.00 against MRP Rs. 111.00 vide Transaction ID No.[protected]. Further on the same day at 08:27 AM again on recharge of MRP Rs. 200 the same phone was charged by Rs. 1.00 only vide transaction ID no.[protected]. Thus in these two tranctions total Rs.311 has been deducted from my account against the charge of Rs.2 transfered to my mobile. I feels to be cheated and want my additional deducted amount refunded.
