[Resolved]  Airtel — Shifting of PRI line

Two big issues with Airtel's service. Shows huge chaos within airtel and a deep apathy to its customers.

1)
On 21st July, we had filed a request via email to shift a PRI line to a new office address. The request number is 1444314. As of today, 21 days have passed, and there is no resolution to the problem. Occasionally we would get a call from someone and it was heartening, but that call led to no progress, and soon the caller stops taking calls from us and disappears. About 4 people in airtel did that.

Finally, we heard that writing on twitter @Airtel_Presence may get us some help. We did that.
That channel has been mostly a lip-service channel so far. Again, no resolution. A call or two from
someone claiming to help us.. and then the same disappearing act.

So here we are 21 days later, without a phone line - which is so vital for any business!

What's worse is that Airtel is continuing to bill us on a line which we aren't using (because we have
have already shifted).

Can SOMEONE at airtel take ownership of this problem and stay with us till the problem is resolved?????

We have a 1800 service that we would like to cancel. More than a week has passed since we wrote to [protected]@ and called the sales guy who sold it to us a year ago. Also wrote on twitter. NO help so far. We have NO idea how to get this cancelled. [protected]@ responded with "invalid mobile number" which is senseless because my email was about a 1800 number. The sales guy is quiet and unresponsive.

Again, we're paying 1000's of rupees for a service that we are not using, and cannot cancel because no one at Airtel would take action on this.
