i have activated do not disturb service on my AIRTEL no. [protected] still i was getting the sms on my number for which i complained to customer care. they said that my complaint will be solved by 16 june 2011 by 6 p.m (complaint no. CDRGB[protected])
but it was not solved by due date . i again made a complaint om 18 june 2011(complaint no. 265754) and they said it will be solved in next 48 hours but it was not...

my problem of activization of CUG will nt resolve from airtel , nodal office and also appilate auhority also, they not give any satisfactray rply, i m trouble from last two months . resolve my problem as soon as possible. and take action on them , they reponsable for delay, i am complaint for RAHUL in nodal office and SURBHI in appilate authority, take apropriate action againts them.
