I have been trying to contact customer care about this since more than 3 weeks but I haven't got any clear response. I am not able to pay my bill online. Every time I try, it says "Online payment facility not available yet". Today I got an SMS asking me to pay my outstanding bill, else they will cut off the connection and they said I can also pay my bill in airtel.in. How can I pay my bill online if the site is not letting me pay my bill online. Either they are totally stupid or they just don't care about their customers. I am very disappointed. I have mailed them countless times but no response. What the hell Airtel?

    I was using one Airtel number from last 10 years from last 10 years Airtel services is Good. But now they are giving very poor services in terms of Customer care & part of that we are also using Airtel Cooperate Lease Line & PRI line from last 2-3 years. But after the personal expires we also planning to change the Airtel from our cooperate use.
    My consort it that from May 2011 My IPTV is not working properly its going hang up when i am using the Broad Band and till June 1st Week Airtel Engg. has tried to resolve the issues but can't able to resolve. After that when i giving any complain to Customer care his service Engg. Was closing complains without talking to any body at my family and Airtel is also not able to look in this matter. that why Customer making complains.
    In July 2011I had told his Customer care executive if you are not able to resolve the issues kindly discounted. In that complain Airtel has taken immediately step & disconnect. On 13th July there nodal officer has called up and made apologize for my problem, also they have commit me that with in 48 hrs your services will be restore and as per his commitment my only my Telephone & Broad Band services was resorted & IPTV blocked (also his nodal officer confirm me through Mail). But again after daily follow up still IPTV services was not restored (as his Customer care senior member (Mr. Rajesh, Mr. Ashish & Mr. Tanveer has given me the 24 Hrs. times but no result).
    In End 31st July 2011 My Telephone line & Broad Band line was terminated by Airtel.
    It’s very surprised to see Airtel services like a government dept.
    Now Airtel has leaved the option for consumer court for me.

Another issues is that from last one month my all Land Line, Broad Band & IPTV is terminated and you are showing it’s activated also showing outstanding balance of Rs. 1, 102/-. Its all incident is marking question mark on your working style.

      I applied for a Airtel IPTV connection with Broadband - Tariff Plan 1199 vide CEF No. 2784654 on 25/7/11 and paid Rs. 1,750/- through D.N. Autoland (Direct Sales Associates - Bharti Airtel Ltd.) on 25/7/11 and was assured that the connection will be installed by 29/7/11.

      I lodged a complaint with Airtel on their phone No.[protected]. My first complaint No. 1611494 of 1/8/11. On checking the status of my complain on 2/8/11, I was informed that my complain could not be processed for want of any contact number though I had give both my Landline and Mobile number at the time of registering the complain. Therefore I was given a fresh complaint No.[protected] of 2/8/11 and was informed that it will be attended with 48 hrs.

      Nothing happened, nobody contacted me or informed me when the connection will be provided till 4th when I received a call from Airtel advising me that the connection will be installed positively by 6th August. As usual, nothing happened once again. On contacting Airtel at about 2:30 pm on 6th to find out the status, after wasting more that 45 minutes talking to their Customer Service Executives viz. Nitin, Danish and Arti, I was told that since their "SYSTEM IS UNDER UP-GRADATION" they are unable to access the system and tell me the reason for the delay or non installation. Even speaking to the Supervisor - Mr. Taji was of no help.

      Can any body at Airtel tell me why my connection is not being installed or if at all it will be installed? If so when?

      iptv — not yet installed

      i have paid 1000Rs as installation charges on 15.1.2009 but they didnt installed iptv yet i am very disappointed with there services.

      iptv — Installation Incomplete

      IPTV Connection procured from BSNL based IPTV and accordingly the committed activities not fulfilled and even after several complaints and also personaaly visiting the Office Near Hotel Ajit, Deccan Gymkhana PUNE Maharashtra. NO COGIZANCE WHAT SO EVER. MARKETING PERSON ASSURING GOODY TALKS BUT CANNOT HELP AND ALL THE WORK INCOMPLETE AND ALSO ASKED FOR REFUND

      iptv — Not Installed

      I haveBooked IPTV connection on 21/02/2010 ,in New Delhi
      Now about 18 days have passed the IPTV is not installed at my place. I have approached several times to Customer care of IPTV . No body bothered about it.
      I have lunched my complain several time by and again I haven't got any feedback form IPTV.
      Now it is my humble request to you that IPTV should install this connection immediatly .

      Bharti Airtel — Delay in shifting my airtel landline, broadband and IPtv

      I have sifted my house from C-35,sector 53, Noida to C-20,Sec 53, Noida.Just 200 meters away .I have put a request to Airtel for the same on 26, march 2010 and submitted the address proof on 1st,April,2010.But till now there is no action at all taken from airtel.

      i have called at least 20 times and every time I have being given a new reference number and nothing else has happened.I am about 3 years old customer of Airtel and always paid my bill on time.

      Airtel is doing by doing so much add's on t.v and doing nothing to improve its service.

      Airtel Iptv — IPTV not installed despite payment

      Dear Manager,
      My landline number is[protected]. I had requested an IPTV connection on this
      landline and the product form 07 for digital TV interactive was duly filled and
      submitted on 07 Dec 2010 along with a cheque for amount 1750/- This cheque has
      been encashed and the balance is reflecting against my account.

      I was promised that the connection would be installed within 24 hours, however
      nothing happened in the next 48 hours. On 9 Dec 2010 I called 198 and lodged a
      complaint ( reference number[protected] and was promised action within 24 hours.
      AGAIN NOTHING HAPPENED.
      Thereafter I sent a mail to [protected]@airtel.in with the above-mentioned details and received a reply which said that my request had been forwarded to the respective department and that they will contact me asap.
      Today is 13 Dec 2010 and I still don't have IPTV for which I paid almost a week back.

      HELP. IF YOU CAN.

      Airtel IPTV Connection — Internet not working since Jan 2011

      Sir/Madam,

      Please refer to my complaints dated 30/01 followed by five reminders dated 04/01, 02/02, 9/02/2011,14/02,16/03 and 02/04/2011. addressed to 121 and Nodal Officer but it is highly regretted that no positive action has been initiated except getting false promises / acknowledgements. This problem of internet connectivity has been persisting since Nov,2010 and you have been calling simply to acknowledge the complaints but you have failed to provide the assured contractual services and resultantly caused a substantial mental agony and harassment to me and my family during this period. I have been paying your bills regularly but if such negative attitude of Airtel shall continue, I have to hold payment of your future bills besides filing a suit under Consumer Protection Act 1986 in the concerned consumer court for deficient services,fraud, violation of contract, cheating,harassment and of course for mental torture and also for refund of internet service charges since Dec 2010.

      No it has not been resolved. Our internet was again disconnected due to WLAN problem. Even today someone from Airtel is working on it and still matter is pending in-spite of replacing router. Please be on my complaint and keep us posted with the progress. Also to add our phone was also not working since the time router was replaced.

      Bharti Airtel — Shifting a landline no.

      SIR,
      Once again I want to remind you that Please Shift the land line no.[protected] form 6 Sukh Chain Marg, DLF Phase-1 to K-9/44 DLF Phase-2, Gurgaon.
      We will pay if any charges for the same.
      This is my 3rd or 4th time when i am doing the complaint by sending the e mail and on telephone so many times.
      If you are unable to do so then tell us without any hesitation we will find any other solution. But plz stop to give lollipop.

        hi,
        i brought a airtel DTH with recorder at Rs.5000 in Jan 2011. from the very begning i m facing froblem with that, dealer told me that, that DTH is HD, but later on i came to know that it ordenary. it use to get hang after every 30 mins. thay are charging me more mony of my packege & gitting half of channels of my packege. i want to return back that DTH, but thay refused. last 15 days i m not getting any channels at that. i suggest people not not to buy AIRTEL DTH.

        Hi,

        Am an airtel dth customer taken the service in June 2009.after 6 months(with thin the warranty period ,which they claim) there was a problem with my set top box ,where it was successfully repaired by the technicians.Now am facing the same problem again and when registered a complaint with airtel customer care ,some of the technicians from following company
        SLV network
        sector-11,9th main,LIC colony,Jeevan bheema nagar,Bangalore

        has come and claimed 450 rs for replacing the set top box which is actually a kind of shock for me.Also they are not ready to give the brand new box instead wants to replace with some other serviced ,repaired box with 3 months service warranty.god knows if it works after 4 months and again I may end up with the same problem..Also Viewing the records airtel team has to eventually confess that they have given me the faulty equipment during my purchase and and it's their primary responsibility to replace the box without any single penny from me.moreover I see on different blogs lot of consumers has faced these kind of problems and am planning to file a complaint in the consumer forum for the same.

        Only thing I want to convey through this blog is am very happy when I had the wired cable tv connection with no hindrances.

        The DTH is not working properly from the date of purchase and on name of fixation service fee is demanded we paid but no use as the condition remains the same,also when i took the settop box to local center they replied it is correct.

          I am not able to access your services despite paying you the money.
          As i have told you that i have problem in setup box due to which i am not able to watch video signal.
          Comlaint was marked on second november but till date nothing solution is provided to me due to which i have stopped using your services as with safe custody disconnection of services.
          Kindly post the waiver of last 4 months as delay is at your end.

              I have to work on VPN. And Internet is must for me because i work from home.

              I had applied for airtel broadband connection. The representative took the money and promised the connection will be given in 3-4 days. After 3-4 days, when i tried reaching the representative he is not attending the call and when i try contacting the airtel customer care they offer the worst possible service by putting the customers on hold and they give misleading information saying there is some system problem and connection will be given in 2,3,5 days time. everytime i call there is a different information i get.

              "AIRTEL HAS THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE AND ZERO COMMITMENT TO THE CUSTOMERS, ALSO THE REPRESENTATIVES ARE FRAUDULENT AND TAKE THE MONEY AND DO NOT EVEN RESPOND TO QUERIES AFTER THAT. I AM YET TO GET MY ISSUE RESOLVED"

                dear sir,
                for the last 14-15 days one call from the number [protected] comes on my mobile no.[protected] and the caller speaks uncensored and filthy languages which can not be expressed in word. my brother contacted airtel customer care but i was told that customer care suggested him to lodge formal FIR. I want to know as to whether there is no other alternative except lodging complain to police. given the state of police thana in our country and the way they function, i don't think caller can be discouraged by this method. so, i would like to request u that kindly make certain arrangement at an earliest to get me rid of this rogue caller. he speaks so vulgar that any sensible and civilized person could hardly tolerate. hope something would be done by you and action shall be taken.

                  I have faced worst customer care(Airtel) in my life. I got a data card([protected]) in Mumbai.
                  I am working for a leading software company, i used to travel a lot inside and Outside India.
                  Last week when i came back from US and I was in Chennai i was trying to use the data card and i dont know the recharge denomination.
                  I called the customer care Number :[protected] on ( 03/08/20011). No One knows about the recharge denominations and i went to a shop to do a recharge.
                  recharge was failed and retailer checked with customer care and they told the number was cancelled which i was using 1 day earlier.

                  Then i was trying to reach Customer care[protected] on ( 03/08/20011) no one responded properly i got the following response
                  1) This is not data card department.
                  2) Call 121
                  3) This is Mumbai Number so you have to call Mumbai Customer care
                  4) Will transfer this call to Supervisor
                  5) Call [protected]
                  6) Mumbai Customer Care : - there is only one tollfree Number which is common for Data Cad :[protected]
                  7) If they are not able to Answer they have put me on hold for 30 min for 4 times.
                  8) After some time they have transfered the call to some one and she told me she is supervisor but she is definitely not a supervisor.
                  9) very Poor communication.
                  10) we cannot have access to find out the status of Mumbai Number.
                  11) We dont know the Mumbai Plans we know only Tamil Nadu Plans.
                  12) We are not responsible for Outside tamilnadu Number.


                  Relience Customer care is excellent. Learn from them. There is no words to appericiate relience customer care.

                  My unresolved Queries

                  1) Is there any Roaming charges for Data Card?
                  2) What is the denominations?
                  3) What is the customer care Number where i can get answer to My queries?

                  what u told is absolutely true thing for the Airtel Customer care Dept.
                  Even they(Customer care executive of Airtel) dont know where to contact for a particular problem.
                  So, according to me at first they shoud take proper training for the customer handling.They are the totally fool and illetrate group of person who is handling this services. God Bless Them...

                    Dear sir,
                    My airtel number is [protected].When i call from my no. [protected] every time after ending call airtel send message of balance and recharge options like "your balance is Rs 100.00 and get Rs 110 on 110 recharge and get Rs 70 on 70 recharge" but the main problem is that airtel donot give full information regarding the recharge of Rs 70 and Rs110.Airtel always have some hidden condition which they never mention in their message after doing call as i mentioned above in 2nd line.
                    1)After getting message "your balance is Rs 100.00 and get Rs 110 on 110 recharge and get Rs 70 on 70 recharge" i recharged my airtel no. [protected] by Rs110 & i got amount full Rs110 but the hidden condition with this recharge is your call rate will be Rs1.2/minute.Airtel didnot mention this hidden condition in their message which we got every time after call..Before recharge of Rs110 my call rate was 1paisa/second so after recharge of Rs110 my call rate increased to Rs1.2/minutebut i was unaware about it.
                    2)Today in morning on 08/08/2011 i recharged my airtel number [protected] with Rs70 but i got only Rs0.70 in my main account.The hidden condition with this Rs70 recharge is that i got Rs70 in other dedicated account for 7 days but this was not mentioned in the message which i got after ending call (regarding my balance like "your balance is Rs 100.00 and get Rs 110 on 110 recharge and get Rs 70 on 70 recharge") that on recharge of Rs 70 you will get Rs70 in your dedicated account and you can use it only upto 7 days.Normally no customer is aware about their Dedicated account we know only one main account.


                    Every time airtel donot inform about their hidden condition.Please help me in getting my amount of recharge of Rs70.
                    Today on 8/8/2011 i called 2 times in airtel company customer care and i told the executive that please transfer my call to your senior to fill a complaint but they cut my call both times.They are not cooperating with me please help me in getting my balance.

                    Airtel/ Pre-paid — Hidden rule and misguide customer by customer care

                    After continuous complaint, Airtel unable to solve the query. Nither is solving the problem as per commitement, nor they refund my wrongly recharged payment.
                    I put complaint on 08/08/08 (complaint no. is[protected] and then continous to 121. after 12/08/08 message was received when i tried to contact with customer executives that is “Submit your complaint in 130 charcters to 121” and after that not respond. I want my refund or taktime. In this case, Airtel dealter and its executives are culprit, who misguide me that your amount will displayed within 24 hours.

                    Dear friends, please careful if you choose Airtel, read this complaint before select the Airtel.
                    Please give the answers of few of my question i.e
                    1) If card is not activated (even not able to contact with customer care), then how they allowed to recharge option on the deactivated card?
                    2) Who will give the sufficient details? If customer care executives and dealer also don't know the solution, till the date.
                    3) Is it the reputed company or any chitfund company?

                    If anybody's having proper answers or having same problem then give mail at this ID “[protected]@gmail.com”. I want to stop that type of activities .

                    Airtel — hiden conditions

                    I am regular user of airtel prepaid service bearing the number[protected] I recharged for Rs105.00 and had the offer tariff all india 50p. last week one of airtel dealer told they got the one best offer recharge for roaming which costs Rs 98.00 and also he told your previous offer will remain same. But when I recharged , I lost my all india 50p offer not only that no full talktime recharges also. I told my dealer that you are told my offer will not change ,then he called to his senior and they told that is default, which they also not informed to any retailor.
                    then I contacted customer care and requested for refund of that Rs98 and retain my old plan of all india 50p. But they told only Rs 90 will be refunded and I will not get any offer my charges will be Re1 for local and Rs1.50 for STD
                    From 7days I`m regularly calling customer service, every one saying within 24Hr your problem will be solved, but no solution
                    They are not even refunded my Rs98(the amount Rs90 they promice to give also not refunded)

                    Airtel — Recharge Misguiding

                    Dear Sir

                    I would like to bring you to notice about Airtel Punjab Mobile. They are not paying as per mentioned on their website http://www.airtel.in/wps/wcm/connect/airtel.in/airtel.in/home/forme_newuser/mobi...
                    Also Please see the attached snap shot of their website.
                    For an example on the voucher list they mentioned recharge of Rs. 333 wil give Rs. 301.94 which will go on with available validity period. But it is returning 333 min updates on dedicated account with 30 days validity only & same recharge having no value while in roaming also it has nothing to do with SMS. You must have talk time in your main account to receive calls while in roaming. Customer call replying that customer should ensure from them before recharge website can be wrong any time.

                    I have a quick question to you guys… Does u know what customer services are?

                    Have guys really trained your CSR’s how to handle the call in because

                    am a very dissatisfied customer of Airtel.. My name is Joseph Ivan. The CSO under the TL Mr Surya are very arrogant and they don respond to my calls properly. They just keep playing the blame game by asking me to contact later But they are not escalating the issues to the correct dept on time.

                    I called in this really morning to report that my Internet is not working even after making the payment. Initially the call was handled buy=y a CSR and I clearly informed that my services are barred due to non payment it’s my mistake because I did not make the payment as I was out of country.
                    The csr who spoke to me said its not possible to activate the services. So I requested him to transfer the call to his supervisor after a great difficulty he transferred the call to his supervisor Mr. Sridhar team member of Surya from Chennai Contact centre.

                    When I asked him to activate the services he requested sorry he did not requested me in fact he ordered he ordered me to give the details of the payment. I gave him what every he asked for expect the receipt number because I left my dairy at office where I kept the receipt.

                    He made me to argue with him and he forcefully disconnected the call with out even giving the warning. This is how you guys training your guys. Are you not ashamed to say we are leading in customer services.

                    Later I again called a customer care and the call handled in Bangalore I explained him the issue and that particular CSR was able to activate the service where else Sridhar cant do it. When I check with that particular csr he informed me that we are one only customer cares for south to handle the calls in broadband. ‘’So later again I called and spoke to Lein he is an other Xerox copy o[censored]seless Sridhar, even he disconnect the call bluntly with out any info just because I used profanity.

                    Even I worked in Call Center but we do not treat the customer like this. It would be better if you guys can teach who is a customer, what is Customer satisfaction. How do guys say in the beginning of the call (This call may be recorded for our[protected].

                    I seriously I want you take an action on surya and lein and I also want you guys to teach what his customer services for both. Uncertain CSR for ur airtel customer care from sathome .
                    Note: I want an update on this by tomorrow evening


                    And please change the CSR to 1st or remove him from the system.

                    I am your old customer but i have faced these types of problems from last 1 year and now i am realising that i should change my company by using MNP.This is something which irritate us and i donot have enough time for these types o[censored]nethical activities.I am waiting for your action.

                      I am pissed off with Airtel's customer service represntative especially in Chennai. I wanted an Airtel internet connection for which I contacted a person named S. Babu from Airtel and paid him Rs. 2700(Rs. 1500 for modem + Rs. 1200 for First month subscription fees). He told me I would get a connection within 4 working days. I contact him after a week and he then says that our subscription form has not been processed. He asks for another week’s time. I call after 1 more week and he now says that their system is undergoing maintenance and that it would take one more week to get the account activated. I thought I would better wait rather than approach another service provider because anyways any other provider would take some 4 - 5 days. I call Babu again after 1 week and this time he really pisses me off. He says that my account has been cancelled and I would get my money back in 10 working days. Despite giving them so many chances of making amends and save face, Airtel eventually proved that it employs people who are nothing but thugs. They rob you of your money, waste your time and frequently come up with stupid excuses. Please believe me, if you have another option go for it. Do not waste your time and money on Airtel internet connection. It is a company which is run by thugs! Now I do not know whether I would get back my money leave alone the internet connection!

                        I have to work on VPN. And Internet is must for me because i work from home.

                        I have shifted from sector 61 to sector 52.

                        So for Shifting process i called Customer Care on 14th of July telling them about my problem to one of your Manager .

                        They told me that we are closing your connection for shifting & applying for shifting from 15th WITH HIGH PRIORITY.

                        My connection is closed from 15th and My instrument was shifted to my new address by your employee on 18 or 19th.

                        But after that just for making connection to line, noone had arrived.

                        i had called so many times to Customer care, and personally visited your Office in Noida. But only response i am getting now is our shifting process takes 22 days.

                        I am getting dumb response from AIRTEL Customer Care Service. I called your shifting manager of my area and his way of talking is so rude. I am not Happy at All being with Airtel now just because of behaviour.

                        Moreover my connections is not working from 23 days now and this is what you people call HIGH PRIORITY. Even your 22 days limit for shifting is also crossed now.

                        I am really disappointed with your guys.

                        My humble request to you to help me if possible because i am getting lots of problem without my connection now. And if you cannot help me then request you to please revoke my connection.

                          I still remember that in beginning days of my subscription with airtel for about for two years i had no issue with your service and thats the period when i suggested my company ( Centenial Sugical Sutures Ltd ,Mumbai ) your profile when they were looking for a corporate connection and now all over india we have almost 250 airtel cug plan
                          In kerala there are 16 airtel plans for our company.Out of which almost all the connection is having issues with your signals and its a serious for us.We all as you know are in to marketing and we cant afford to loose any of our customer because of a silly reason like my mobile was not reachable
                          I personally feel that something terribly has gone wrong with your technical department.I have reported my problem two years ago and registered my first complaint on 02/10/2009 and reference number is 28641471, the last complaint was registered on 02/07/2010 with reference number 32979941 and i am afraid that nobody has taken it up to fix the problem .
                          I request you to take action immediately to rectify the problem or we will be forced to recommend our company to change all India CUG plan to another service provider.

                          My Complient is that Airtel has a short range in my town. The tower is situated inside my town itself its just 700meters away from my house,but until now i am not recieving a single point signal from it when ever it detect for a network it shows the signal is currently provided from another tower which is 4-7 km away from our area .Sir i just want to know why the customer care neglect the complaint from our area ,even they have an running tower in our area itself. I and my area pepole had complaint it to Airtel customer care many times regarding this but they take it in a cool manner even not responding to us when they can resolve this problem

                            I have an Airtel prepaid connection and my Cell no is +91 [protected]. I have never subscribed or activated the MMS services offered by airtel. However , for the past 4 weeks , MMS subscription charges of Rs 2 being deducted from my prepaid subscription every day. I am unable to stop this debit from Airtel.

                            Everyday , I get a message that I have been debited Rs 2 on my prepaid connection for MMS subscription . I want Airtel to put a stop to this and refund me the money that they have been deducting for the past one month.

                              I had filled up an application form for a new broadband connection at our present address---- G-901/902, Palm court complex, Link Road, Malad W, Mumbai in the name of my husband Mr. Sumit Maheshweri on 22nd August, 2011. The airtel agent told us that the connection will be installed and activated on 25th August, 2011. However when i called up the airtel number, the customer care person told me that the application form was submitted to the system on 28th August, 2011 and within 7 days after the form submission, the connection would be installed and activated. The installation was not done even afetr 7 days and since then we have been getting new complaint numbers from the customer care every day but work not done till date. I am fed up of the Airtel service. Is this the kind of service you provide????

                              PLS LET ME KNOW WHEN WILL THE INSTALLATION AND ACTIVATION BE DONE???? IF YOU GUYS ARE KEEPING TOO BUSY, THEN I CAN GET THE INTERNET CONNECTION FROM THE LOCAL SERVICE PROVIDERS AS WELL, THAT'S THE LEAST I CAN DO.....

                              I called up the Airtel Broadband customer care to get a new connection. The Execuitve did asked me all the details and said that you will recieve a call with in 48 hrs. After 48 hrs I did again called customer care and asked what happened, he said it is in progress and you will be again contacted till tommorow evening. but now its almost a week and there is no iformation from there side.

                              One Mr.maalikarjun, sr.officer, sales from Bharti airtel services ltd., madiwala, bangalore advertised and approached me that in my are airtel is providing broadband connection.He assured that broad band connection will be provided within 10days. On his assurance i have applied for broadband connection (Appl.no.BA 223401) on 4th march 2009 along with cheque fro Rs.1000/= and other necessary documents.When enquired after one week he started some excuses for not giving the connection as promised. On verification it was found that the cheque has bbe already produced to the bank and cleared on 6th march itself. When i want enqquire why still the connection has not been provided, he started avoiding the calls. Today, when cotacted the Bharti airtel office at Koramangala, bangalore (phone:[protected], I was shocked to learn that my application was rejected on technical ground that it is not feasable in our area. If so why did the sr. officer sales lied? Why my cheque was presented and encashed within 2 days of my submitting the application? It appears that the firm is cheating the people like this and collecting the money. Further, it seems that a refund order will be sent afetr 2 weekssince I contacted them. Is ther no way to punish this type of fraud?

                              I have been trying to get in touch with the Airtel BB customer care in order to enquire about broadband.                               I registered for a broadband connection in Korattur area - 4th Street on 15th May 2010.
                              The contact person was Premnath from Airtel - Ph [protected].
                              He took 2000 Rs from me, and registered for a connection app no : CH989321.
                              He told me it will take 2 days for the connection. I had waited for almost 3 weeks and I did not get a proper response nor any work was done for my connection.
                              Later I contacted Airtel broadband customer care on 1st June and lodged a complaint - complaint number 3335618 to process my refund. They told me it will take 15 working days for the refund to be processed.
                              After that they never contacted me regarding status. Today (10th June), I call them up and they say that they cannot provide me with a connection, and repeated the same information, when I asked them about status of refund, they told me that they can take a new request and get it processed. Second complaint number 33696716. Im not sure now when I will get my money back.

                              I am from chennai K K Nagar, i too had the same problem of waiting 4 days after raising the request for new connection. Basically, i ahve used airtel and was out of station for some time hence disconnected the same, however the line from the airtel box into my home is still available and hanging inside my home. I raised request for airtel connection, none turned up for feasibility check. First of all, if you are giving connection to the same person why do your call centre people dont think there is no necessity on feasibility check? none turned up. I called up justdial to enquire on airtel usb modem and finally the call came from one of the sales guy of your's for bb conneciton. he came, he took all necessary details, committed as if he will provide it at the end of the day since there was no requirement for feasibility check. I gave 500 rs for installation charges and i am still waiting for the installation to happen. Why do you become so insane to keep customer waiting for your connection? u were the best in customer service. however, you have turned topsy turvy and giving false commitments and slipping delivery / installation time for the customer. Is this all about airtel customer service? The sales guy name is Augustin from one of your vendor around chennai ashok nagar.

                              If you cant deliver, dont commit; If you commit, dont fail to deliver..

                              I want aritel bb connection at the earliest, i had waited enough.

I am fed up o[censored]nnecessary schemes activated on my number without my consent. Few months back they activated Tokkig on their own without infoming me and charged me RS 10 . After 3 days of arguing with the airtel customer care executive, they deactivated . again they activated the same after 10 days and chrged . i talk with CCE bt he is telling that its not wrong .they are doing right. and after that putted me on hold and cut the call after 30 min.it happend on 08/08/2011 at 1 pm.I want them to deactivate this alert and never activate such schemes without informing me. If they do so then I don't have any option but to use number portability system.

                                i have been receiving some messages telling me about some unneccessary schemes, without me subscribing to them the operator has put them on, on my number. i have encountered such problems more than once and to this effect i want to file a consumer complaint against the company as the people at their outlet are lousy and do not lend a helping hand at any point.

                                One of the biggest blunders of my life is changing from BSNL to Airtel.
                                Based on the healthy talk around about Airtel offering a better customer service. I decided to go for Airtel one month back. I took a sim ( new connection ) from Airtel outlets and activated it after provide all the required documents.
                                Today, the incoming and outgoing are blocked due to documentation problems. I resubmitted my documents thrice, no use at all. Finally my sim shows even shows an sim-registration error.

                                Pathetic service from Airtel help line also, no one wants to answer the questions. They keep talking the same bull s***, sir documentation has rejected nothing can be done its according to TRAI. I don’t know where ‘TRAI’ is coming from, when I submit my documents more than 3 times at Airtel customer care.

                                Shame on Airtel for offering such a pathetic service. Guys.. if you keep doing this I am sure you will have to close your company someday.

Till today, I didn't receive any call regarding this service. If it's possible for your technical team to deactivate the service, then its OK, otherwise, i think I'll change the Airtel No. & go for some other no. b'coz its not possible for me to sit in a cyber-cafe after 3 alternate day & mailing you for this.
                                2times, they have credicted the amount, again 2day, 15 rs has been deducted.

                                Airtel — scheme not activated

                                I have received continous messages from airtel on 22nd 23rd 24th September regarding a offer of 33rs recharge where I will get 27 Rs instantly and rs 38 within 48 hours and 100 minutes airtel to airtel free and when I have a recharge of rs 33 I only get rs 27 at that time and I waited fot the talktime and I registered a complaint no CBNRA[protected] ON 27th September and till now no action has been taken on my complaint. I had called up the customer care and they said that sir you are speaking lie and no such message has been sent to you .and when I try to contact them again they disconnect my phone in between.                                   I have ordered Airtel digital dist tv HD through online using website airtel.in and made payment of Rs. 2790 online and unique transaction ID is 25282.
                                  On 4th August I got am email asking for some details for registration purpose and I gave that. After that I received an SMS providing my CustomerId which is [protected] and it was also mentioned in that installation will be done on 4th August at around 5 pm. But nothing was done.

                                  Below are some follow-ups that I did:
                                  1)After that i.e. on 5th August I dropped an email to you [protected]@in.airtel.com mentioning the issue.You can see that email below.

                                  2)On the same day I called your customer support center number [protected]. One lady said that installetion will be done on 7th August. But as usual no one came for installation.

                                  3)On 7th August I called the same number at 1.28 pm.One lady said that our engineer will come within two hours i.e. upto 4 pm. and will do installation. But as usual no one came for installation.

                                  4)On 7th August once again I called the same number at around 4.30 pm. Now one gents said our engineer will come within 24 hours that upto today 8th August 4.30 pm.But looking at above scene I don't thing anything will happen.

                                  Till now the set top box installation is not done.

                                  Please take one action from below mentioned two.
                                  1) Either do the intallation at the end of day today i.e. 8th August 2011.
                                  or 2) refund the amount to my ICICI bank account which is[protected] from which I made the payment of Rs. 2790.

                                  P.S. :- I have spent an hour that means around Rs. 60 in above scene to explain you customer support executive the problem.

                                    Dear sir/Madam,
                                    I want log a complaint on airtel Broad band on my land line number[protected]. Airtel had disconnected my internet service three times in last one week.
                                    First incident: Dated[protected] around 2 pm my internet connection was blocked. Called the customer care and the executive was casual.He took more than 5 min to identify my problem.Later he said that all my payment was right but they by mistake have disconnected my internet service and will release it on[protected]. I was shocked that even when the payment is made how can they bar my service.All what was said is sorry.
                                    Secont incident: Dated[protected] around 1 pm my internet connection was blocked.Again i called the customer care 198 this time even before i express my complaint first the executive asked have i made the payment. I told him that please check in your system.He said sorry and said it will take four hours to restore my internet connection.
                                    Third incident: again on[protected] my internet connection got blocked the reason again non-payment. Again i need to fight with the customer care to restore my service.
                                    Last one week was a really a bad experience with Airtel.I have cleared all the bill payment. My latest bill is generated and the due date is[protected]. I run a online booking center. every time the internet is blocked by business is affected.An approximate loss in last one week is around 25,000 INR.I really don't know what to do if the same kind of disconnection happens regularly.

                                      Hi,

                                      Even my dad got a call yesterday but my dad was brainwashed by that fellow, n unconciously my father gave his account no. Later when he disconnected the call he realised, he launched an FIR just to be on safe side.
                                      Call was from pakistan, as its 0092 and it is a code of pakistan and the guy name is Sameer (bhai) - Agent and Sanjay Singhania (Sr.Supervisor).
                                      I guess this is a Pakistani Gang who z running this Scam, as they dont have any else and these pakistanis are not capable of doing anything, so they have found a new way of there livelihood.
