[Resolved]  Airtel — Airtel Engineer has broken the dish and airtel is not resolving the problem

I am a Airtel digital TV SD subscriber with customer id:[protected].
I received a call from airtel executive that Airtel has upgraded satellite and satellite settings need to be changed on my STB and Dish Antenna. On 20-Aug-2011 Mr. Ramesh(Mobile: [protected]) from Airtel came to change satellite setting and due to some reason he was not gaining proper signals when he changed dish antenna orientation to new satellite direction.
since then our Airtel connection is down.I have lodged so many complaints[protected],11238679,11285038,11437239,[protected] but all of them made as "problem resolved" without visiting to my premises and looking into the problem.
On 25Aug2011 two guys(Mobile:[protected]) from Airtel came to my home and after inspection they asked to replace dish antenna(which is under warrenty) and demanded INR600 for that.
Now my connection is down from past 20 days, so I kindly request you to refund my burned amount to my airtel account(Cust id:[protected]) for down time and rectify the problem as soon as possible.

Today(10-Sep-2011) Mr Sohail(mobile: [protected]) from Airtel visited to my house to see the problem, he reconfirmed that Dish is damaged and need to be replaced. As dish is under warrenty and damaged by Airtel executive Mr. Ramesh(everything was working fine before Mr Ramesh visited our house and no one else other than him even touched the dish), Airtel should replace it as soon as possible.

My dish is still not replaced and STB is still down i.e. no signal. Airtel guys mark complaint "Problem resolved" without fixing problem.

On 11Sep2011 Airtel Sr Executive Mr. Vaibhav(Mobile#[protected]) called me, and when I explained him the case he refused to replace the dish(under warrenty) which was damaged by Airtel engineer and asked me to recover my losses from Mr. Ramesh(Airtel Engineer) not from the Airtel as Airtel is not liable for their service engineers.
So my question is why Airtel is sending their unprofessional service engineers to disturb perfectly fine working systems when Airtel is not ready to take accountability of their Service Engineers.

Today( 15 -Sep-2011) finally Airtel has replaced the dish.

My system was down for 26 days because of this issue.So I request Airtel to refund INR 273.52( (My daily burn rate = 10.52 Rs/Day) to my account.
