connection is not completed on time

Negligence of the service provider

I am Ravikiran. I have applied for a new broadband connection on[protected].I have paid almost Rs 1500 for the same. My application number is 261680. I was promised that the connection would be given by[protected].
But to my dismay, I have not got my connection till today. I am supposed to get the connection with in seven days as per the rules of Airtel.
I have contacted the concerned persons repeatedly and I have always got...

Worst service

Never go for Airtel broadband connection....
They are worst service providers......

We have taken corporate Toll free number from them and experiencing worst service from them.....
They have taken huge capital investment from us and monthly we pay 7500 rs as monthly rental to them. Just think about amount we have been paying to them .....
On top of it they disconnected our connection without any intimation...

My STB was suspended

No network coverage for

I am living in Ahmedabad city, and at my home there is no network at all of Airtel. I have invested Rs 2500 in 3G USB modem and I am not able to connect to network at all. Simultaneously I have purchased a Prepaid SIM and I am not able to make/recieve call on this number due to no network coverage. There is full network coverage of other mobile operators. Deactivation of Lifetime Number without any reason

My number [protected] has been deactivated by airtel.
Airtel should stop harrassing customers by inventing new techniques.
As this number is a premium number I suspect Airtel wish to make few bucks by deactivating and reselling such numbers to new customers.
This number is Lifetime and I am regularly recharging this number.
Last recharge was around 8 days before deactivation.
Now I am told to resubmit...

Yesterday and today Rs 4 (each day Rs2 ) deducted from my pre paid Account towards SMS and call making charges. for your info i have not contracted anybody and also not sent sms but the above amount deducted from my account .

Kindly check my account and rectify the error immediatly and reverse the amount deducted.

very low speed unfair service

I am Girish my mobile number is [protected] i am using airtel 3g service and i activated 3g data plan Rs 750 0f 2gb data . airtel promise to their customers we will assures a speed upto 27 mbps but i am getting only 20kbps . even 2g connection will not give that much of speed i raised so may complaints through customer care and relationship centers of airtel they only giving Service request till date my problem is not yet resolved...
