thanks for your response and fixing that issue, now again i got a sms saying that some devotional service got activated in my mobile and it cost me 2 rs/day, i have never opted for it, and it started deducting money as well, there was a number 54949 in sms, to deactivate the service however that didnt work too.
request you to stop this service immediately and refund the money which got deducted in it, now my ac balance is zero and i fear that on recharge it will deduct my money,
hence please make sure it get stopped, it would help if you can ask the subscriber for his/her willingness for this kind of services, rather than simply activating it without any permission.
i am getting frustrated with Airtel, (i m using Airtel from past 8 years). and may plann to switch to another operator, if this will continue.
