GPRS get activated Automatically and Extra GPRS charges are getting added.

I am using Airtel around 2 years,I have 2 numbers. But in one my number ie [protected] in which from last 6 month extra GPRS are getting charged, As we called them then they told its mistake and some amount the charges and told it wont be happen again. But same mistake is getting repeated again again, GPRS get activated Automatically and they charged me for that.

Deregistered my Airtel SIM

Blackberry services not starting

Changing my plan behind my back

Problem with mCheck Activation Service

Before 6 month I am using Nokia 3110c and in that I have activated mCheck. Then after I changed mo mobile handset to Samsung GURU it give long battery life, but because Airtel's mCheck service frequently asks to activate and just because of this I have to charge my mobile battery everyday.......
