Airtel — SIM CARD REGISTRATION FAILED WITHOUT ANY CONFIRMATION | |||
This is Koustov Choudhury.My Airtel Prepaid Mobile no. is [protected].My service provider sent me some messages to submit my id proof.I have done that twice.But suddenly my sim card registration is faild.When I have contacted to the Airtel outlet they have informed me that the no is deleted and it is not possibe to restore the no. I am using this no.till 2 and a half years and it is a life time sim.I am in a big trouble and cannot understand what to do.If airtel like company's service is that so I think at first they should stop talking about customer relationship.I just Whant to Know Why Is it happen as soon as possible.
