[Resolved] Airtel Bharti — Deduction Of balance | |||
Dear Sir/Madam, I have a Airtel Number 98055**575 since last two month. Recently i got a offer on my number by dialling *121# that i will get Rs 35 on Recharge of Rs 35. When i recharged my number they provide me app.29 Rs only when i consult withe customer care they told me that "your IVR was not updated so we cant provide you thee benefit, and if you like you may go consumer court or port out your number" and they block my facility to contact customer care.After theat i recharge my number withe 25 Rs for Internet. on 25th of December when i was browsing Internet they deduct 15 Rs from my main balance even still 5.37 MB data was left in my account.When i register thee complained theey give me thee revert that there was no wrong deduction every deduction is fair.I don't know what is thee wrong withe this well reputed organisation. Thanks for using (Fusion, Lounge multicontent pack) on airtel wap. You have been charged Rs 15. I have never activated this kind of service on my no. [protected]. Please deactivate this service as soon as possible and return my money.
