[Resolved] Airtel Bihar — GPRS not working | |
I am customer of bihar airtel.Iam complaining to you that GPRS not working from your "NAWKOTHI B.T.S" in BEGUSARAI (bihar) since two days.I am paying monthly charges for the above service RS.498. I have not used the GPRS service due to machinery failure.Before this problem GPRS working but as slow as like go on foot.I have used EDGE GPRS Modem.when working GPRS AFTER ONE MINUTE later disconnect. please take necessary action and provide me gprs network soon. AIRTEL SERVICE IS VERY POOR YESTERDAY I CALL CUSTOMER REGARDING .I BUY ONE SIM CARD 10 DAYS BEFORE AT THE TIME OF PURCHASE I ASK VENDOR FOR HOW MUCH THE CHARGES IS FOR UAE CALL THEY INFORM ME 9.20RS PER MIN ONCE I CALL DUBAI ITS DEDUCTING 11 RS PER MIN YESTERDAY I CALL CUSTOMER CARE THE GENTLE MAN IS TELLING ME MAY BE THAT PERSON WAS OUT SIDE OF THE DUBAI THATS WHY ITS DEDUCTING 11RS PER MIN IF HE IS IN DUBAI CITY THE CHARGES WILL BE 9.20 RS PER MIN. THEN I ASK THIS NOT THE CORRECT INFORNATION THEN HE DISSCONNECT THE PHONE
AGAIN TODAY I CALL FOUR TIME BUT NO BOGY GIVEN ME ANSWER AND DISCONNECT THE PHONE I SEND MESSAGE FOR GPRS SETTING THAT ONE STILL I DIDNOT RECIEVE ANY SETTING JUST NOW I CALL TO CUSTOMER CARE ONE OF THE PERSON HIS NAME IS IKBAL GENTLE MAN IS TELLING FOR NOKIA 3110 C SETTING I DONT HAVE THEN HE TRANSFER MY PHONE THAT PLACE NO BOGY ANSWER. NOW CUSTOMER IS SUFFERING
