Airtel Broadband — Airtel is not disconnecting my broadband connection after even 20 days | |||
I have registered a complaint to disconnect my AIRTEL broadband service but they have not disconnected it after 20 days. They are trying to retain the connection by constantly calling and mentally harassing me. I have gone through a lot of pain these days because of AIRTEL customer care. iam your broadband customer from last 8-10 months...i wanna complaint you that from last 25 to 26 days my broadband connection was disconnected by rain or any other cause.
i forgot my user id, so i contacted to your local executives and forwarded my complaint but after 8 days my connection restarted and again after 2 days my broadband disconnected so again i use the same procedure and the result was also same.after 7 days connection restarted.
iam sorry to say that, in above condition iam unable to pay the bill of present month because in present month i have used your broadband only for 7 days .so kindly pay the attention in above issue and inform me by mail.

Airtel Broadband — not disconnecting my connection
dear sir/madam,i am ex-stupid customer of airtel broadband. on 14 feb 2009 i gave them a application requesting them to discontinue my broadband number and taken from a receiving from them of my application. also on 15 feb 2009 i made a request on their customer no.121 and got a request number from them. on 16 feb 2009 their representative came and taken all dues upto till date and he said person from company will come and will take off all connection and instruments in that connection but till today i.e. 29 april 2009 they have not disconnected my number and are sending bill for that. please help me.
