I HAVE TAKEN AIRTEL DIGITAL TV CONNECTION TWO YEARS AGO SINCE THEN I AM FACING RUTHLESS AND CALLOUS ATTITUDE OF CUSTOMER CARE WHEN EVER I NEED TO ADD ANY CHANNEL IT IAKES TOO MUCH OF TIME NOW THIS TIME THE AIRTEL DIGITAL TV PEOPLE HAVE CROSSED EVERY LIMIT ITS BEEN 10 DAYS TO ADD ONE NEW CHANNEL.. ITS REALLY DISGUSTING. SUCH A HOPELESS SERVICE PROVIDER IS AIRTEL DIGITAL TV.

I purchased Airtel 3G dongel which is not working inside my home. I had given a request to Airtel Customer care about the problem, informed them next dat i purchased. Comaplaint Resolution time is 5 days, After 5 days they called and said we will resolve the issue in another 2 days. After 2 days there was no communication. After that i called customer care many times they said we will sove the problem asap.

THIS IS REGARDING THE DISCONNECTION/BLOCKING OF THE NUMBER [protected].
I got the message regarding submission of id proof and residential address proof in my mobile on saturday-21-Apr-2012.
When contacted the customer care, I was informed to submit the proof on Monday at Infosys campus airtel relationship center, Sunday being a holiday.
On Sunday, the outgoing call was blocked and on Monday...

received a automatic call from AIRTEL regarding hello tunes advertisement. and i disconnect the call after few seconds.

I received 2 messages from airtel
thanks for subscribing hellotunes. you have been chared rs30 for 30 days
thanks for downloading gulabi aankhe as hello tunes, you have been charged Rs 15 for 90 days.

My name is Akila Ramu and I have been an Airtel customer from last few years. In my last month bill I see a huge bill of Rs. 5000 /- for one of the value added service. I was never informed by the customer care that I was entitled for any such services.

I, Anand Tandon, am having Airtel prepaid mobile connection (No. [protected]).
My mobile is being deducted Rs. 5/- per WEEK, for a service called CAREERTIPS, since 1st February, 2012.
I manually deactivated this service (CAREERTIPS) yesterday (i.e. 30th April, 2012).

Today, 1st May, 2012, I complained to Airtel customer care & they say that service has been activated by me, on 1st June, 2011,...

I recharged my account for rs.16 for sms pack of 10 days. After that 10 days i recharged for rs.36 which is a sms pack for 30 days. But airtel deducted rs.16 from my balance saying rs.16 is an auto renewal pack. What the hell is this?? They told me i can deactivate the pack but they wont return my talk-time. They said me to dial *333*0# for deactivating. But it says its not valid. Airtel really sucks... Please take prior action their service...

I have a "Lifetime Prepaid" Airtel sim for the past two years. I am traveling to India on 3 May and to my surprise my sim has been cancelled. Note the sim has a credit balance.

I have contacted Airtel who are telling me "BUY A NEW SIM" !!

In Dec Airtel has activated 200MB of free data usage. I have never asked to activate this service. They never informed how this is going to work, how long it will be. When I got the bill there was charge for Rs 1800 for data usage. When I called Airtel customer care they told I have used 173 MB and I have been charged INR 1800 for the same. I was in shock for a while. There was no intimation when the free usage was over....

Recieved arround 50 calls from airtel collection agency. Same guy called me all the times nd as i pik call everytime he started abusing me.. The number from which i recieved a call is "[protected]"
Then after some time i tried calling o. The above number but no one is picking up my call...kindly take some strict action against this number as soon as possible.
