Airtel Broadband And Fixed Line Connection — Unnecessary charges | |||
My airtel fixedline number is[protected]. Airtel gave website builder and pc-secure free with this account. I upgraded my website because one of the executive told me that it would be free even after upgradation. I am using it since last 7 or 8 months free but in my current bill they have added Rs. 1250 extra for websitebuilder and pc-secure. I have loged a complainet regarding it on 15/3/11 (No.[protected]. They said that I have upgraded it last month but the fact is that I upgraded it in the beginning. This is totally unfair. Airtel has to make it clear. After 4 complaints and visits by Airtel people they have not been able to fix this problem that the connection turns off arbitrarily.Now I have switched to Reliance yet they are not closing the connection. We need a consumer court in this country.
