airtel internet and landline — to disconnect not done in spite of repeated say

inspite of repeated dsirectionto cancle they have not done so.and sending bills. they make fasle clims and hence not interest to continue the services.

For the past six months onwards i have given a complaint of net connection problem, when ever i remitted the bill payment. But u r not take the complined seriously. And more over i am paying the bill without usage, So i am not satisfied your service till now. So i inform to u to disconnect my connecion, and i dn't want ur further service. Even I faced the same issue. I paid the bill and asked for disconnection but I received calls for atleast 5 month asking for about 5K /- due.

As we relocated our house and no airtel broadband is available in the shifted area, we requested to disconnect the line and paid all the dues...the person from collection came to our new residence address and collected the dues and they said they will disconnect.
Now I am getting calls from their customer care that My bill amount is due. This happened by the end of Dec 2014...they waited till the amount to be accumulated and giving me pressure to settle the dues, ...This is not fair., ...

i want to disconnect my internet connection of airtel as soon as possible.
