Tel. no[protected] is in the name of SUN OPTICAL which was baught by KUVEYEAM OPTICAL by october 2008.The relavent papers wear submitted to change the name and address. The
address was changed not name.Kindly change the name also.

Hi Airtel,I am really fed up with the sense of service you had given me. I really wonder that this is the same companny which we uswally praise for sence of service. I was having airtel Numner[protected] and broadband connection in my Gurgaon flat

ON 31 oct 2009. the request number for the same is[protected]. I was promised that this wil be done in 3 working days.
12 days has been passed nad i am running from piller to post for my connection. airtel office boy "sanjay" called me thrice in corporate office for submitting documents.I submitted my documents on 7th of november by personally visiting your corporate office in sector 58.
NO action is taken on any of my requests. whenever i call customer care they provide me with a request number, but nothing concreate has ever happend.

No One is talking consise and no one is taking any action on my requests. This is absolute sence of irresponsibility. I am going to blog my stories on as many blogging site related to airtel starting from today. I dont think this sluggish behavior can be rectified by you guys. but by sharing my pains to other people seeking Airtel broadband connection will sure provide some releif.

Myself Amit Kumar i have been use airtel broadband connection since last 11 months. I have submit my bill Rs 800/- by cheque in 9th oct 09 of the month of sep.09.On 26.10.09 i have received a phone from customer care and give the message my cheqe is bounced than i have demanding for my cheqe refund to me and pay for cash. same day i went to bank for my account details, there was show 800/-Rs cleared from my accounts, this statement copy give to mr Amit customer care executive in your regional office. They told me your problems will be sort-out very soon. in this month i have received bill in which add that amount and Rs 200/- extra charges for reversal cheque but till date i m not receive my cheque so i m very depressed. i[censored] have not solve my problems than I’ll go for legal action

Airtel land-line with broadband — Request to Airtel to disconnect line - 3 months and still waiting....
I made my first request to disconnect my Airtel landline account (with broadband) on 7 November. After about 10 requests/complaints [complaint ref. nos.[protected]Nov-09),[protected]Nov),[protected]Dec),[protected]Dec), complaint made at Airtel Galleria Office-reference misplaced (19-Dec), spoke to Sr. Manager Airtel Customer Care-ref. misplaced (29-Dec), spoke to Sr. Manager Airtel, ref. no.[protected]Jan-2010), record for few other complaints misplaced], Airtel is yet to disconnect the line.Airtel staff visited my home in November and convinced my maid Sushma to keep the broadband connection. My maid did not even understand the purpose of visit of Airtel staff and so did not mention anything to me. But later I was informed by Airtel CC that their records show that Sushma agreed to continue the account.
Each time I have to clarify to the Airtel CC that Sushma is my maid and I am the account holder. Airtel refuses to understand that they need to record and act on the many requests that I have made to cancel the account and not continue on their stupidity of talking and convincing my maid. The Airtel staff in Galleria office asked me to pay Rs. 192 as full and final settlement for usage of services from 1-7 Nov which I paid in cash. But Airtel continues to debit my account each month.
Airtel needs to credit my acccount for the sums they have debited for beyond 31 October 2009.
