Repeated Attempts to Disconnect my AIRTEL BROADBAND CONNECTION .

SUB:-- Repeated Attempts to Disconnect my AIRTEL BROADBAND CONNECTION .

My name is Mukul Dargar I am using the AIRTEL BROADBAND CONNECTION.
my telephone No.[protected].
I want you to disconnect my internet connection by clearing all my account dues and ending my account.I have requested on 28 apr 2009 first time and airtel gave 7 working days time to disconnect the the connection but after given days they did nothing then I again requested on 16 may 2009 then they again did nothing . But after my repeated attempts to disconnect my airtel connection, no steps have taken, inspite i get my regular bill in against my connection, keeping it functional.
so plz take some immediate steps in against my complaint, I will be highly pleased .

Please email and also post my final amount to my email address &postal address given below, so that i can clear my all dues toward my account.

airtel customer care is very careless towards there customer. They are a great kind of liers.
Hello,

I have applied for a new airtel broadband connection on 28th Aug 09. I was promised that the connection will be given on the 30th of Aug. No signs. 31st Aug a person came and did some basic wiring. He said somebody would come in the evening with the modem and landline. That did not happen.
For the next 3 days I kept calling Airtel customer service.
My complaint number is 22654246. 2 of my calls were even escalated. Everybody gave me false promises. Please open up my call history and refer to what exactly was conversed.
On 1st of August I waited the whole day at home for your representatives. Nobody turned. Repeated calls to customer service also failed.
I was told that by Monday morning somebody would call me to fix an appointment. Nobody had called me yet.

I now don't need your connection. With that I need the below mentioned items.
1. Rs.1000 that I have paid as advance amount.
2. Call charges for all the calls I made to your customer service.
3. Written apology letter from a responsible person.

If all the above mentioned does not happen at the earliest. I will be force to step into consumer court.

I have disconnected my internet connection by clearing all my account dues and ending my account.I have requested on feb 2009 first time and airtel gave 7 working days time to disconnect the the connection but after given days they did nothing then I again requested on march 2009 then they again did nothing . But after my repeated attempts to disconnect my airtel connection, no steps have taken, inspite i get my regular bill in against my connection, keeping it functional. I have submitted my final bill on 25 april 2009 which was Rs 900/- and we have told that airtel collector that pls disconnect my connection.He talked to Miss Anita on his mobile and said that all of their account dues are finished and their connection will be closed.His name was K.R Rajan. but now they are again sending huge bills to me after i have disconnected the connection.
