[Resolved]  Airtel / Broadband — deactivation

REFER MY LAST COMPLAINT ABOUT DEACTIVATION /DISCONNECTION OF MY LANDLINE NO.[protected]. THE CONNECTION HAS NOT BEEN WITHDRAWN BY AIRTEL TILL DATE. PLEASE NOTE I AM NOT LIABLE TO PAY EVEN A SINGLE PAISA OF BILL GENERATED BY AIRTEL ON THIS CONNECTION AFTER THE DATE OF MY FIRST COMPLAINT IN THIS REGARD.

I have a broadband connection phone no.[protected] .To day we have paid entire bill deducting Rs.200/-
on account of my caution money with you. You are requested please to deactivate my telephone connection alongwith broadband connection effecting from 27/10/2009.You may collect your modem at given address.
AS I HAVE ALREADY LEFT BHOPAL FOR A RURAL CENTER AND WISH TO DEACTIVATE MY TELEPHONE CONNECTION WITH IMMEDIATE EFFECT.PLEASE CONTACT ME ON FOLLOWING CONTACT NO.[protected]

I have prepaid mobile connection from airtel .my no. is [protected].a mobile radio services activated by me just for testing by paying 30/- for some hrs. I never renewed the services but airtel renewed it automatically by deducting Rs. 30/- from my account. It is not fare .The co should refund immediately .

I have terminated my Reliance Mobile Number as per the details given herewith:

At the time of termination of my above number, whatever balance amount was due was paid on the termination date i.e. 1/7/2009.

I was given to understand, that the Refund Deposit will be sent to my Redential address within 90 days from the date of termination.

I have already sent two reminders to Reliance COM - Customer care, but as usual the mail is acknowledged that they will be looking into the matter. However, till date nothing has happened, now almost 180 days are comleting but not received the refund.

Pls. take up with the company and arrange to help me in getting my Deposit refund with over due interest.

Airtel Broadband — Deactivation

Dear Concerned,

I availed Airtel Broand band services last year till 24-Dec -2009.
Number :[protected]

I have asked for disconnection on 24- dec-2009 and I have cleared the unbilled amount, I also informed to collect their Landline & Modem from my neighbour as i was vacating that place.

Problem :

They havent disconnected the connection nor collected the equipment and keep billing me the rentals for every month till this date and sending me the mails for the same.

My Earnest request you to solve this issue and need an explanation form the service provider.
