Airtel Broadband — poor response for broadband connection

Hi I am sumit kapoor and i had applied for a new airtel broadband connection in november 2009, a person named rajesh from Devesh enterprises ( Airtel ) came to my house and asked me to fill up the form . i filled the form and an amount of 2100 rupees as registration and installation fees to him.after one day i got a pone call form aome line man form airtel that there is no feasibilty of a new connection in my locality.i called mr rajesh and he said he will come back to me, which he never. i called hime after two days and to my surprise he said that we cannot provide you with a new internet connection. i asked hime to refund my money to which he told me that a check from airtel will be sent to my address with in four days. after a week i tried to call him and he never attended to my call. this contibued till one month. and he never called me back. after that i called to airtel AP customer service and told them about the problem and they assured me the cheque will be send to me by 29 of nov 2009. i called them back by 4th december as i didn't recive any cheque form airtel.After all this i agin called airtel customer care and warned them of severe conquences by police as i was about to go to police station for logging an FIR , on 6th morning i got a call form airtel and they told me that i will be getting my cheque with in a week by 12th dec.Finally i got the money back on 14th dec after approx one and half month ,without using any services form aitel and my money was blocked with them. I request people readinf this to please black list any person coming to you from Devesh enterprises for any new connection of airtel broadband as he is a irresponsible person and would request the airtel authorities at higher level to please look into thses types of cases and try to figure out some solution ,so as to minimise such instances.
