1) I had taken a nw broadband connection. my plan is unlimited (799plus), nw the bill amount is Rs 1372.75
total outside circle calls rate is Rs 8.00
2) The toll free no which is given is not et responding

Airtel — NON-RECEIPT OF MONTHLY BILLS

I am using AIRTEL post paid SIM for the last 3 months. For the first month I received mbill msg on my cell, but subsequently I receive only payment due msgs.. I nether receive the BILL nor the mbill msg. Now you tell me how do I make the payment without the BILL or mbill msg., but you keep sending payment due msgs. We have to go after AIRTEL spending money by calling them to the bill. Is it not ridiculous.

Please look into this problem.

Airtel Broadband Services — Non-receipt of monthly bills

Despite my repeated request to the authorities, I am not receiving the monthly telephone bills.
I have a feeling that the messengers ( read courier-service) is to blame.They are either not delivering the bills to the proper addresses, or making false and ficticious initials on the PODs, after dumping the bills some place.But at the end of the day, the management needs to address the matter, as they are having to receive all the public complaints.

AirTel — non receipt of monthly bills

my air tel bills for the nos. [protected] & [protected] for which i am not receiving montly bills to the address which was notified in the connections. regularly its becomming a problem for me and not able to check the bill with the item wise statements. hence i request you to kindly send me the e bills for the above two nos. to my email address [protected]@gmail.com for the previous bills for the last two months

For the March 2011 Bill, I had paid an amount of Rs.1, 200/- on 24.03.2011 and your representatives have given me a manual (paper) receipt. Amount was paid to M/s. Nile Communications - Nile Associates, New Siddhapudur, Coimbatore - Their Mobile No.[protected].

The Receipt No. is 10310 dated 24.03.2011 for Rs.1, 200/-.

To my surprise I find from your enclosed bill that an amount of Rs.1090/- only is accounted for, instead of Rs.1, 200/-. I would like to inform you that I have never paid any short payment of the bills. Usually I used to pay only excess amount when compared to the bill amount.

In this connection, I request you to immediately rectify the short collection, and send me the revised bill for the period 05-03.2011 to[protected] so as to enable me to remit the bill for April 2011.

Kindly acknowledge and reply soon.

I have applied for new broadband connection with airtel company manager Mr. Sandeep Cell No: [protected] has visited my office & we have chosen yearly plan offered my them was pay for 9 month & you will get 3 month free but what Mr. Sandeep did after taking my document i started receiving monthly bill as i received my first bill i complain at 121 & even mail to there id :[protected]@airtel.in & even mail to Mr.Jimit: jimit.[protected]@airtel.in but no action was taken.

Now there recovery people & advocate is calling me again and again & giving me mental pressure for payment i have requested them to come to my office will seat and solve the issue but they never come now Mr. Sandeep is not answering my call. I am ready to pay my bill but want yearly plan which was promised by Mr. sandeep.

Dear Sir

I Paid my Airtel landline Bill in Nile Associates, New Siddhapudur on 20.08.2012 and I Got the Receipt .The Amount is Rs 680.for the month of July 12'
and My Land line number is[protected]. But in the Receipt they Printed wrongly as[protected]. Please note that the number is wrong.So Kindly Find the number and collect the Amount of Rs 680 and pay to my number[protected].
