[Resolved]  Airtel Broadband Combo — Overcharging repeatedly

Address:Mumbai Suburban, Maharashtra

Airtel has been charging Rs 85 plus taxes for last 6 months plus. Supposedly towards Anti virus. They say we have activated the same. This is not true. In the past also they had done the same and when we took it up with them repeatedly gave some refunds. What can be done so that this malpractice is stopped and I also get my refund. I am for the time being sending them a mail deActivating my on-line id.

AirTel — repeatedly

respected sir,
sir i am getting wornig calls from the number [protected].pls give me the details of this number.pls give me the incoming and out going details also
Recently i took a prepaid sim from airtel my mobile no is [protected] but this airtel compony cheating customer's like anything they dont know the value of each rupee without my knowledge they deducted amount for hello tunes and sent a massage aying THANKS FOR SUBSCRIBING HELLO TUNES . IS THIS THE WAY TREATING CUSTOMER'S THIS IS VERY BAD

Bharti Airtel — OVERCHARGING-BROADBAND SERVICE

I AM USING AIRTEL BROADBAND FOR A COUPLE OF YEARS .THIS SERVICE INCLUDES A LAND LINE NUMBER [protected] AND I AM GIVEN PLAN OPTION OF 499 PLUS LOCAL TAXES. IN CURRENT BILL OF FEB 2012 I FOUND THAT I WAS CHARGED @ 599 IN PLACE OF 499 FOR WHICH I AM USING THIS CONNECTION. WHEN INQUIRED I WAS TOLD THAT MY PLAN WAS CHANGED WITHOUT MY CONCENT/ KNOWLEDGE. I FURNISH MY PARTICULARS AS UNDER:-

Bharti Airtel — Overcharge

Pls note that I was charged 3700 Rs for usage of GPRS for one single day!!!! ( 26th January 2012) which I find it very hard to believe.Also I have chat history from that day telling one of my freind that the GPRS has not been working since mrng- I didn't even have the E reflecting on my phone when GPRS is connected!And the Airtel team called and says that my usage is validated which is totally bogus- When I didn't have the connection how can I even use.I refused to pay the bill as the bill has not been rectified.I get at least 2 calls a day on an average reminding me to pay the bill.

AirTel — over charging

I would like to bring TRAI attention, even the call not started, but Airtel started charging at 0.0001 millisecond, and the same thing happens when u disconnect @ 59 seconds, it charges for 2 calls. this is over charging. Trai should take action and ask Airtel do a refund for all affected customers.

Respected Sir.

I am from Tamilnadu with Airtel Mobile.I recharged booster pack for rupees 125 on[protected] at 08:05 pm with transaction id[protected]. The Airtel network sent me the benefits as local airtel to airtel 10 paise and local airtel to other mobile 30 paise.But they charge first minute 1.5 paise for second for any network without any information.When i made a complaint with ref.no.CWRCH[protected] on 22-08-13, they didnt response properly and also they blame me.The Airtel network do unlawful activities with its customers.When i recharged they sent me the above sent tarrif only, they didnt mention the first minute charge details.simillarly the network do for all the customers as they sent tarrif message differently and charge more.A lot of people suffer more but they dont know where to complaint.So i request you to take immediate action to this complaint and refund the total amout of recharge with compensation amout for frustration sir.I also planning for further steps to solve this problem.
