[Resolved]  Airtel Broadband — Fraud In BroadBand Speed n False Promises

I have Upgraded My Broadband Account From 256kbps to 1mbps on additional charges of Rs 300/-
Still Airtel is not providing me the speed of 1mbps rather i am sometimes getting as below as my earlier speed.
i am attatching my speed test screen shot. please have a look and inform me how to proced for filing a court case.
