[Resolved]  Airtel Broadband — Frequent Disconnection

Dear Sir/Madam,

Regret to said that from last 4 months,we are facing problem of frequent disconnection in airtel broadband.Due Delhi Metro constrution work,line disconnectd on daily basis.We are lossing bussiness due this problem.We are using two broabands [protected] & [protected] on the same location.I would like to request you to please forword my concern to the Airtel concern Authority & give us solution.I would also request for waiver which we are paying without any usage of internet on these sites.

Broadband — Frequent disconnection

Since January to June 2008, no connectivity for almost 10 to 12 days a month, then what is the purpose o[censored]nlimited data plan of Rs. (00. Can this be justified. In June 2008, no connectivity for at least half the month, still I have to pay unlimited usage Rs. (00. Is this justified.

No proper helpline service. No technically efficient personell to give proper information on connectivity. What is this?

Airtel — severe problem of line disconnection

The Nodal Officer,

I wish to inform you that I am customer of Airtel since last 10-12 years. Now I feel that the relationship with your company is not worth any more.

I have subscribed to 8-10 numbers under group scheme.

Since last 2 month we are facing a severe problem of line disconnection, poor quality of voice for incoming and out going calls, constant net work busy message etc. This problem is very severe in our office and area around it. Our office is situated at 1 – H -33, NIT, Faridabad, First floor.
We are in this office since 1994 and no construction has been made by us or in our neighboring area which could have started the problem.

Numerous complaints to customer care 121 as well as [protected] have gone unheard. The list of all the complaints I am sure will be available on your systems.
The customer care officers on phone have agreed that there is a network problem in the area and is being set right. Till date no person to check the signal strength or frequency or to evaluate the problem has ever visited us.

If you see our telephone bill records you will surely notice numerous calls of very short duration and multiple calls in 10-15 seconds to / from same numbers. This is an evident proof of call disconnection. As a right I demand that I such calls should not be billed us since these are due to your internal problem.

The phones which are currently being used in our office premises and facing problem are:

Even our customers who come to our office face the same problem during the time they are in our office. Our work and day to day activities is being severely hampered.

There is no question of faulty hand sets since firstly we are using latest Nokia handsets and the problem.

1. The level of service has gone down to a level which probably is the worst in the industry
2. the customer care department is virtually non existent and turn a blind eye towards complaints
3. No one seems to even care about the repeated complaints

Further I feel that why should Airtel not be penalized for inaction, inefficient services, making false promises for rectification of problem.

Broadband — frequent disconnection of broadband

My telephone no. is 2576527 and My broadband connection frequently gets disconnected, while working, but telephone remains operative and Yellow L.E.D. light of 'modem' remains 'ON', without blink.
Kindly arrange to rectify it.

Airtel Broadband — repeated disconnection queries

i had requested for disconnection of my airtal broadband number [protected] at my chandigarh residence on 5.12.2009 , of which i was promised to get done by 12.12.2009. The modem and other instruments were collected from me on 7.12.2009 by one of airtel employees and given a valid slip, but i have been recieving repeated calls ever since asking same question as to why i have applied for disconnection from the following numbers atleast twice a day -

i am reallly disturbed with incomplaince on airtel's part, please stop this nonsense.

Airtel Broadband — DISCONNECTION OF BROADBAND

I had given request for discussion of broadband on 17th May'10 and till today nothing has been done.
Called up customer care on 27th May and i was asked to give a request again.
Today is 2nd June and still no response from Airtel.

Airtel Broadband — Frequent Broadband Problem

I am user of [protected] with broadband connection. I am facing problems with frequent disconnections and after that I have to open any site(s) many times even when connected.
Airtel Customer Care No. 198 is of no use. Their executives are ALWAYS busy attending to other customers even at NIGHT.
I tried to complain at their PUSA ROAD office but they told me to go to their far off office as they take only mobile complaints.
Please assist me what to do?

I made several calls to airtel customer care number since December 2010 for disconnecting my connection.

But till date my connection is not disconnected and you are adding bill month on month whereas I am not using it any more

On calling airtel broadbandcall centre on 6 Dec 2010, call id 1303295.I was told that my rental is stopped and connection would be disconnected.
On calling airtel broadband call centre on13 Dec 2010, call id[protected].I was told that I would get the full & final bill and someone will come to my house from airtel for further formalities on disconnecting.
On calling airtel broadband call centre on 06 Jan 2011, call id[protected].I was told that my request of disconnecting is under process and I would not be billed further.

My grievance here is that neither till date my connection has not been disconnected nor my bill genration/rental has stopped.
Till date the same has compounded to Rs 3044.

Why should I pay for not using it since 6 Dec 2010 when I was assured that my rental has been stopped?
Please issue me bill til 6 Dec only

Airtel Broadband — Frequent disconnection of airtel connection

Dear Sir,

I am a user of Airtel broadband with phone no[protected]. Have registered a no of complains in airtel regarding frequent disconnection and there has been no resolution to the issue till date. Have been facing this issue since last 2 weeks. Have registered 3 complains such as 48696630, 48559272 and 48416764. Two complaints got closed and nobody responded to it. On calling back they say that the issue has been resolved and the ticket is closed as of now. But neither anyone had come to resolve the issue nor anyone called me. On calling they say we will send the representative to resolve but nobody turns up. On scolding them for the third complaint they called but nobody came to resolve the issue.
It has been a frustrating thing for me to find out the worst service provided by Airtel where they remain cool with closing the tickets without closing the issue and at the end of the month they will send a bill for the service which i haven't used properly.

Need some urgent resolution towards this.
