on 1st week of May i have called 121 customer care as asked to block my mobile number as my mobile got theft.
on may 7th i went to Airtel customer care office located at KPHB colony, JNTU road, near Malaysian Town ship buildings. they have collected the documents and form for sim replacement and gave me a NEW Sim Card.
I have been waiting for the NEW SIM activation for the past 2 weeks, till now nothing happened, i have reached Airtel customer care for about 5 to 6 times, each time they asked to wait.
I am tired of it and it did not get activated. i don't understand what is the problem with Airtel customer care's. why are they so irresponsible in activating new SIM.
inspire of activating NEW SIM, they have Re-activated the OLD sim and the other person might be misusing the number.
My number [protected] is used for business and all my customer reach me on that for orders, now because of AIRTEL negligence i am loosing my business. IS THIS THAT WAY AIRTEL TREAT THEIR CUSTOMERS?

AirTel — network and billing
this is brijesh here iam using airtel since 3 years i want to make a complaint about the network it sucks big time not only that i activated the gprs 99 plan and i was still charged around 300 for using gprs even though i was using mobile office and not airtel live plus the customer care of airtel sucks big time i demand to speak to a manager i dont get to speak to a manager my call is either dissconnected or kept on hold for 30 minutes also they dont understand english as well as they are very rude i would like to make a complaint as iam sick and tired of this kind of pathetic service
