This happened yet again with Airtel but different scenario.
3 months back my airtel connection (no : [protected]) got deactivated for false bill claim. I have raised a complaint on in the same forum.

As per that, I asked them I don't want this no anymore so once you resolve it I would like to surrender, but they said that they will keep me posted on the resolution soon. You can easily verify that in the comments section in the above link as well.
At that point, My card deactivated and issue was going on and I have been waiting for their call. But No further intimation or communication happened from there side.
After 2 months , All of a sudden, I have got a bill of Rs 955 for the period 20th April - 20th May.The thing is I dont even know whether my card got activated or not, even if it is I didn't get any kind of intimation about my card getting activated.
So called customer care 30th May, Told them this. He verified and told me another surprise thing that my card got blocked from 14th May for Zero usage.
Then I was wondering Whats going on like
First, my card got deactivated in feb and never got any intimation when it got activated.
Second, for Zero usage why should I get a bill for 955Rs?
Third, As per his statement,They blocked my card on may 14th for Zero usage, then
why the bill is till May 20th?
I have asked him all the above questions, he said he said he has no answer and why dont u go to Airtel outlet directly. Then I have also asked him I Want to deactivate this permanently, He said for that you have to pay the outstanding amount. Then he cut the call abruptly.
I Wonder whether Airtel has any process for itself. Poor customer service (Its better if you remove all the customer care services), false bill claim. No proper answer. Its pathetic.
I sincerely request the concerned dept to take severe action against Airtel and help me to deactivate this number without any issues.

if it happens one more time, I will not go without asking for compensation for all the discomforts, waste of time and inconvenience caused by you.
