[Resolved]  Airtel Broadband — Bill payment

Address:Gautam Buddha Nagar, Uttar Pradesh

I am using Airtel broadband service. My account id is [protected]. I have make payment through cash on date 26/12/2011 and my Rec. No. is 7093570. I have paid R.S 2600 cash. But i got call from Airtel 2-3 times that I've not paid my bill.
I have also received a notice from Airtel that I have made payment through cheque of r.s 1300 and that cheque is invalid.
And the cheque is not on my name and the payment through cheque is on my Airtel A/C id [protected]. So I am daily getting call from the Airtel for cut the broadband connection.
So what should i do???

dear sir,
this is to inform you that i have already paid my broadband bill online between 20 may to 28 may and my online bill reference number is 278421 and amount paid is INR 661,then also i am receiving calls that my bill is not paid,though i have given them the online bill reference number then also they are unable to update or trace my transaction,,i am really very sorry to say that if my bill is not updated within one week then unfortunately i have to say goodbye to airtel broadband,,there are too many ISP` S to contact with,i hope you understand my problem,

Air-tel Broadband Land Line No[protected] we Paid the Amount through Cheque in drop box from Lalbagh collection point and Our cheque was cleared through SBM bank on 28 July 2011.for that we attached statement below,I hope You consider this and update my Payment,Because of this your Putting late payment fee for my account.
I am using Airtel Landline cum broadband service. My account id is 13429988. I have make payment of Rs. 570.04 through Indian Bank on line payment on 06/06/2012 via Techprocess[protected]/Bharti Airtel Ltd - Status - Success. But I have not received any intimation for the successful payment from your side and the amount which is also not credited into my account so far. I am very much worried. I am awaiting your positive reply soon. Thank You.
