[Resolved]  Airtel Broadband Internet Connection — Refund connection money.

Hi,
I applied for airtel broadband internet connection. refernece number is TBLR004331.
I gave a cash of rupees 2250, towards new connection. 1750 towards the device which I opted to own and 500 rupees other charges.
While taking the cash, they said that connection is available in my area. After taking the money from me, they said that because of technical reasons they are not able to provide me internet connection.
They refunded 500 rupees.

My problem, is if you are not able to provide me internet connection, becuase of your problems. You should refund my all money which I payed. It is very frustrating to digest this.

I sure if I go to consumer court i can win the case easily.

I am requesting the related officers, to please refund my entire money as soon as possible.

I saw your reply. Thanks for your reply. Yesterday I called customer care, and some lady answered me. She said that I had paid only 500 rs, and only that amount has been refunded and thats it.


But I have solid proof that I had paid 1750 also(for WIFI) apart from 500 installation charges.

I have paid it to Dev Kumar, sr. Sales executive. He is not picking up call.

After 50 days of putting the complaint, and calling 3 times to customer care.
They had returned my money.
The reason they say is that, there is a different flow about returning the money collected for WIFI devices. and since it goes in to different account, it will take time to return.

And finally
I got my money back. Thanks to those executives who took initiative and done my work.
