Airtel Broadband — Mental Harassment

I used Airtel Broadband (account Number : [protected]) for several months in Bangalore. I was moved to a different place and couldn't able to pay the bill , hence the line was disconnected in the end of 2012.
In 23rd January,2013 I got a settlement letter with a subject line (Settlement Letter - [protected]_kk) from Airtel Representative (sent by : a_Mahendra.[protected]@in.airtel.com) in which they kept [protected]@gmail.com and Avinash.[protected]@in.airtel.com in cc, stating an amount of Rs 1850/- as the settlement amount and it is the full and final settlement of my account and thereafter this will be treated as "No Due Certificate". I paid the amount on 30th January,2013 in cash to the Airtel representative and he also gave me the receipt which I still have.
But I again got a mail on March 13,2013 stating that there is a
a net outstanding of Rs. 1539 which is not paid from past few months. I replied back to that mail with the scanned copy of my receipt and "Settlement letter". But to my surprise I again got a call from [protected]( Claiming Adv Arjun of Delhi Court) on 28th May,2013 claiming that there is a case registered against my name in Delhi by Airtel. When I stated him my situation he asked me to go to my nearest Airtel outlet before 2 PM and varify my words from Airtel representative over there which I did accordingly. At that time he said it's a mistake from their side and the case has been dropped. Again today 20th June,2013 I got a call from [protected](claiming Sandeep from Delhi court) and stating that there is a outstanding amount in my name and again stating there is a case registered in my name in Delhi. Any help with this regard to close this matter would be highly appreciated. Please advice and help. Calls/threats such as this causing havoc in my working life and as well as creating mental stress.

Airtel Broadband Line — mentaly harrasment

Dear Sir,
I use my broad band line no [protected] of Airtel. in January. In Feb. I submit request for disconnection. And submit application again and again, Now i submit local airtel office received instruments in june july. Local airtel office asure me connnection disconnection. Today 06Sept.2010, i got airtel call again for submittion of payment. And payment increased month by month. please help me.

I have all audio proof from airtel calls and customer care office from local office .

AIRTEL INTERNET — Mental Harassment

After suffering from pathetic internet services i decided to call it off & paid a sum of around Rs 3402 as net settlement.An executive came & collected the amount in exchange he gave me the net settlemet letter on company's letter head.I asked for the receipt to which the executive replied that the net settlement will serve the same purpose.

After few days i started receving repetetive calls saying your bill is unpaid.
One executive is after my life calling me minimum 6-7 times a day.I don't know whether it is part of her Jo or what but i am suffering a hell lot because of their process.

that i am having Airtel broadband internet connection.in the month of October 2010 my internet and landline was not working for more than 6 days (between1-14oct).i made complaint so many times with Air tel customer care regarding not working of internet and land line phone but each time they gave me false promise that airtel internet is not working in whole punjab and chandigarh region becouse of some technical problem in exchange.i paid all my dues and requested that i am not keen interested in air tel and i am shifting it to BSNL so kindly close or wind up my airtel account .Next day i got a call from some senior executive of airtel and requested me to dont close AIRTEL Broadband &landline service and promised me to give monthly plan equal to BSNL .and promised me that waiving off late fee charge of around rs 220, he also promised me that if i pay 1500 hundered in advance than one wi-fi ll be given to me and this 1500 hundered ll be adjusted in next two billing circle.i called more than 50 time airtel customercare but till date they are not in position to sort out my grievances.i talked with Momita (ref no[protected]Swati refrence no 40502250,Preeti,Ankurand many more and now again my broadband and landline is not working from 3 rd december 2010.
I am Requesting Senior Managment kindly dont harass customers

for me Customer Care of Airtel Meaning is Totally Frustration
my Airtel is not working since 3rd december 2010.i called 121 more than 60 times and also nodal officers but you are making people fool.and you people (airtel) is worst telecom service provider in the state of Punjab and Chandigarh.
i ll file a proper complaint in Disst Forum(consumer court) so that you ll see consequences of making innocent customers fool.
Airtel is one of the best customer service company. Their service is always good. I am using it for past 6 years.
