Please note every time I can't explain the same fanda to each and every executives. Yes, I have used Airtel service up to certain extent of time and I have paid for that, Since I had to move to different location, I had informed, to many of your executives to stop generating bills automatically, I had given them clear picture, that I will move to different location and then once I get the current address proof, I will provide it to you and then I will have connection back.Lot of conversation went through.

Since, then I havent used the connection nor lived in that location. Even though bill gets generated automatically then its not my problem.I have informed Airtel that I am not using the connection nor living in that location.


Madam, Airtell must have some solution for the automatic bill generation. Especially for the situations like mine. If Airtell had done that process, then I might have been Airtell customer for ever. Also, I might have reffered to may of my friends and relatives.


Sorry madam, I cant pay for which I haven't used. Even though intimating you guys.

I am a website designer, I need some service, throughout of my life.

At present, I am not happy from your service. Let see in future :) Thanks for the following message :

My line has bee disconnected, long back but till today I am getting call from
your executives.


Today @ 10.35 am I got a call from [protected] a lady executive spoke with
me, regarding Airtel broadband bill payment.I am absolutely not happy the way
she spoke with me, and she said "we will send legal notice". I am not scared of
it, instead I welcome and if she send legal notice, I will go for consumer
court. You people can check all the voice records of mine, there you will get,
what ever I have spoken with all your executives.

I am going to stop prepaid, post paid, what ever Airtel services are.

Dear Sir, Madam,

With reference to above subject, I request you to disconnect the net connection
and please please stop e-bill generation towards Airtel number : [protected].

4 month back I have relocate to some other place and I have intimated to many
of your executives, who ever used to call me each and every day. I had told
them to disconnect the connection and not to raise any bill , until I provide
you the new location address details and documents. Yes, I had accepted for the
new plan too, once I moved and settled in the new location after getting air
tel connection over there. But, I used to get e-bill generated copies to my
e-mail id as well as telephone calls from many executives from your customer
care.

So many time I have informed your executives to stop generating e - bill , but
they didn`t.

Upon request from one of your executive , today I had been to Air tell office
near 3rd block , they refused to take written request letter nor any
application format towards cancellation or disconnect Airtel number :

They said to send e-mail or to call 121 and raise the request.


I think 121 is completely useless.


I have paid Rs.1600/- what ever I have used, I have paid for it and

Airtel-BroadBand — Payment- Reg

I have paid cash payment for internet Broadband connection on 9/6/08 at K.K.Nagar( Near RTO Office) Airtel Show room and my Bill no :15666 at 7.20 p.m. and i am holding the Receipt . For past few months i have been paying the cash payment at the same showroom.

But yesterday i was getting the message and telephone calls from Airtel stating that i have not paid the BIll. I have informed the airtel customer service that i have paid the Bills and they put me in mental agony.

kindly look at this matter ASAP which should not happen in future.
