[Resolved]  Airtel / Broadband Telephone Ebill — Ebill cannot be retrieved.

Hi,
The Ebill facility for airtel is really worst. We are not able to retrieve the bill from the site. Also Airtel does not send the monthly e-bill to mail ids. In this era bills are required on the email, so request to take action on this. This has been informed to the Airtel consumer care many times yet no step has been taken.
Let me know regarding this how to proceed further.

Very humbly requested to please send us ebill soft copy of bill on A/c No. 13696159
Sir, My airtel landline no. is 49522251 and airtel broad band user id [protected]_tn. ebill used to come in this id [protected]@hotmail.com. For your kind information I have changed my email id [protected]@hotmail.com

in future please send ebill in the new id. thanking you mrs. najeeba
