[Resolved]  Airtel Broadband — late payment charges

I VIDYA BHUSHAN have complain you about my billing charges that you have made it is continously for last 4 to 5 months you sending late payment charges in my biling . if iwas paying my bill and your executive is not coming at time for taking payment than i was not responsible for this and sorry but iwill not been giving any late payment charges any more ..so kindly grant my request and comlaint.
