[Resolved] Airtel — balance deduction,mis behave to cce | |||
sir no-[protected] i have call to customer care excutive all time his behave is very poor no supportive,i sir just i going to complain against flash masseges and airtel live when i rechage my mobie main balance airtel company reduce my balance all ,this type of mistake doing every my rcharge i have lost Rs 10000/- when call to cce he told that i cont do in my case what going on this preloaded sevice they told me that i will chargeble for this service ,sir i humble requested please disconnect my flash masseges dnd call airtel fluttery services like that http://gclub.in ,so i dont want this tpye of service please,please help me now when call airtel customer care he only give refence no- CBDAL[protected] ,RALDC[protected],CBDAL[protected],CMOUD[protected],CMOUD[protected],and they do not do anything for my request inspit of that they reduce my all my main balance. please do help eithe make writen FIR to police or you help me or discannect sim broke down throw away to sim . I am Ashutosh Gupta .My mobile number [protected].This is life time(Airtel) number in delhi circle .My main balance is deduction on[protected] at night.My Main balance was Rs 48.29 approx on[protected] and after deducted view main balance is Rs 0.12 when I used net card Rs 18.00 on[protected]. But my main balance is deducted.I have call to 198 your costumer care executive.On[protected] at 1.30 pm .My call receive your executive name aarti his behave is very poor and berry bed.My problem not solve by your executive.When i am using mobile office setting.But your executive not trust me.So I request you that my main balance return me.and change your executive in costumer care.I believe in your company.Your company is india, s best telecom company.Your best network in india. Please solve my problem

Airtel — Regarding mis deduction of balance
I have the no [protected].I am using this no for last 4 months.in this period my balance has been deducted twice wrongly.Once I got back my balance but next time I didnot.I have complained to costumer care but they told we will reply you after 24 hours but i get no result.I am becoming mentaly tensed regarding this.Being a leading company why they are doing so.if you need the details of calls i hae made in this 4 month period then i can give you, I have all the details.I just want my balance back otherwise i will file a case though I have to pay more than my balance.Hope you will consider my matter.
