[Resolved]  Airtel — unauthorized charge

same prob with me.. I've in toto lost more than a thousand bugs in just 4-5 msgs. They charge for taxed base service, ezmail etc etc without any use.
When we complain, no responses except fake excuses.

THis is inform you that I received a message from AIRTEL saying "Thanks for downloading Hungama COntent Game from Airtel. You have been charged Rs 99. Enjou Bes games , Join games clube. http:qclub.in"
Well I am not a kid to play games like this and was not intiated from me for downloading. Even airtel is sending some kind absurd, irrelvant and obscean messages, if that is not stopped then I have take othere steps. Local air tel guys do not know how to stop the message.
I USE AIRTEL ONLY FOR OFFICIAL TALK NOR AS A TOY.
Please look in to this, and block all airtel related messages., else have to look out for differenet service provieder and advise same to others.

My Airtel No-[protected] has DND(do not disturb service) activate. but company send any message any time. this is Unauthorized, in case compliant more time I say to customer care. But not satisfy result found.
Sir please help me.

On 17th apr at 10:00 approx. I have recieved a message from AT-AIRINF. For that message my account was charged 55/- Rs. When i noticed that i have inform to your customer care centre. Still i haven't recieve any cash back in my account.

Please take this matter as serious and take necessary action immediately.
