[Resolved] Airtel — Sim outgoing cut | |
I am jayaraj.k, I had taken Airtel sim lastmonth(nov 1o), My out going was cut by your company with out any prior information . I was submitted my entire document( 22 december)second time in to your airtel office but my sim not activated yet. Your executives demanded 72 hours but the time is exceeding 150 hours. subject :- i have a problem in incoming .
sir i fill up reactivition document at aircel show room, since 1 and helf month ago and reactivte my number then after 1 month and few day before my number incoming facility bared and then i called customer care about the problem then cc said that u should fill up document again but i tell him no i already fill, . and after few hour after i called cc again and they tell me that u sim had a problem and then i break my sim.,
now i am able to go consumer court for the complaint i also have a recording of your customer care thank be ready for the court
