Airtel — Non-receipt of detailed bill

Dear Sir,

Please refer to you my complaints may 20008 and december 2008. The mobile number [protected] that is in the name of my wife of Alur Nirmala, is not receiving the bills regularly.

As we have already informed the phone is being used for official purposes and the bill cannot be reimbursed by the authorities, unless we produce the hard copy of the bill. Your irregularity of the bill is depriving us the same. However, we are paying the bill regularly on the sms sent.

The SMS will not provide us detailed bill to check the calls made the billing.

Your action is unilateral customer-unfriendly.

We are left with two options a) to approach the TRAI act for redressal of your disservice now and then.
b) to discontinue your services.

Hope you will not leave us dissatisfied and arrange immediately to send the hard copies of the bill or send a soft copy of the detailed to the e-mail adrress furnished herewith. ([protected]@rediffmail.com).
