DEAR SIR I m kushal verma i have purched a rechage coupen of RS 60 on 27.03.2009 from my near shop but when i scrached it the 4 digits of the no is damged i try many no but it was not succes when i go to the shopkeeper he says that go to the airtel office u got the new coupen or they will give u the recharge no but they refuse to give me any help what i do now please HELP me Was this information helpful? | |

i have purchage a airtel recharge card of 30/- Rs. when i scratch it then the pin also removed from it.
i was contect to airtel office but i dont get any help from there. they told to me that pls contect your mobile shop. i was contect to mobile shop but i dont get any help from them.
sir i have serial of this coupan but pin number not.
its not my mistake.so pls tell me or informe how can i recharge my account by usibng serial no.

AirTel — Recharge Coupen
I have purchased a prepaid coupon few months ago but it was not recharged on my no. [protected] showing invalid pin no. and showing some technical reason.I have contacted to customer care various times but there was no satisfactory reply from that side and contacted to airtel outlet many times but from there again contact to cc and have a reply that your problem will be solved within 4 hours but not solved.
I have tried to recharge the coupon by other airtelprepaid nos as directed by cc executives but no soln.
my last complaint nos are[protected] and before it complaint no was[protected].
my coupon serial no. is [protected] and expiry date is 30.04.2009.
