[Resolved] Airtel — Airtel Friendz chat | |
i have received a message from Airtel Friendz chat and they have charged me Rs 30 For 30 days. and that is all done without my concern. Now i want to take action on them who is responsible for this and when ever i try to unsubscribe it the calls literally charging Rs 2.00 per call in that way i have been ' charged another Rs. 10.00. pls take action immediately to save others from this kind of cheating. They have done similar type of cheating even to me it is worse than this i can not even unsubscribe from it if any one knows how to unsubscribe please help me

Sir,
i have been using Airtel no. for a year, nearly. On 3-2-09 at 8 p.m., with out my consent airtel people gave me the "chat id 9050710, dial no.543216". In this regard a message arrived from 543216. And Rs.30 had been cut from my balance.
Is this the way to behave with the customers? I don't want this friends Chat. My mobile no is [protected]. So please see that deactivate this friends chat and not to cut my balance further for friends chat.
Otherwise i have to sue the consumer court in this regard.

Is this the way to behave with the customers? I don't want this friends Chat. My mobile no is [protected]. So please see that deactivate this friends chat and not to cut my balance further for friends chat.
Otherwise i have to sue the consumer court in this regard.

Same thing happened to me. You just need to call to customer care and let them know about your inconvenience. They will credit the deducted amount and unsubscribe that service. Think you guys are feeling too much for a small problem.
