my Airtel NOP not getting activated in roaming.i have tried sending WAP1 ACTIVE to 121 and it gives a message that your request for registration has been taken and it will be getting activated. But i am waiting and waiting but it never gets activated. Please see to the matter. [protected]
I fell Airtel is providing good service at their best. It is not a problem to solve such issues, please contact customer care. they will help you honestly.

I have airtel prepaid mobile no [protected] and i have applied for post-paid for same no i have purchase sim card give Rs 500 is the refundable but some reson post paid is not hapened, so i have applied for another no [protected] post paid has been started. but I want my Rs 500 deposite thos i given for [protected] i have alredy given the details to fort branch his sys u may get u your refundable after 90days but its almost 6 month stil i am not geting my refun Rs 500 please kindly look the matter and reply.

i am trying to Deactivate GPRS fascility from my no- [protected] for that purpose i requested many of your customer care executive at toll free no -121 & even i approched ur local office for same .But for last three months i have to pay GPRS charges without using this facility .

this is my last attempt to deactivate GPRS from my no if still i recive bill from u with GPRS charges i will not pay a single ruppee.

i am using air tel friend card, the problem is that this card shows two air tel (network logo)
as generally it show one network logo and current date (in Moto Yuva W270)
so my mobile take both place for ait tel logo please give me proper solution

hi sir i am having problems for not going call to customer care.my number is [protected]
my biggest mistake in life to connect with airtel postpaid sim
i select with 999 plan in first 6 month no rental & gift also
but till i not receivied any gift.
1.when i choose number that was differ but when my sim was activated after my number of request after 10day my number was change without any information.when i asked for that they was answarless
2.i request for std 1rs plan but they no active, coustmer care say inform to any airtel cente where to buy, they also say same infrom to custmer care.
3.same i request for confrance but it not activate.
one time they active but next day block it without information.

I had purchased prepaid card in 2000 or 2001, now my sim is blocked and it is asking for PUK number. I tried calling 600600 but nobody picks the call. I tried the other number and they ask me the details of the card purchased which I don't have after so many years. they also ask for the last number I tried contacting if I tell him he says that is not correct. what is the other procedure for getting PUK no. please advise my ph no is: [protected].
