Today i.e. on 16.12.2008 an amount of Rs. 15 has been deducted from my balance for Hit Tones when i have never applied for the same.
I pressed 543211 as given in confirmation e-mail and unsuscribed the service.
But no refund of Rs. 15 given back to me.
Similarly an amount of Rs. 15 is regularly debited every month from my account for miscall alerts, when i have not subscribed for the same.
Please note that if the above refund is not made, I will have no choice but to register criminal case against Airtel under sections 420 IPC and 65 Information Technology Act, 2000.
i request many time to stop my job alert but dont stop my service

I am totally unhappy with the service provided by Airtel customer care. Due to some technical problem, once Rs 60 got deducted from my prepaid Airtel account. This month also Rs 30 got deducted. I have called to customer care and rasied the complaint but till now no actions has been taken. Now i am unable to connect to customer care also. I don't know whom to contact.

AirTel — The customer care service is pathetic

The customer service is really pathetic they dont even bother to disconnect the calls that what may be the problem that customer is going through.The people those who are helpdesk cant even speak hindi properly.Something needs to be done.I dont know what the seniors are doing at the call center do they know that whats happening in their organization??.

Well the airtel customer care needs an improvement a lot. The executives do not know how to communicate with the customer when they are speaking in ENGLISH. I had an issue with one of mine airtel number, where the services were being charged unnecesarily without using the services, i first spoke to the agent he/she confimred that the issue will be resolved within a specific time and the money would be refunded, i waited for that time and the money was not refunded and at this instance i told the agent that please initiate the DND request, the agent did that, again the same situation happened was charged unnecessarily, at this i spoke to the project manager of airtel who in turn gave me an assurance that the situation will not occur in future, but as i say the promises from airtel people have been always false time and again, again requested the project manger to take necessary steps (before speaking with the airtel project manager i called 198 to register my complaint, but the agents placed my call on hold, even released the call and didn't even bothered to answer my query).Now again i called the 198 to register my complaint again for unnecessary charge on the airtel number, and i spoke to the floor support over there, the SME/A.M assured me again that i will not face this problem in the near future and for which he provided me a reference number, for which he told me that i would receive a call back on my airtel number ::[protected], but the team didnt called me on the day when it was supposed to, this is again a false commitment given to the customer, but the issue is still unresolved which lead me to change my mobile services and i switched over to vodafone.

There are a lot of issues which are associated along with this, which will take a long time to explain, hence can i expect a call back from the airtel department with the concerns that i am facing and a mail is also required.

i used airtel prepaid connection some days before. unable to continue with that number because some problem. i think that expired. now i need that same number. how to renew that card.

Until now i have suffered by the airtel service but now it is height of bad service and customer support. I had recharged for the balance and validity of 3 months. After recharge i got the validity and balance. But after 2 days my incoming and outgoing service was blocked.I complained lot of times by dialing 121 and through the ARC. My incoming calls started but still outgoing is blocked. Now this is happing from last 2 months. They are not even telling what is problem and what should i do. Every time i got the answer that service will get started in a day but actually it never happened. Customer service provider even doesn't response properly. If you want to maintain your remaining little-bit value in market then improve your service. It is really ridiculous.
I m a customer of Airtel. My mob. no. is [protected]. Airtel WAP service is to activate on my mob. by you. Rs. 10.00 deducting daily to daily from my mobile account balnce. I have been complain any time at 121 customer care. On 07.01.2009, all deducted balance has been revert in my mob. account balance after calling at customer care, but today i.e. 09.01.2009 Rs. 10.00 deduct. Now I call to 121, call not transferring to your customer care executive. I disagree from your customer care service...

Please do some anything in my favour.

The worst customer care service is Airtel...I called for a single request more 10-15 times. Always same reply from their side saying the server is down. call us after 30 mins, if I call after 1/2 hr same thing and if I call after 2 days, 3 days, 4 days same response. am fed up with their responses..

Don't recharge with Rs. 34 for STD, RS. 3 WILL BE DEDUCTED WITHOUT ANY NOTICE. Make it a habit to check balance before and after recharge, Airtel is not giving proper balance ???

I have recharged with Rs. 34. before recharge balance was Rs 340.91 and after recharge with Rs. 34 it become Rs.337.92. when asked for the deduction to customer care, they have noted down complain and deducted amount was credited after two days. This is the same story since six month.

I purchased airtel prepaid connection of friends plain 5 months before. But i thinks my balance is deduct more than 50 paise daily. I try to complaint about it to customer office @121 but no one it received phone.
Is their is any way so i can known my all incoming and outgoing calls details.
Also can I change my friends plain into another plain(normal also fine).

HI, m using airtel prepaid connection from past 2 years. Now m in Norway nd from last 2 months m not using dat number . ill b back to india by this september. till sep i wont use dat.. But i dont want to change my number after coming back to india.. So can u help me to know how to keep that number without using that for a long time.

I am sick and tired of Airtel. I have called up the customer 100 times but there is no reply. By chance if they answer it the disconnect in between the conversation. Airtel has become a pain for me now. No Customer services centre at all available...I dont not receive the mini balance statements after a call or sms done... My balance has been cut with out any use... I guess this a way to cut the balance.. and for that they have stopped my mini balance system... could u plz look into the same...
